I was visited by combat pest control staff member John and found him to be extremely professional, courteous and friendly. I was given a very descript and detailed explanation as to what he intended to do procedure-wise, he informed us of all possible safety concerns and after care instructions. So to summarise, I would definitely recommend his professional service to the highest standard of any in need of pest control. 5 *****.

We had a problem with a rogue mouse. Chris came out a few times and tried different baits as our "unwanted guest" was very good at avoiding them. All communication both with Chris and with the office was always very clear, friendly and professional I would thoroughly recommend Combat to anyone who needs pest control experts

Over a few months, we heard what began to sound like rats in certain areas of the home, l must add that these were non-food areas. Although we never sighted any rodents, the movements and scratching noises we felt sure we had company regularly. After months of trying to rid them ourselves, to no avail, the issue was now already bigger than we could handle. So that's where Combat services came in. An appointment was made and a lovely John came around, We gave a very detailed account John set to work, and after several repeat visits to check activities, it would appear that we are rodent-free. We are very satisfied Combat services.

The technician who came to deal with the wasps' nest was helpful and pleasant, initial advice over the telephone was clear and useful. I would use this company again.

The company were highly professional in their reaction. They calmed down the situation with educative advice to the customer (me) on the phone and responded with promptness and calm professional dedication to the site needing treatment. The team is well versed in their specialty. Their operatives are cool under pressure, very thorough, and offered further educational instructions on site. They took great care not to endanger any other form of animals in the area, which comforted me greatly. I would certainly use the company again, but hope that I don't encounter any further rodents! I also wish to commend them for their personal aims to educate and support other charities, both at home and abroad.

For the first and I hope last time I had a rat in the home. Found Combat Pest Control on the Internet and gave them a call. From the initial call they were friendly and efficient. Was told from the start it would take 3 visits and what the cost would be. The actual operative was friendly, efficient and clean working. He kept me fully informed of what he was doing and why and what he would be doing on each visit. Thankfully the rat has gone. I highly recommend this company

I used Combat Pest Control a few years back and no doubt will again. All the houses on the street have interconnected basements so when one has a mouse problem we all do. Very professional team who take time to explain what they are doing and answer all questions... you don't feel they are in a rush to get to the next client. Would highly recommend.

Excellent company who were professional, always perfectly on time and effective at eradicating a rat infestation in compost heap of garden in new house. Very stressful time and they were nothing but pleasant and effective and rigorous. They came back for an extra visit when I thought I’d seen some movement at the end of the garden just to check. I was mistaken. Really appreciate how reassuring their personnel were and how efficient they were. Their prices were very fair especially compared to a well known pest control company. We had some noise in the loft. It happen to be rats. They have been very informative, efficient and reliable. They are still supporting us until the problem. Is under control.

We discovered that we had a mouse problem and we were very impressed with the tips on Combat's website. When contacted their services were fully explained as were the costs. Steve arrived promptly and immediately put us at ease by fully explaining about mice habits and outlined his plan, he did a full survey and gave us a drawing of the mice entry points. Builders working in my kitchen found a big (and magnificent) wasp nest, thought it was probably dormant but suggested to be sure I get in pest controlers. I googled, and uip came several in the area. The first one went to voice mail; the second Combat Pest Control was answered in a most helpful, friendly and efficient fashion. They could get someone to me early the next day. And they did, he was superb. Agreed the nest was dormant and set about knocking it down (it was up under the rafters under the roof). He was most interesting and rescued several layers of the honeycomb from inside the nest for me to share with various children. I was most impressed by the service and was given an excellent book on pests as a result. The company is staffed almost entirely by ex-serivcemen. The job was done neatly and effectively and every trace of the nest was vacuumed up. I would certainly call on them if I had any similar pest issues and can thoroughly recommend them. The fact that they have a charitable side I find most impressive too. Their friendly operatives are always warm, punctual, reliable and go the extra mile to provide advice, guidance, and practical interventions. The Directors are always undertaking charitable projects to support good causes, so we see how their returns are used widely to benefit others, through giving back. Combat Pest Control Director, Michael Coates also creates Podcasts. Most recently "Breaking the Cycle" offers candid interviews with Guest Leaders into societal issues affecting us all! Additionally, he has been creating mini-episodes which we will use as essential mental health training (provided by a Psychologist), for our staff to support our clients living with mental health challenges. These free resources are gems in this economic climate when organisations, especially employers and providers of people services, need to ensure that we are doing all we can to ensure mental health and 'whole of self' wellbeing not only for clients ( as in our case ) but most importantly for our staff- the people who provide the interventions for our clients. These podcasts, especially in this pandemic, would serve any person- be it a parent, a patient, a relative, or someone directly suffering and living with enduring mental health challenges. A sound professional service, clearly identified the issue and method of resolution and then executed the visits in accordance with that plan and mice problem solved. Punctual friendly team.

From my initial enquiry to Combat Pest Control they were efficient friendly and speedy. When they said they would call back they did (which is rare these days!) Mat came out promptly on 26 October and queried our 'moth' problem which turned out to be carpet beetles by using not only his expertise but that of his colleagues by photographing the pests and posting on Whatsapp. A response in less than a minute diagnosed the pests and he carried out the work required accordingly. He was informative and friendly and we were very happy with our dealings with the company and him.

I had a mouse issue in the kitchen and needed it resolved urgently. Combat Pest Control were brilliant. I'm really glad I called them. They were very informative on my first call and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. Once they were on board they were great, they were friendly, informative and very thorough in the way they conducted their work. Not to mention being very accommodating and working around my schedule. The technician, Steve was on time for the scheduled appointments and constantly relayed what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very friendly and helpful. He made three visits doing a rigorous inspection of the spaces before handing over to his colleague Ashley with detailed illustrations and notes. Ashley then undertook the work of cleaning, proofing and securing the holes and areas that the mice were possibly using to get in. He also was very informative and thorough with his work. Altogether there were 5 visits from the Combat Pest Control team. Today was Steve's last visit and it seems everything is clean and secure. The job comes with a 12-month warranty too. I'm extremely happy with the work.

I emailed on a Sunday, had a response and confirmed booking same day. On the agreed day, an extremely professional employee arrived on time, looked at the nest, explained exactly what he was going to do, did it, discussed what would happen next, all done in a friendly, easy to understand way. Superb service all round and no wasps seen in the week since the visit. Highly recommended.

Phoned at 2.50 pm not expecting a same day call out. Polite and courteous on phone, after checking availability in the area said would be able to get someone out at 6.30 that eve, at 4.10 pm received a call to say that they would be able to attend in around half an hour! What can I say the guys came and did the job, explaining what they were going to do and got on with it. Would highly recommend this professional company

Great service from start to end. The ladies in the call centre were all lovely, really polite and informative. I got Rob sent out to me twice, he was excellent, I can't rate him highly enough. He was professional, polite, very informative and just a really nice guy. It's been a week now and my problem seems to be sorted, really relieved and grateful to Combat and Rob. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The representative came when booked and did the job very well. Both the office and the pest controller were extremely efficient.

I had an infestation in my kitchen and was very upset about it. Combat gave me a very good quote and Chris came to visit me. He investigated thoroughly, explained what had happened, and reassured me that it was a temporary problem. I was very grateful for the peace of mind he gave me.
