Complheat Heating & Plumbing Ltd

I have just had a new boiler installed by Jeff and Alan of Complheat heating. I have been using the company for nearly 10 years. The estimate provided was condiderably cheaper than another company but to be frank, irrespective of even this, I knew the quality of their work. This is a summary of what they provide: clearly laid out and itemised estimate, punctuality on the day agreed, appropriate protection of carpets, work done with assiduous attention to detail and neatly, continuous work from the moment of arrival throughout the day, pleasantness and good humour, completeness of ALL the work in one day, tidying up after completion of the work, removal of all waste and explanation of the controls on the boiler before leaving. Their professionalism and extensive knowledge of boiler installation is obvious. I have no hesitation at all in unreservedly recommending Alan and Jeff yet again and in the full knowledge that any customer will not be disappointed if they employ this exemplary team.

Excellent service - radiator replaced and central heating electronic programmer replaced. Very speedy and efficient service from start to finish - the works was completed to a very high standard and the cost was very reasonable. Would definitely use this company again and would recommend it to others.

Right from the get go they where on top of the job in hand .Utterly reliable and competent in every aspect . I was updated and informed how the work was progressing through out the day . Which was much appreciated .And the whole instalation was completed on the same day . In all a thoroughly professional company . Who I would highly recommend .

Excellent service from start to finish. Jeff knows his stuff and from the initial contact I made with the company I felt confident in his ability, his professionalism, and his manner. He was reliable both in contacting me back when agreed and in showing up when we agreed. I trusted him from the outset which is a massive thing when dealing with people in today's world. He and his apprentice were hardworking, courteous, and tidy throughout the project. Would wholeheartedly recommend the company and would use them again myself if the need arose in the future.

We were personally recommended Complheat for our combi conversion. We were extremely pleased that we chose them. Alan gave us very helpful advice regarding our heating system, and identified a boiler that perfectly suited our needs. Alan and Jeff were punctual, friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were done in a day, and they worked to a very high standard, and tidied up after themselves. The price was very good (I had other quotes) and we were so pleased with our new boiler and that we went with Complheat. We can't recommend them highly enough!
