I have recently had an outdoor socket, decking recessed lighting and an outdoor light fitted by Matt. The work carried out was excellent and carried out to an exceptional standard. Matt explained everything very thoroughly and provided all the relevant certificates. The workmanship was incredibly neat and was completed to schedule and budget. I would highly recommend Matt.

I can't rate Matt highly enough - he did what he said he would, when he said he would do it, and did a high spec job for a very fair price. Matt is organised and tidy, he finds really good solutions to snags and provides easy to understand advice, all backed up by formal certification. Matt provided an excellent service from start to finish. He clearly explained what needed doing and why. Our house is an older property where virtually nothing is standard. Matt worked round the challenges and we are left feeling that the electrics are safe and up to standard. I'm really glad that I used the Which trusted trader service and that I used Coles Electrics. Will definitely recommend to anyone else needing work done.

Matthew Cole (Coles Electrics) carried out a partial rewire of kitchen and outbuilding, replaced my old consumer board with an updated Consumer Board (18th edition) ,supplied a small bathroom heater/kitchen light and tested all of my electrics in the house for my peace of mind, along with some small electrical jobs around the house. The work was carried out to the agreed schedule and on budget. I have no hesitation in recommending Matthew Cole, he carried out the work with professionalism, to a very high standard and his work ethic was one hundred percent. He was courteous, explained everything that he was doing in a way that was easy to understand, totally punctual and left the house tidy at the end of each day, before he left each day he always double checked everything to make sure all was well. He promptly sent me all the necessary paperwork, certificates etc. setting out all details of the work. I was exceptionally pleased with the work he completed for me and will be using again without any hesitation, I have also recommended him to many of my friends.

After having the quote for a new consumer unit installed and shower connection along with extra jobs that was not included in the quote Matt charged an additional £50 for the extra work was considerable so very fair! I then woke one morning with no lights I texted Matt who called out that evening and charged me nothing! Sorted the problem which was due to moisture building up in a fitting Matt did not fit! Exceptional!! This electrician is the fourth emergency service and cannot praise Matt enough!!!

Matt fitted a new consumer unit and rectified several remedial items that had previously been identified during a periodic inspection. The work was carried out in a tidy manner, on the scheduled dates and at the agreed price. I found that Matt responded to emails promptly and was very helpful when in our home, particularly by keeping us informed which circuits would be off and when. I will certainly ask Coles to quote for any future work.

Matt replaced my old fuse box with a modern consumer unit. Thoroughly professional and friendly throughout and he explained the whole process clearly before carrying out the work. He was also able to fix several pre-existing faults around the house at the same time. Would thoroughly recommend.

Coles Electrics fitted down lights in our bathroom and we are really pleased with the results. The work was carried out to the highest standards and to the agreed schedule and budget. Matt kept us informed throughout the process, from providing a quotation to completing the work. Matt has a very professional attitude and a great work ethic. Matt was very thorough, did an excellent job and explained the work clearly. Matt took time to answer my questions. The new down lights in the bathroom look great, he really has done a brilliant job.
