From my initial enquiry to Combat Pest Control they were efficient friendly and speedy. When they said they would call back they did (which is rare these days!) Mat came out promptly on 26 October and queried our 'moth' problem which turned out to be carpet beetles by using not only his expertise but that of his colleagues by photographing the pests and posting on Whatsapp. A response in less than a minute diagnosed the pests and he carried out the work required accordingly. He was informative and friendly and we were very happy with our dealings with the company and him.

Absolutely brilliant. On-time, efficient, effective and passionate. Great customer service (other bigger industries could learn from them). Steve was genuinely a man on a mission. They really are masters of their brief and they deliver on exactly what they say - can't ask for more. Would highly recommend.

We are a small mental health housing charity in SE London and Combat Pest Control provides early intervention, prevention, and responsive pest support for our properties. Their friendly operatives are always warm, punctual, reliable and go the extra mile to provide advice, guidance, and practical interventions. The Directors are always undertaking charitable projects to support good causes, so we see how their returns are used widely to benefit others, through giving back. Combat Pest Control Director, Michael Coates also creates Podcasts. Most recently "Breaking the Cycle" offers candid interviews with Guest Leaders into societal issues affecting us all! Additionally, he has been creating mini-episodes which we will use as essential mental health training (provided by a Psychologist), for our staff to support our clients living with mental health challenges. These free resources are gems in this economic climate when organisations, especially employers and providers of people services, need to ensure that we are doing all we can to ensure mental health and 'whole of self' wellbeing not only for clients ( as in our case ) but most importantly for our staff- the people who provide the interventions for our clients. These podcasts, especially in this pandemic, would serve any person- be it a parent, a patient, a relative, or someone directly suffering and living with enduring mental health challenges. I cannot thank Combat Pest Control enough!!! You are amazing folk!!!

We discovered that we had a mouse problem and we were very impressed with the tips on Combat's website. When contacted their services were fully explained as were the costs. Steve arrived promptly and immediately put us at ease by fully explaining about mice habits and outlined his plan, he did a full survey and gave us a drawing of the mice entry points. We had a problem with a rogue mouse. Chris came out a few times and tried different baits as our "unwanted guest" was very good at avoiding them. All communication both with Chris and with the office was always very clear, friendly and professional I would thoroughly recommend Combat to anyone who needs pest control experts

On calling the CPC team we were immediately able to book a visit for the following day. The visit itself was conducted very professionally and the problem (moths) was analysed and dealt with. On-going support was easy, and we would heartily recommend Combat Pest Control as a result.

Came very quickly as it was an emergency with a squirrel taking over the main living room. Very pleasant kind person, who knew exactly what to do. He dealt with it very efficiently indeed and cleaned up afterwards

We were very impressed with the service. Lee came at the appointed time, and dealt quickly and effectively with a wasps nest in our porch. We thought the price reasonable (certainly in comparison with another company we'd used in the past). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I contacted Combat Pest Control as I needed an underground wasp nest treated in my garden. They were quick to respond and offered me 4 possible days/times that they could come out to do the work, all within the 3 working days following my contact to them. Chris came out to do the work and was efficient in identifying the method by which he would treat the nest and the work was completed within 25 minutes, handy as I needed to leave for work straight after. The documents that I was sent before and after the visit were really helpful in understanding the way in which Combat had dealt with the nest. I would use them again if I have another pest issue.

We had a number of rats in our garage. Combat came to help me get rid of them. They were very professional, and explained the process to me very clearly. I don't like harming any animals, even rats, but they made me feel as ok as possible about baiting them. They were punctual, clean and tidy and great at follow up appointments.

The company spent a number of weeks to identify where mice were coming from and to seal all access points. They did a great job, we have a warranty against any further issues and were all lovely people to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Laid bait in 3 flats in a converted Victorian house. Arrived on time, were courteous, efficient and tidy.

The company is very efficient. I made an enquiry on a Sunday evening and got an immediate email response, with our first visit being booked 3 days after my enquiry. The technician who visited was always the same person (Tony), he arrived on time for each of his 3 visits and was very informative. We had about a dozen or more rats in our garden. It took longer than expected to eliminate them, about 2 weeks after the initial visit, but now they have all gone. The method used is designed for the rats to die as humanely as possible in their burrow and there have certainly been no dead rats in the garden. We have 4 weeks warranty which is reassuring, although I don’t think we will need it. We can now feed the birds again, which is such a delight.

We had some noise in the loft. It happen to be rats. They have been very informative, efficient and reliable. They are still supporting us until the problem. Is under control.

We had a mouse problem due to an infestation in an adjacent property. Combat was recommended to me by a friend - they handled the process very efficiently and courteously from start to finish and they dealt with the problem. There were no surprises on the scope of work or the price. I also like the fact that they provide information on how to manage the problem yourself where possible. V happy.

The representative came when booked and did the job very well. Both the office and the pest controller were extremely efficient.

I had a mouse issue in the kitchen and needed it resolved urgently. Combat Pest Control were brilliant. I'm really glad I called them. They were very informative on my first call and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. Once they were on board they were great, they were friendly, informative and very thorough in the way they conducted their work. Not to mention being very accommodating and working around my schedule. The technician, Steve was on time for the scheduled appointments and constantly relayed what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very friendly and helpful. He made three visits doing a rigorous inspection of the spaces before handing over to his colleague Ashley with detailed illustrations and notes. Ashley then undertook the work of cleaning, proofing and securing the holes and areas that the mice were possibly using to get in. He also was very informative and thorough with his work. Altogether there were 5 visits from the Combat Pest Control team. Today was Steve's last visit and it seems everything is clean and secure. The job comes with a 12-month warranty too. I'm extremely happy with the work.

The company were highly professional in their reaction. They calmed down the situation with educative advice to the customer (me) on the phone and responded with promptness and calm professional dedication to the site needing treatment. The team is well versed in their specialty. Their operatives are cool under pressure, very thorough, and offered further educational instructions on site. They took great care not to endanger any other form of animals in the area, which comforted me greatly. I would certainly use the company again, but hope that I don't encounter any further rodents! I also wish to commend them for their personal aims to educate and support other charities, both at home and abroad.

I was visited by combat pest control staff member John and found him to be extremely professional, courteous and friendly. I was given a very descript and detailed explanation as to what he intended to do procedure-wise, he informed us of all possible safety concerns and after care instructions. So to summarise, I would definitely recommend his professional service to the highest standard of any in need of pest control. 5 *****.
