Work to get rid of house mice that were causing problems and eating food in kitchen cupboards. We have three separate visits to check on progress.

Combat treated carpets in 2 rooms for a moth infestation. Their conduct including the initial telephone conversation, the visit, and email communication providing information and confirmation, was professional throughout. Gary, the operative, arrived promptly and was very courteous. work was successfully completed in one visit, at the agreed price. Gary also removed all the books from a tall bookcase, in order to move it, and returned the books afterward in exactly the same order! Very satisfied. I am also very happy that my custom has meant a donation to a charity that education for street children in Afghanistan. I recommend Combat and I won't hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

Called out Combat Pest Control because we have pigeons congregating in a niche on our roof. They have dispersed them and given us advice on this problem. Would certainly recommend them.

I called Combat because I had an unfortunate encounter with unwanted bugs and over-the counter remedies simply did not work. From the moment I called Combat, the service was superb - the lady on the telephone was polite, charming and could not have been more helpful. She wasn't able to put me through immediately as the line to the department I needed was busy. She advised that somebody would call me back within the hour and an extremely helpful young man by the name of Sean did indeed call. A visit to sort out the problem was duly arranged - within two days.The chap who arrived, Paul, was knowledgeable, informative and extremely polite. The job was duly completed and executed with little disruption and absolutely no trace of the treatment was left. He advised me on safety precautions following the treatment and said to call the office if there were any problems. There were none. I was charged exactly what the invoice said and even had an email to thank me for my payment which actually did not appear to be an automated message. You and your team get 10/10 for customer service and professionalism. I was also very happy to support what I believe to be a company that is owned by and and set up for ex-armed forces personnel. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Professional, knowledgeable, polite, tidy, punctual. A squirrel in the roof, traps set, food taken but pest clever and got away. Third trap set another visit arranged at no extra cost. Very fair. Will carry out work to suspected entry point next visit. We could not wish for better care. They're all ex military that support charities and we think their ethos is great. Thoroughly recommend this organisation.

Combat came three times to rid us of rats. They always came when they said they would, all three men who came were very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable; and most importantly the rats have gone. Combat seems like a really good business and it's a pleasure to support an outfit that provides support in turn to ex-servicemen. We would definitely use again but hopefully that's the last we see of them!

We had a number of rats in our garage. Combat came to help me get rid of them. They were very professional, and explained the process to me very clearly. I don't like harming any animals, even rats, but they made me feel as ok as possible about baiting them. They were punctual, clean and tidy and great at follow up appointments.

A very friendly operation, willing to go out of their way to help. They explained the necessary action that need to be undertaken - 3 visits. The operator attending was very helpful and answered all my questions and allayed all my concerns. The baiting seems to have worked and long may it do so.

We couldn't leave a review any earlier as we're still getting over the aftermath of a bedbug infestation. Combat provided us with clear guidelines prior to, during and after treatment, which involved advice, treating the property within the time limit given, sticking to the budget and leaving details of chemicals used in the process on both visits made. It was great to be able to speak to a person at Combat by phone on a Saturday morning regarding further queries we had.

We had three visits to deal with a rat sighting in our garden. The team are courteous and efficient and our problem was dealt with as promised. Price is agreed ahead of the first visit and adhered to. Gary, our operative, even helped me stop up a hole under our fence where foxes were coming in, so a bit of added value too. They also give a percentage of the fee to rehabilitation in Afghanistan (they are all ex-military who served there) so some CSR too!

I found Combat Pest Control to be very efficient. They contacted me almost immediately, after I emailed them. They arranged a visit for the following day and the person they sent arrived at the appointed time, was well presented and friendly and polite. He immediately put my mind at rest by talking me through the procedure. He then conducted a search of my property and found evidence of a rat. I was assured that my cat would be unable to access any bait that was laid. On the second visit, two operatives arrived, again on time and a credit to the company. They found that bait had been taken, so more was laid. On the final visit, I was assured that all was well, but to contact Combat if I had any further worries.

I would like to thank Lee for the work he did to rid us of a rat that had entered under our kitchen floor. He correctly identified how it got there and recommended drain valves which he fitted. This solved the problem and we no longer have any problems. I would recommend Combat Pest and particularly Lee for his excellent work.

Highly recommend Combat Pest control. The were quick to reply to my email request and were able to carry out the job within a short time frame. They provided excellent information via email before they completed the job and left clear aftercare instructions once they had treated the problem.

I would highly recommend using Combat for any sort of pest control problem. They were polite and always arrived exactly when they said they would, sometimes even 5 minutes early. They explained exactly what they were going to do to sort the problem and they didn't try and up sell me. Ash, Paul and Dan were all brilliant, very friendly and hard working. They were thorough in what they did and left no mess. They were very trustworthy and I felt very comfortable leaving them in flat when I wasn't there. We needed Combat Pest Control for a rodent problem in my father-in-law’s house. They were efficient, prompt and courteous and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Only later did I find out more about the company: the staff is made up of military veterans, helping them into life beyond the army. What’s more, with every job, they make a donation to an education project in Afghanistan. Altogether well worth a look. Highly recommended.

Combat Pest Control have twice successfully removed mice from our London mid terraced house. Punctual, tidy and the fee supporting children, they are also very helpful in their advice. When the mice return (as inevitably they will at some point with such a rodent population in London), I will again be contacting Combat as I implicitly trust their services.

I had these tiny mites all over my kitchen surfaces. Didn't know what they were or where they'd come from. Combat Pest control, turned up on time, identified the mites, found the source, cleaned the cupboard shelves and surfaces + advised me how make sure they didn't return. Kitchen cupboards and surfaces now clear of mites

I contacted Combat Pest Control as I needed an underground wasp nest treated in my garden. They were quick to respond and offered me 4 possible days/times that they could come out to do the work, all within the 3 working days following my contact to them. Chris came out to do the work and was efficient in identifying the method by which he would treat the nest and the work was completed within 25 minutes, handy as I needed to leave for work straight after. The documents that I was sent before and after the visit were really helpful in understanding the way in which Combat had dealt with the nest. I would use them again if I have another pest issue.

Combat Pest gave a reasonable quote. Not the cheapest but they included 3 visits for the entire service. Communication was good, the technician was punctual, thorough, gave good advice and kept the place tidy. Still early days but I am hoping that sufficient has been done to keep the rodents away.

We were very impressed with the service. Lee came at the appointed time, and dealt quickly and effectively with a wasps nest in our porch. We thought the price reasonable (certainly in comparison with another company we'd used in the past). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
