Mark has helped me with my laptop twice. Both times have been extremely efficient, and the second time, my laptop was collected the same morning I emailed in. I have always been kept up to date and my laptop was collected and dropped back at my home. Great service, highly highly recommend!

I recently had an automatic update on Windows 10 which resulted in not being able to open any Microsoft programs. This seemed to be a common problem and nothing on the Microsoft website was helpful. I knew I couldn't tackle this myself and found Mark at Computer Repairs. He responded to my message on his voicemail within a couple of hours and came to see me the same day. He was really helpful, informative and reassuring. Within a couple of days he returned my PC and everything is fully operable again and he has given me great advice for the future. I would recommend Mark and his company to anyone.

I have now used Computer Repair Herts for two separate issues. Each call has resulted in an efficient, friendly service and an explanation as to what was wrong. We have used Mark to sort out several problems and to set up new laptops. He has always been prompt to respond to requests for help. Nothing is too small a problem and we have always found that the computers are in excellent order when he has dealt with whatever was the complaint. He is friendly and willing to explain to novices what the problem is and how to deal with it, in language we can understand. His charges are very reasonable and if he has to take a computer away to remedy a problem he always returns it within the time he says it will take.

Rang Mark on Monday regarding my laptop, said he would visit the following day at 9:30 and he did. Explained that he would need to take machine away and work on it. Rang next morning to say it was fixed & returned machine. That's the experience you want. No fuss - resolved - very reasonable costs.

I had a virus cleared and a new graphics card and power supply installed. On initially experiencing problems I contacted Computer Repairs Herts and very quickly Mark visited me at home and checked my desktop computer. He then took it away for further examination and contacted me the next day to explain the problems they had found. We agreed the work that was to be carried out and I received regular updates on progress. Within a matter of days Mark personally returned my computer and we tested it. It worked perfectly. My whole experience was first class and it was a pleasure to deal with such a friendly and helpful company. In short, the customer service I received was excellent and I will have no hesitation in using them again should the need arise.
