Was informed the job would take 2 days to remove chimney etc. It only took 3/4 of a day. Was asked if I had any roof tiles which I did have. I gave these to builder, which he used no mention of any money for. Was informed scaffolding would be removed when job finished. My wife and myself had to phone 6 times and it took over a week.
