I recently had a new combi boiler installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was professional and efficient They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure I understood how everything would work before getting started. The installation itself was completed to a very high standard—neat pipework, tidy workmanship, and attention to detail. They also removed the old boiler and left the area spotless, which I really appreciated. Once everything was up and running, they took the time to walk me through the controls, energy-saving settings, and maintenance tips. The difference in heating and hot water performance is amazing, and the new system is much quieter and more efficient than my old one.
