We used Combat to deal with a rodent problem. They visited on three planned occasion, always letting us know when they were on their way. They were polite, friendly and professional. They explained at each stage what they were planning to do, and kept us informed as things progressed. They always left the site as they found it. I'm so unbelievably grateful for the work Combat Pest Control carried out for me. We've had issues with mice under our floors for such a long time and I honestly had given up all hope in ever being free of them. Mike quickly identified areas where I was vulnerable and after reinstating holes and laying traps/ bait our mice problem has gone! He showed real empathy towards us and had such a calming manner. I truly felt that we were in good hands and had every confidence that they would solve the problem squatters. The job was completed on budget and done so in way you'd expect from a professional company. Fantastic company, thank you once again.

We couldn't leave a review any earlier as we're still getting over the aftermath of a bedbug infestation. Combat provided us with clear guidelines prior to, during and after treatment, which involved advice, treating the property within the time limit given, sticking to the budget and leaving details of chemicals used in the process on both visits made. It was great to be able to speak to a person at Combat by phone on a Saturday morning regarding further queries we had.

A friend recommended Combat to me. I found this company to be very professional from my initial phone call to them. Very polite with explanation of what they needed to do and how much it would cost. The team arrived on time and first impressions were good. They explained clearly what was to happen and then carried it out very efficiently. When the work was completed they explained what would happen, the length of time for the materials used to work and what we could expect to happen next with the wasps. Professional, knowledgeable, polite, tidy, punctual. A squirrel in the roof, traps set, food taken but pest clever and got away. Third trap set another visit arranged at no extra cost. Very fair. Will carry out work to suspected entry point next visit. We could not wish for better care. They're all ex military that support charities and we think their ethos is great. Thoroughly recommend this organisation.

From our initial email to the final third visit, we have found Combat to be a very efficient, friendly and competent company to deal with. Everything was fully explained at the start and we received a very useful self-help guide to deal with our issue (rats in the back garden). Tony the technician arrived on time and was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and got on with the task. They were very prompt to book the second and third visits, again with Tony. Very efficient and run with military precision. Fully recommend their services.

I contacted Combat back in April after spotting rat/s in our small, neat, tidy and pet free garden. (I'm petrified of them!) They responded swiftly, to arrange a site visit. Chris was professional, courteous, punctual and explained the process. He advised and implemented on a plan of action. After two visits no more sightings (the relief!) After our third scheduled visit he advised they'd 'gone'. I was still very nervous but was reassured that the bait boxes would be left in situ for a further month and if we did see anything we could call as it was all part of the plan. I always mean to leave reviews, but never get round to it - making an exception for Combat as am so impressed.

I emailed on a Sunday, had a response and confirmed booking same day. On the agreed day, an extremely professional employee arrived on time, looked at the nest, explained exactly what he was going to do, did it, discussed what would happen next, all done in a friendly, easy to understand way. Superb service all round and no wasps seen in the week since the visit. Highly recommended.

Great service from start to end. The ladies in the call centre were all lovely, really polite and informative. I got Rob sent out to me twice, he was excellent, I can't rate him highly enough. He was professional, polite, very informative and just a really nice guy. It's been a week now and my problem seems to be sorted, really relieved and grateful to Combat and Rob. For the first and I hope last time I had a rat in the home. Found Combat Pest Control on the Internet and gave them a call. From the initial call they were friendly and efficient. Was told from the start it would take 3 visits and what the cost would be. The actual operative was friendly, efficient and clean working. He kept me fully informed of what he was doing and why and what he would be doing on each visit. Thankfully the rat has gone. I highly recommend this company

Over three years or more we have failed to rid our kitchen / basement of visiting rats. Rentokil sent over 3 different people, all junior/inexperienced and not particularly polite. So we tried combat instead. Danny visored is three times. He was incredibly polite and was immediately on to finding a solution, finding the cause immediately (incidentally looking in areas rentokil had not even bothered to look despite being obvious to experienced professionals.

Very efficient in responding to my phone call and were able to quickly provided date time and name of who would be coming. Dan who arrived was very helpful. I had originally thought my problem was a wasp nest however it turned out to be a bees nest - not honey bees. Dan and I talked about the options - as the nest is buried behind a wall there was no option to relocate. My husband reacts really badly to wasp and bee stings and the patio is used regularly for relaxing and dining - conclusion was that there was sadly no other option than to destroy the bees - all handled very professionally. To allay me feeling guilty, I will be planting some fuscias away from the house - Dan tells me the bees like these. If needed I would certainly use them again.

I found Combat Pest Control to be very efficient. They contacted me almost immediately, after I emailed them. They arranged a visit for the following day and the person they sent arrived at the appointed time, was well presented and friendly and polite. He immediately put my mind at rest by talking me through the procedure. He then conducted a search of my property and found evidence of a rat. I was assured that my cat would be unable to access any bait that was laid. On the second visit, two operatives arrived, again on time and a credit to the company. They found that bait had been taken, so more was laid. On the final visit, I was assured that all was well, but to contact Combat if I had any further worries.
