We had three visits to deal with a rat sighting in our garden. The team are courteous and efficient and our problem was dealt with as promised. Price is agreed ahead of the first visit and adhered to. Gary, our operative, even helped me stop up a hole under our fence where foxes were coming in, so a bit of added value too. They also give a percentage of the fee to rehabilitation in Afghanistan (they are all ex-military who served there) so some CSR too!

Combat dealt swiftly and efficiently with a burrow of rats in our garden. They also sealed entry points in to the house. Everything was completed according to the agreed schedule and budget. Things that stood out: their professionalism and expertise. They were incredibly helpful (and reassuring!) and did a really competent job. The entry sealing was a big job and the operative left the kitchen spotless. Follow up package also clearly signalled.

Phoned at 2.50 pm not expecting a same day call out. Polite and courteous on phone, after checking availability in the area said would be able to get someone out at 6.30 that eve, at 4.10 pm received a call to say that they would be able to attend in around half an hour! What can I say the guys came and did the job, explaining what they were going to do and got on with it. Would highly recommend this professional company

Builders working in my kitchen found a big (and magnificent) wasp nest, thought it was probably dormant but suggested to be sure I get in pest controlers. I googled, and uip came several in the area. The first one went to voice mail; the second Combat Pest Control was answered in a most helpful, friendly and efficient fashion. They could get someone to me early the next day. And they did, he was superb. Agreed the nest was dormant and set about knocking it down (it was up under the rafters under the roof). He was most interesting and rescued several layers of the honeycomb from inside the nest for me to share with various children. I was most impressed by the service and was given an excellent book on pests as a result. The company is staffed almost entirely by ex-serivcemen. The job was done neatly and effectively and every trace of the nest was vacuumed up. I would certainly call on them if I had any similar pest issues and can thoroughly recommend them. The fact that they have a charitable side I find most impressive too. Excellent company who were professional, always perfectly on time and effective at eradicating a rat infestation in compost heap of garden in new house. Very stressful time and they were nothing but pleasant and effective and rigorous. They came back for an extra visit when I thought I’d seen some movement at the end of the garden just to check. I was mistaken. Really appreciate how reassuring their personnel were and how efficient they were. Their prices were very fair especially compared to a well known pest control company.
