Florin and his team have carried out a number of small projects in our garden that have greatly improvement the appearance and longevity of our garden. Florin is responsive, straight forward and has good advice to give. His team were tidy and punctual and I would definitely recommend.

Clearway Maintenance repaired our roof damage and did an excellent job. They did it with the minimum of fuss and removed all the debris left by a previous company. The job was completed in a day and their work has been admired by neighbours. We would highly recommend them to anyone who requires work done to their premises.

I have used Clearway in 2018 and 2022 for major jobs on my property. Both were carried out and completed on time, within budget and with excellent communications as each stage was planned. In August 2023 I requested Clearway to take on four smaller tasks. 1.Damp proofing part of an external wall. 2. Removing a metal chimney stack from a summer house and sealing/lineing the aperture left in the roof 3. Repairing guttering damaged by a recent storm. 4. Replacing an external and defunct patio light under the eaves with a new LED light. Once again all work was completed in a timely manner, within budget and clear explanations about what was being done and why. As they left I was told to call immediately if any of work was not satisfactory or causing further problems. I can strongly recommend Clearway but be warned they are very busy and need time to arrange appointments. Potential customers should plan ahead.

Following a previous house repair, we contacted Florin at Clearway Maintenance to see if they were once again able to help with a repair, this time to our large shed roof. Following an email, Florin came and inspected the next day, quotation sent the following and works completed by the end of the week! Fantastic! We have used Clearway for a number of years to carry out patio cleaning and gutter clearing. When we decided to take advantage of the Herts Solar Together scheme to have PV panels installed, they were our No.1 choice for prior roof cleaning and chemical treatment. We were advised there would be quite a small window between scaffolding erection, as part of the solar panel installation, and its removal, so advised Clearway of this. In the way we have become used to, they arrived at 08:30 on the appointed day and the work was carried out with their usual efficiency and conscientiousness. They returned promptly following the successful install and completed tidying up around the gutters. Communication with Clearway has always been prompt, helpful and very courteous. We recommend them very highly indeed.

Clearway came on the date they said they would and worked for one week on our facias, gutters and repairs to a flat roof. They finished on time, kept us informed throughout and were very pleasant to deal with. The standard of work was excellent.

Clearway contacted on recommendation of a local trading officer after my elderly in-laws had been subject to rogue traders causing substantial damage and mess to their property. Clearway gave helpful and concise advice backed up with a detailed Quote to rectify the damage. The work was then carried out in a prompt, professional and helpful way that impressed me and instilled a level of trust with my inlaws that would ensure and address, in future, how and who they should approach when getting this sort of work done. The work was also done within budget and on time. As somebody who has been involved in the Construction Industry for over 45 years it has been refreshing for me to come across a company that provided a service that was this efficient, professional and friendly.

We are so grateful to Clearway. They came promptly in bad weather when we had a very difficult flat roof problem with wanted dripping into our living room. The repair involved rerouting the drainage as well as replacing the roof. The team worked hard and efficiently to keep the roof watertight while the work was going on. The team were experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and they made sure that they did a good job. After they had finished we had snow followed by heavy rain and they phoned to check that everything was OK. It is a month since the job was completed there are no problems. Thank you, Clearway, for providing a personal and efficient service. From now on they are first roofing port of call.

A rainfall leak through an unseen hole in the roof under the solar panels resulted in the collapse of part of a bedroom ceiling. Clearway (found on Which? Trusted Traders) was contacted and very soon Florin (the boss) had a great team organised to rectify the problems. The project, involving his team of roofers, builders, electricians, plasterers and decorators, ran like clockwork, and resulted in an excellent job being done:- installing scaffolding, removing solar panels, fixing the roof, replacing solar panels, removing and rebuilding the damaged ceiling, sorting the electricals, replastering and repainting the room. They were also helpful with moving furniture, removing the debris, and keeping all the areas clean during their work. Florin is a very pleasant and helpful chap and he was involved throughout, checking not only the work being carried out but also ensuring that I was happy with progress. He also responded willingly to requests for additional work during the project - arranging the installation of a pull-down loft ladder and loft lighting, and has offered to return regularly to inspect the roof to nip any future problems in the bud. In summary - a project done professionally, to a high standard by a skilled and considerate leader and workforce, and all at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Clearway Maintenance have been keeping the gutterings and downpipes clear for me on six industrial units for four years now. They have carried out repairs where necessary and given friendly, helpful advice relating to the long term maintenance of concrete gutters. Florin and his team can always be relied on to complete the work efficiently, politely and on schedule causing minimum disruption to the working of the site. If there is a reason they can not attend, Florin will always notify me with plenty of notice and reschedule immediately. Highly Recommended!

