First class service. My laptop had a problem with a Microsoft update and after wasting several hours on the phone to Microsoft I contacted Computer Repair Herts. Mark gave me an estimate and picked up the machine the same morning of my call. It was hoped the laptop would be ready on the Monday after the weekend and after a call soon after 09:00 a.m. Mark brought it back to my home before 10:00a.m. Laptop now back in operation without any difficulties. I cannot speak highly enough of Mark and the service provided by Computer Repairs Herts. I had been a victim of fraud and was very upset. Mark was fantastic and had assessed and cleaned my computer in three days. He was flexible about delivery and collection of the computer . Most impressive was his understanding, reassurance and support which helped me to process what had happened and how to prevent it happening again. It has restored my faith in the IT industry to know that there are people like Mark around.

A fantastic service from Mark and his team. They recovered all my data from a dead Laptop onto an external drive so I could use it on a new Laptop. They then backed up (Cloned) my old iMac, repairing its dying hard drive in the process, then replaced the drive and supplied me with a bootable external drive as a backup. I cannot fault the service I received, the work was done to time and within budget and I was kept informed at every stage so there were no unpleasant surprises!

Mark has helped me with my laptop twice. Both times have been extremely efficient, and the second time, my laptop was collected the same morning I emailed in. I have always been kept up to date and my laptop was collected and dropped back at my home. Great service, highly highly recommend!

I recently had an automatic update on Windows 10 which resulted in not being able to open any Microsoft programs. This seemed to be a common problem and nothing on the Microsoft website was helpful. I knew I couldn't tackle this myself and found Mark at Computer Repairs. He responded to my message on his voicemail within a couple of hours and came to see me the same day. He was really helpful, informative and reassuring. Within a couple of days he returned my PC and everything is fully operable again and he has given me great advice for the future. I would recommend Mark and his company to anyone.
