We had issues with mice, squirrels and mites and they carried out the work as agreed in a timely manner and with professionalism at all times. Everyone I dealt with at Combat Pest Control were very professional, helpful, polite and carried out the required work as agreed. Wasp’s nest in the eaves of a tall house was dealt with in a calm and efficient manner. Very pleasant, polite young man turned up at the agreed time, identified the location of wasp’s nest and administered a powder via a long pole. After a short period of intense wasp activity near the site, movement rapidly tailed off to zero. There has been no further wasp activity. Job done. Thanks.

Very efficient in responding to my phone call and were able to quickly provided date time and name of who would be coming. Dan who arrived was very helpful. I had originally thought my problem was a wasp nest however it turned out to be a bees nest - not honey bees. Dan and I talked about the options - as the nest is buried behind a wall there was no option to relocate. My husband reacts really badly to wasp and bee stings and the patio is used regularly for relaxing and dining - conclusion was that there was sadly no other option than to destroy the bees - all handled very professionally. To allay me feeling guilty, I will be planting some fuscias away from the house - Dan tells me the bees like these. If needed I would certainly use them again.

Carl and Dan were terrific - friendly, punctual (early on every occasion), professional and effective at the task in hand. Being very concerned about our pest problem, it was a huge relief when operative Dan arrived, every inch the supreme professional. Dan's knowledge of pests was immense and he explained thoroughly how he was going to carry out the fumigation and what the expeced outcome would be. From the beginning it was clear how highly Dan placed our safety and our pet's. When we returned home, at the time Dan had specified, we found that there was virtually no odour and very little sign that anything had been done. As we expected, the fumigation was a complete success and we are pest-free. I can't recommend Combat highly enough. Thank you very much.

Over three years or more we have failed to rid our kitchen / basement of visiting rats. Rentokil sent over 3 different people, all junior/inexperienced and not particularly polite. So we tried combat instead. Danny visored is three times. He was incredibly polite and was immediately on to finding a solution, finding the cause immediately (incidentally looking in areas rentokil had not even bothered to look despite being obvious to experienced professionals.

Three short visits spread over four weeks. Dan was very friendly and helpful. The work was completed to our satisfaction. On the third visit, we weren't home in time to meet Dan, he phoned us and agreed to wait for 20 minutes until we got back. This was totally our fault but Dan was very understanding. If this is an indication of the whole team, then I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had a Rat problem which we couldn’t clear ourselves. We contacted Combat Pest Control and they responded quickly. They were professional, polite and knowledgeable They did what they said they would do and sorted out our problem. I would certainly recommend them. It’s just a shame they can’t use them to get rid of other pests like PPI calls and personal accident calls. A great company to deal with.

They installed bird control netting round solar panels. I realised I could have a problem with birds on the week that my solar panels were due to be installed. Mike was very helpful and able to respond very quickly. The work was carried out according to schedule (e.g. availability of scaffold in the phase of work dictated by solar panel installation), and to agreed budget. Combat Control's work is excellent. I was impressed by their professional approach (e.g. they had full safety gear), and finished the work tidily and to good quality. Very happy with the work. No hesitation tin recommending them to others.

I'm so unbelievably grateful for the work Combat Pest Control carried out for me. We've had issues with mice under our floors for such a long time and I honestly had given up all hope in ever being free of them. Mike quickly identified areas where I was vulnerable and after reinstating holes and laying traps/ bait our mice problem has gone! He showed real empathy towards us and had such a calming manner. I truly felt that we were in good hands and had every confidence that they would solve the problem squatters. The job was completed on budget and done so in way you'd expect from a professional company. Fantastic company, thank you once again.
