Evidence of vermin in loft. Bait and tracking dust left. 3 visits. I was surprised that operative could not distinguish between historic infestation and current & more surprised couldn’t distinguish between rat and squirrel droppings. I have no previous episode to compare standard. Do not like company donating child education to needy children being contingent on giving a good review.

Combat came three times to rid us of rats. They always came when they said they would, all three men who came were very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable; and most importantly the rats have gone. Combat seems like a really good business and it's a pleasure to support an outfit that provides support in turn to ex-servicemen. We would definitely use again but hopefully that's the last we see of them!

The technician who came to deal with the wasps' nest was helpful and pleasant, initial advice over the telephone was clear and useful. I would use this company again.

Several visits to deal with rat infestation. Competent and effective organisation - good to deal with. They are well organised and leave reports.

Combat Pest gave a reasonable quote. Not the cheapest but they included 3 visits for the entire service. Communication was good, the technician was punctual, thorough, gave good advice and kept the place tidy. Still early days but I am hoping that sufficient has been done to keep the rodents away.

They scheduled 3 1-hr sessions to check, assess, and treat the situation in my property. They were called for a pest control treatment of the kitchen and they were very professional and courteous.

A very friendly operation, willing to go out of their way to help. They explained the necessary action that need to be undertaken - 3 visits. The operator attending was very helpful and answered all my questions and allayed all my concerns. The baiting seems to have worked and long may it do so.

Wasp’s nest in the eaves of a tall house was dealt with in a calm and efficient manner. Very pleasant, polite young man turned up at the agreed time, identified the location of wasp’s nest and administered a powder via a long pole. After a short period of intense wasp activity near the site, movement rapidly tailed off to zero. There has been no further wasp activity. Job done. Thanks.

Three short visits spread over four weeks. Dan was very friendly and helpful. The work was completed to our satisfaction. On the third visit, we weren't home in time to meet Dan, he phoned us and agreed to wait for 20 minutes until we got back. This was totally our fault but Dan was very understanding. If this is an indication of the whole team, then I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had a Rat problem which we couldn’t clear ourselves. We contacted Combat Pest Control and they responded quickly. They were professional, polite and knowledgeable They did what they said they would do and sorted out our problem. I would certainly recommend them. It’s just a shame they can’t use them to get rid of other pests like PPI calls and personal accident calls. A great company to deal with.

I'm extremely grateful for the three visits of a very high standard, that have ensured there is no mouse infestation in my house. I will not hesitate to recommend Combat to any who ask me. Being very concerned about our pest problem, it was a huge relief when operative Dan arrived, every inch the supreme professional. Dan's knowledge of pests was immense and he explained thoroughly how he was going to carry out the fumigation and what the expeced outcome would be. From the beginning it was clear how highly Dan placed our safety and our pet's. When we returned home, at the time Dan had specified, we found that there was virtually no odour and very little sign that anything had been done. As we expected, the fumigation was a complete success and we are pest-free. I can't recommend Combat highly enough. Thank you very much.

Called out Combat Pest Control because we have pigeons congregating in a niche on our roof. They have dispersed them and given us advice on this problem. Would certainly recommend them.

Combat treated carpets in 2 rooms for a moth infestation. Their conduct including the initial telephone conversation, the visit, and email communication providing information and confirmation, was professional throughout. Gary, the operative, arrived promptly and was very courteous. work was successfully completed in one visit, at the agreed price. Gary also removed all the books from a tall bookcase, in order to move it, and returned the books afterward in exactly the same order! Very satisfied. I am also very happy that my custom has meant a donation to a charity that education for street children in Afghanistan. I recommend Combat and I won't hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

Combat Pest Control have twice successfully removed mice from our London mid terraced house. Punctual, tidy and the fee supporting children, they are also very helpful in their advice. When the mice return (as inevitably they will at some point with such a rodent population in London), I will again be contacting Combat as I implicitly trust their services.

I called Combat because I had an unfortunate encounter with unwanted bugs and over-the counter remedies simply did not work. From the moment I called Combat, the service was superb - the lady on the telephone was polite, charming and could not have been more helpful. She wasn't able to put me through immediately as the line to the department I needed was busy. She advised that somebody would call me back within the hour and an extremely helpful young man by the name of Sean did indeed call. A visit to sort out the problem was duly arranged - within two days.The chap who arrived, Paul, was knowledgeable, informative and extremely polite. The job was duly completed and executed with little disruption and absolutely no trace of the treatment was left. He advised me on safety precautions following the treatment and said to call the office if there were any problems. There were none. I was charged exactly what the invoice said and even had an email to thank me for my payment which actually did not appear to be an automated message. You and your team get 10/10 for customer service and professionalism. I was also very happy to support what I believe to be a company that is owned by and and set up for ex-armed forces personnel. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Contacted Combat Pest Control and received excellent customer service when first reported the problem. The two members of staff dealing with the issue were highly competent and professional. The cost was very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in using CPC in the future. Highly Recommended!

I had previously used another firm, but was unhappy with them. COMBAT pest control were fantastic, helpful, efficient and well priced. They kept me informed every step of the way. They took photos of before and after of my loft, following a squirrel infestation, and drew a plan of the area that had been affected. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We had a problem with rodents in the house and I contacted Combat, who straight away called me back and talked through the whole service and costs. The engineers arrived on time and were professional, courteous and really knowledgeable. The whole service is a very well run, with both the people that come to your house and the office/admin side. Mat came to do the proofing and did a fantastic job, very thorough and took the time to asses every area that may need proofing. Mat also left the areas very clean and tidy as well. They don't skimp on product and are really passionate about getting the job done. I would highly recommend Combat and the icing on the cake is that they provide funds for charities and seem to have a really good ethos with their workforce.
