Replaced old thermal store with new unvented cylinder, installed smart heating controls, radiator valve and boiler service. Paul arrived promptly at agreed time protecting work area before starting. First impressions were very positive and continued high level of professionalism throughout the job. Transparent with all that he was doing explaining along the way how the system operates. The work was completed to to a very high standard and my property left neat and tidy. Communication was great and he worked efficiently keeping disruption to a minimum. Paul gave honest advice on the various options available and pricing was very competitive. I would have no hesitation using this company for future jobs or indeed recommending this company to others.

unvented boiler failed due to age and was leaking badly. Michael was despatched next day, tapped off the mains and organised / fitted the replacement for a fixed fee within two working days. Cleaned up as he went and tested everything. Quality work, thank you.

Paul is completely reliable and his work is of a top-notch standard. He's always called by me when something has gone wrong and works hard to fit in jobs at short notice. He is someone who can be relied upon to get the job done without me having to look over his shoulder. He regularly works at properties without my being there and I have no doubt that his work will be completed to a high standard. He is a trusted adviser and is my first port of call when something goes wrong with gas and plumbing. Clearwater quoted us to replace our 20 year-old heat-only boiler with a combi boiler and associated conversion plumbing. The appointment was confirmed by email and the engineer arrived on time, removed the old appliance and accessories and installed the new boiler and conversion pipe work. He cleared any mess as he went along, took away all the debris and fully explained the operation of the new appliance. The service was professional, courteous and, at times, humorous! Highly recommended.

I have used Clearwater plumbing for a number of years and always found them right on the ball nothing is a problem for them. Kelly was our engineer this time came in lifted carpet up with the floor boards pipes run radiators fitted all put back perfect no more to say perfect.