Florin and his team are very helpful, friendly and reliable. This time they fixed the flashing on the roof as it was leaking. Also used them previously to clear guttering, put tiles back after a storm and back in the summer they cleaned and treated the moss on the roof. You are always given a price before work starts.

I had replacement guttering fixed. I was so impressed with the service from start to finish. Excellent time keeping, extremely polite, gave good advice and I felt had my best interests at heart (instead of just wanting to make money out of someone). The work was conducted efficiently and to a very professional standard. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Florin and his team did a wonderful job refurbishing the outside of the house. The work was started and completed on time even though there were some issues which required extra work (which was done at no extra cost) the workmen were extremely pleasant and helpful doing some extra work and repairs not included in the quote but again at no extra cost. I was so pleased with the result I asked for a quote to have some work done to the roof - replace missing and broken tiles; make good missing pointing to ridge tiles; clean out valleys and gutters - which was done very shortly after the original work to the same excellent standard. This company certainly lives up to the good reviews it has received and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and use them again.

We were very pleased with this company's work and attitude. We had a leak in the roof above our front door which they attended to quickly. They gave a competitive price to manually remove the moss from our roof and finish with a covering to kill any remnants left in the gaps between the roof tiles and to prevent any return in the future. The workmen were punctual, cheerful and completed the job on time. We are very pleased with their service and would recommend them.

This was the second time we have asked Clearway Maintenance to do some jobs for us. We had a very positive experience the first time, that was why we asked them to come and do some work for us again. The team are very skilled. They went above and beyond what was asked of them. They did two roof cleaning and spraying of biocide. On both occasions, they did extra things aside from the cleaning, like replacing missing roof tiles and screwing back gutter screws that had loosened. We were satisfied with all the other jobs they have done for us - fencing, changing of gutters, repairing driveway gates, wooden gates, cladding. They were very friendly and yet polite. Provided they had the time, they accommodated other works I asked them at the last minute. I found the price reasonable. The invoices were very transparent (as I needed to pay more than what was originally quoted because of additional works I asked them) I highly recommend.

We contacted Clearway with a number of (smallish) maintenance jobs needed - repair to top of sloping under roof brickwork, gutter cleaning, fixing a small window that didn't close. Florin, our contact, quoted on the basis of photographs sent, we accepted the quote and a date for repairs was scheduled and agreed. Two pleasant people turned up exactly on the due date and time; they discovered once up under the roof that the brickwork needed a different sort of repair - a lead flashing rather than concrete pointing (which was there before and crumbled), and that this needed a professional roofer. A new date was scheduled for the roofer, and again, two pleasant persons turned up exactly on time and the work was done in a couple of hours. So in conclusion I recommend Clearway for the following reasons: - the quotes are reasonable for the hours and amount/skill of work done - the work carried out (in my experience) is professional and thorough - the work is properly scheduled (in my case two months in advance as they were very busy), and the scheduled dates were respected - email queries are always answered (in my experience); - plus a bonus to have a company that can carry out all those much needed and varied maintenance jobs

I have used Florin's company before and was delighted with the service so didn't hesitate to ask them to do a different job this time. My porch and garage roof needed the ridge tiles to be removed, cleaned and re-bedded. Florin contacted me the evening before to tell me exactly what time they would arrive next day. They arrived on the dot and set to work immediately. They worked solidly and completed the work quickly and efficiently. They were all extremely pleasant and cleared up on completion. The price charged was fair and the work excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I live in a small apartment block in Berkhamsted. Clearway have been doing general maintenance work for us for the last 2 years. Their work has always been to the standard required and the staff are always polite, cheerful and happy to oblige if you want something slightly different. They have never overcharged for their work. I'm always a bit nervous using new traders, but needn't have been. Communication beforehand was clear and consistent and this continued throughout. They turned up on time and were professional and polite throughout. The work was carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively. They debriefed me at the end and were happy to answer my questions and made sure they explained things so that I understood. Invoicing was handled equally professionally and efficiently, and the bill matched the original estimate. Follow-up communication after the work was also good. All in all, a positive experience.

