I approached Combined Services to give me a quotation to remedy leaks from a steep pitch roof which is above my kitchen and bedroom. Mr Williams surveyed the roof but made it clear he would keep me informed of the exact situation once he had removed the tiles and could see exactly what the situation was. He did this and gave me a quotation which did not vary. The roof actually required complete stripping, new timbers, batons, insulation, refelting and extra tiles, together with plasterboarding and making good inside the property. All the work was carried out to a high standard and the site left tidy at the end of each day. I was kept in the loop at all times and the job was completed, as planned, just prior to Christmas, despite some very inclement weather. I have had no further problems and would not fail to highly recommend Mr Williams and his team.

I had Storm damage to house roof he was so quick in making it water tight til it could be repaired resulting with the roof being totally replaced , the result was brilliant , he's done painting and decorating for me also prepared to do small jobs and the last one was clearing my garage ,really happy with his work .

Remove tiled worktops and fit new laminated tops. As with any job, unforseen issues arose but CBS were very good at providing the best cost effective solutions.
