Colne Valley Windows

We have used Colne Valley Windows on numerous occasions on two different properties for such things as a replacement glass roof on a conservatory, bi fold doors, a new warm roof and new windows. We have always been more than pleased with all aspects of the company from the initial contact all the way to completion of the job. Punctual, trustworthy, highly skilled, scrupulously tidy, fairly priced and with excellent after service and efficient organising of all relevant paperwork required they are our go to company for any replacement window, door or roof jobs we might require. I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone.

4 wooden windows removed and 4 new uPVC double glazed units installed; they accommodated a narrow installation timeframe and were done in half a day. Did not even need to redecorate; thoroughly professional and faultless job done.

Colne Valley Windows did a great job understanding our requirements and needs for this specific job. We first got clarity over email about what we thought we needed until the team came in, reviewed our ask, and clarified that some work only needed specific window pane replacement rather than just windows, bringing the cost down. We also had a bit of back and forth regarding the layout/design of some of the windows; they were accommodating in our questions and ensured we got what we required. The team was great on the day and did a fantastic job fitting the windows on the day quoted.

We had 2 windows fitted and a new back door using Colne Valley Windows.. I had previously had all my front and side windows replaced by Lee so he knew what we needed for the back windows and just went over their spec. I had used their online door creator tool to create my back door. Lee came round for a pre site visit where we chose the colour of the door and went through door locks, handles, style and insert blind. He was very efficient and soon afterwards we received a quote from the office team. After accepting the quote, a rough timescale is given and they arrange a date with you for fitting nearer the time. Fitting is efficient, they tidy up after themselves and explain how window locks work etc. We have windows which have the criss cross pattern on them and this part was missing but they came back a few weeks later with the part and didn't ask us to pay the full amount due until this was fixed. We are very happy with the work and communication from the company and would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the work, Colne Valley were very accomodating and completed work in phases, due to work on the house. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

All window in chalet bungalow replaced, guttering cleaned and checked for leaks which were repaired. Conservatory roof plastic removed and glass installed to also allow wood burner stove chimney to exit roof. This was the third time using Colne Valley Windows and proved to as efficient and professional as previous experiences. I will definitely recommend them to friends and use them without hesitation in the future.