Florin and his team came to me in May to clean the drive and patio, which they did very well and even levelled where necessary some of the brickwork. They also constructed a decorative feature around some trees, which looks wonderful and much nicer than the mossy grass that it replaced. Finally, they laid a stepping stone path, which also looks great. Unfortunately, the initial mortar bedding the stones did not adhere properly, but there was no problem as Florin ensured that this was remedied very quickly. I think it says a lot about the integrity of a company if they remedy matters efficiently. I would highly recommend Clearway Maintenance.

Although the work was hindered by the poor weather conditions in April and May of this year, Florin and his team completed all the gutter and roof repairs' works efficiently and professionally. I have used the company on several occasions and always find them an exceptionally reliable and competent organisation. I have no hesitation in using them again.

The task was carried out over two separate days by two different personal. On day one the drive was efficiently cleaned by a circular pressure washer and then all dirt and residue was cleaned off with the surrounding area thoroughly cleaned including our front door, part of neighbours driveway and our garden fencing. The second visit was made on another day to allow driveway to dry before sanding. The overall result was very good. The two employees were tidy, considerate and took their time to achieve a very good result. The work was carried out on the day that was agreed about 5 weeks previous and to the written quotation submitted. Job Well done!

We have used Florin and the team before for patio and drive cleaning. This time we used the team to remove the moss from the roof and apply a sealant. They were professional, communicative and timely and we are extremely pleased with the finished result. Highly recommended!

Having used Clearway multiple times before for gutter cleaning and laying a new patio I used their roof cleaning and treatment service. The work took 2 days to clean off all the old moss, and they then treated it with an algicide to prevent re-growth. The new patio now does not get covered in moss thrown down by the magpies. The roof looks like new and I have had positive comments from my neighbours. Thoroughly recommended.

Had my old paving slab patio replaced with a much larger modern sandstone one including drains. The old patio slabs were re-laid down the side of the house to provide a storage area. Also had low level walls 2 rows high built around the lawn to create an edge for the plant beds.

Clearway has just completed the hall refurbishment and yet again done a great job. This is the third time I have used Clearway and I can highly recommend them. Of the many positive things I can say about them is that on all occasions they gave me a firm date to commence the works, arrived on time, were really friendly and professional, did a fantastic job and were great value for money. The other jobs I used them for was the renovation of a very large patio and landscaping works.

This was the second time I have used Clearway as I was so impressed first time around. From first contact last year (Florin called me back within 5mins of me leaving a message) to visiting to quote, to works completed, all first class. This time I had gutters unblocked, brick driveway repaired (uneven settling around a drain), front path sanded, sandstone patio regrouted in places and a light well and coping stones pressure washed. Lovely team with a ‘can-do’ attitude and nothing was too much trouble for them. They are proactive and come up with solutions to stop problems occurring in the first place- a balloon was placed at top of downpipe to stop the accumulation of leaves/ moss in downpipe (from which they had removed a compacted mass of leaves and moss). Was so happy with all parts of the works completed. I recommend this company all the time if anyone I know asks and will continue to use them in the future.

Cleanway are a professional company which have transformed my garden and front path, very professional and worked very well making sure the job was done correct and cleaned up all mess which was made from the pressure washers, I would highly recommended this fast and efficient company.

I called Clearway to get a quote for my patio to be pressure washed. He came round and prices up the job and then came back nearly instantly to start the work! The patio was brown and had moss all over but it looked brand new once it had been washed and saved me a few bob on buying a new patio! I have had troubles with my gutters for years, always leaking and overflowing with moss. I have had it cleaned professionally by two different companies but I was upset to see that the moss was still there and I was robbed for my money. I called Clearway after seeing their fantastic reviews on the internet. He cleaned and repaired all the gutters and even placed a new down pipe after noticing that the original one was fully blocked with moss! I am extremely happy with his work and would recommend Clearway Services for any work regarding gutters cleaned/replaced, window cleaning, pressure washing and general maintenance! I had a quality device which was well worth the money!

Arrived within the time frame they were booked for and were very professional , quick, clean and tidy. They answered our questions and gave advice as requested. Very businesslike and reliable. Just sign a contract for our block of flats gutters to be inspected and cleaned regularly.
