David Davies from Climate Ltd was a life saver. We were undertaking work in the rear store room when one of the workmen damaged a mains water pipe. We contacted Climate Ltd and David Davies told us not panic he will come out ASAP. Within an hour he was here and not only did he solve our problem he rerouted the pipework so it wouldn't happen again. A very honest company which doesn't cost the earth and gets people out of trouble.

We have been impressed by Climate (Cardiff) Ltd and their attention to detail in fitting our new toilet and bath panels today. The team were very helpful, tidy and good at communication. They honoured their quote and have given us a lovely bathroom, highly recommended.

Had Climate replace a 16 year old combi boiler, work was carried out quickly, efficiently and at the price quoted. Will be using them again for any future plumbing/heating work required.

My old boiler failed after 25 years. The pump had seized. Glen and Dave recommended a new Ideal boiler at £1600 plus VAT. They arrived on time today, at 0930, a team of four: Dave and his daughter Kaitie, Rob and his son Mitchell. Glen called in later. Dave used to be Glen's apprentice. That's what I like: a family firm with tradition. By three I had hot water and heating. They've since been checking and testing. I rarely give 10/10 but they get 9.5

On being asked to provide a quote for a replacement boiler Dave provided a detailed assessment, along with various options & recommendations. His calm manner was extremely reassuring, all the more so as I had some concerns about the potential difficulties involved in installing a new central-heating system. He & his team were extremely thorough during the course of their work and made sure all the relevant paperwork was completed by the end. As a landlord it gave me great peace of mind to know the job had been so stress-free, meaning my next tenants would be the beneficiaries of a new, more energy-efficient boiler. Happy to endorse an independent local business & long may they flourish.

We had Climate do several jobs for us including a boiler replacement and shower cubicle . Nothing was too much trouble. They were reliable and polite and mindful of our property. Climate (Cardiff) Ltd. was recommended by a healthcare professional when I enquired if they new of a reputable plumber who could help us sort out our toilet cistern. After one phone call I was told that they could probably send someone out that day or at the latest, the following day. Later that afternoon they arrived and within half an hour has resolved the problem which necessitated replacing the ball valve within a concealed cistern. The team were polite, careful, skilled and professional and left us with a working system. I would certainly recommend the company to others needing their services.

On Thursday 8/11/2023 I telephoned Dave (It was only later that I learnt his name), of Climate Control to ask if he could repair a leaking tap in my kitchen. His response without hesitation was to say that he would send a technician to me that afternoon. The technician arrived promptly at 2.00pm and within a few minutes had found the source of the leak, and had repaired it with a new better tap connection. I used the opportunity to ask if he could repair a similar Bath basin tap. He agreed to come back on the following Tuesday (14/11/2023) and again within a half hour had replaced the offending tap. My first impressions, of Dave and his company, was his helpfulness, meeting my problem head on (and for an old Pensioner nearing my 90years) this took a great weight off my shoulder) The cost of the 2 jobs was very reasonable, considering the promptness of the response to my predicament I would not hesitate in calling on his company for service and advice in any future problems

Climate Cardiff were responsive, helpful, and did top-quality work throughout. They adapted to changing circumstances in the job and gave sound advice on how to proceed with the work in light of that. Really satisfied with the work and would recommend to anyone looking for climate-conscious energy solutions in the Cardiff area.

Following installation of a smart gas meter by another company working for Octopus we were told that we had a leak somewhere in the house, that it was dangerous and that the supply had to be turned off at the new meter. We were therefore without central heating or the gas fire just when another cold snap was on the way! We found Climate (Cardiff) Ltd, on Which Trusted Trader, and they came promptly the following day, very quickly identified the problem as the shut off valve associated with the pilot light on our boiler and fixed it. So, we were highly satisfied with Climate's promptness and their sensible and re-assuring approach to the problem. So impressed are we that we have asked them to quote for renewing our ancient boiler. Well done and thanks to Dave and his colleague.
