Combat Pest Control has been extremely helpful and professional, when dealing with my current mice issue. Mathew provided me with clear information, he answered all my questions and did an excellent job identifying all entry points, implemented a plan to make the mice go away, and he placed the bait exactly where it should be. I would recommend anyone with rodent issues, to contact Combat Pest Control - they’ll do an excellent job.

We needed Combat Pest Control for a rodent problem in my father-in-law’s house. They were efficient, prompt and courteous and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Only later did I find out more about the company: the staff is made up of military veterans, helping them into life beyond the army. What’s more, with every job, they make a donation to an education project in Afghanistan. Altogether well worth a look. Highly recommended.

When a family of rats appeared in my garden I went to find some help. Combat's website made me smile at a time I didn't think there was anything to smile about. From my first contact they were really helpful and efficient. Chris came to my home three times and each time explained carefully about all he was doing. After 4 days the rats stopped appearing but it was at the third visit that the bait was taken and I felt more confident. I still have two weeks cover, just in case they have not all gone. I will not hesitate to go back to Combat should I need help again.

I used Combat Pest Control a few years back and no doubt will again. All the houses on the street have interconnected basements so when one has a mouse problem we all do. Over a few months, we heard what began to sound like rats in certain areas of the home, l must add that these were non-food areas. Although we never sighted any rodents, the movements and scratching noises we felt sure we had company regularly. After months of trying to rid them ourselves, to no avail, the issue was now already bigger than we could handle. So that's where Combat services came in. An appointment was made and a lovely John came around, We gave a very detailed account John set to work, and after several repeat visits to check activities, it would appear that we are rodent-free. We are very satisfied Combat services.

I asked CPC how best to remove some bees which were near our garden, although they weren’t bothering us we thought it best if they had a safer environment. We didn’t want the bees harmed so they found a way to re home the bees to a better location. I love how CPC operate, they have professional staff who are all ex forces personnel.

They installed bird control netting round solar panels. I realised I could have a problem with birds on the week that my solar panels were due to be installed. Mike was very helpful and able to respond very quickly. The work was carried out according to schedule (e.g. availability of scaffold in the phase of work dictated by solar panel installation), and to agreed budget. Combat Control's work is excellent. I was impressed by their professional approach (e.g. they had full safety gear), and finished the work tidily and to good quality. Very happy with the work. No hesitation tin recommending them to others.

Carl and Dan were terrific - friendly, punctual (early on every occasion), professional and effective at the task in hand. I would highly recommend using Combat for any sort of pest control problem. They were polite and always arrived exactly when they said they would, sometimes even 5 minutes early. They explained exactly what they were going to do to sort the problem and they didn't try and up sell me. Ash, Paul and Dan were all brilliant, very friendly and hard working. They were thorough in what they did and left no mess. They were very trustworthy and I felt very comfortable leaving them in flat when I wasn't there. I also really like their ethos about who they employ and how their business helps children living in ex military zones around the world.

I would like to thank Lee for the work he did to rid us of a rat that had entered under our kitchen floor. He correctly identified how it got there and recommended drain valves which he fitted. We had three visits to deal with a rat sighting in our garden. The team are courteous and efficient and our problem was dealt with as promised. Price is agreed ahead of the first visit and adhered to. Gary, our operative, even helped me stop up a hole under our fence where foxes were coming in, so a bit of added value too. They also give a percentage of the fee to rehabilitation in Afghanistan (they are all ex-military who served there) so some CSR too!

Wow! These guys are brilliant. I had a problem with rats in the garden. The Combat Pest Control technician came (at the agreed time on all three visits); Assessed the situation (taking time to be thorough and explained exactly what they were doing and why); Dealt with the issue (professionally and discretely). Combat dealt swiftly and efficiently with a burrow of rats in our garden. They also sealed entry points in to the house. Everything was completed according to the agreed schedule and budget. Things that stood out: their professionalism and expertise. They were incredibly helpful (and reassuring!) and did a really competent job. The entry sealing was a big job and the operative left the kitchen spotless. Follow up package also clearly signalled.
