I had previously used another firm, but was unhappy with them. COMBAT pest control were fantastic, helpful, efficient and well priced. They kept me informed every step of the way. They took photos of before and after of my loft, following a squirrel infestation, and drew a plan of the area that had been affected. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You will not find a better firm.

The company is very efficient. I made an enquiry on a Sunday evening and got an immediate email response, with our first visit being booked 3 days after my enquiry. The technician who visited was always the same person (Tony), he arrived on time for each of his 3 visits and was very informative. We had about a dozen or more rats in our garden. It took longer than expected to eliminate them, about 2 weeks after the initial visit, but now they have all gone. The method used is designed for the rats to die as humanely as possible in their burrow and there have certainly been no dead rats in the garden. We have 4 weeks warranty which is reassuring, although I don’t think we will need it. We can now feed the birds again, which is such a delight.

We had a problem with rodents in the house and I contacted Combat, who straight away called me back and talked through the whole service and costs. The engineers arrived on time and were professional, courteous and really knowledgeable. The whole service is a very well run, with both the people that come to your house and the office/admin side. Mat came to do the proofing and did a fantastic job, very thorough and took the time to asses every area that may need proofing. Mat also left the areas very clean and tidy as well. They don't skimp on product and are really passionate about getting the job done. I would highly recommend Combat and the icing on the cake is that they provide funds for charities and seem to have a really good ethos with their workforce.

When a family of rats appeared in my garden I went to find some help. Combat's website made me smile at a time I didn't think there was anything to smile about. From my first contact they were really helpful and efficient. Chris came to my home three times and each time explained carefully about all he was doing. After 4 days the rats stopped appearing but it was at the third visit that the bait was taken and I felt more confident. I still have two weeks cover, just in case they have not all gone. I will not hesitate to go back to Combat should I need help again.

I contacted Combat back in April after spotting rat/s in our small, neat, tidy and pet free garden. (I'm petrified of them!) They responded swiftly, to arrange a site visit. Chris was professional, courteous, punctual and explained the process. He advised and implemented on a plan of action. After two visits no more sightings (the relief!) After our third scheduled visit he advised they'd 'gone'. I was still very nervous but was reassured that the bait boxes would be left in situ for a further month and if we did see anything we could call as it was all part of the plan. I always mean to leave reviews, but never get round to it - making an exception for Combat as am so impressed.

Combat Pest Control has been extremely helpful and professional, when dealing with my current mice issue. Mathew provided me with clear information, he answered all my questions and did an excellent job identifying all entry points, implemented a plan to make the mice go away, and he placed the bait exactly where it should be. From our initial email to the final third visit, we have found Combat to be a very efficient, friendly and competent company to deal with. Everything was fully explained at the start and we received a very useful self-help guide to deal with our issue (rats in the back garden). Tony the technician arrived on time and was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and got on with the task. They were very prompt to book the second and third visits, again with Tony. Evidence of vermin in loft. Bait and tracking dust left. 3 visits. I was surprised that operative could not distinguish between historic infestation and current & more surprised couldn’t distinguish between rat and squirrel droppings. I have no previous episode to compare standard. Do not like company donating child education to needy children being contingent on giving a good review.

You want an infestation of some kind in order to have dealings with this company. I have never had such an honest and helpful discussion around handling pests of any kind. Prompt, clean, helpful, polite, quick and thorough. The bonus is that for every job they do, they donate a day of education to a street child in Afghanistan. Win win.

Combat dealt swiftly and efficiently with a burrow of rats in our garden. They also sealed entry points in to the house. Everything was completed according to the agreed schedule and budget. Things that stood out: their professionalism and expertise. They were incredibly helpful (and reassuring!) and did a really competent job. Wow! These guys are brilliant. I had a problem with rats in the garden. The Combat Pest Control technician came (at the agreed time on all three visits); Assessed the situation (taking time to be thorough and explained exactly what they were doing and why); Dealt with the issue (professionally and discretely).
