Great customer service & value for money. Very prompt at replying to my queries and then at replacing & fixing my keyboard. All staff I had interaction with were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Their repair shop is in Waltham Cross & offices are in Ware. I would highly recommend.

I am so pleased with the service we have been given. My daughter spilt lemonade on her Apple MacBook Air. Mark and the team managed to save her laptop. The service has been exceptional from collecting the laptop, communication, excellent value for money and then delivering it to our home. I would definitely use again.

I somehow managed to snap a hinge on my laptop, and was therefore unable to close or adjust the screen at all. I met with Mark less than 15 minutes after the phone call and he immediately told me what was wrong and how to fix it without being patronising. He also told me that it would be ready the next day and sure enough he dropped it off the next day. A month later and my laptop is absolutely perfect, no complications whatsoever. Can't recommend Mark and the team enough!

I contacted Mark as the hard drive on my laptop had failed. It was collected on the same day and was returned within two days with a new drive fitted and all of my files recovered. A great service and a good price. Would certainly use again and highly recommend.

Enormous thanks and gratitude to Mark and his team. I had a complicated transfer of files, images and video from 2009 to present day with a super old very slow desktop Mac and laptop. New machines and set ups required to save and backup old material. Mark was very helpful on the telephone and visited me to see the current set up. We had some complications with my old system and also the new hardware purchased but Mark found a way around them all. I needed 3rd party applications loading onto the new equipment and all this was done with ease and efficiency. Mark returned with the new desktop and a couple of days with the new laptop. Both set up and ready to go. Amazing! I can't recommend Mark and his team highly enough - and must stress thank you to the guys in the 'backroom' figuring out what was best to handle ALL the complications. First class service. I just wish I had found them sooner! Thank you again.

It's so rare to find outstanding service these days that I felt I had to write a review to recommend Computer Repairs Herts. I tried to fix a broken power switch to my PC and ended up making the problem worse. I have a long commute and was finding it difficult to visit a shop to leave the unit with a technician. I contacted Mark and he not only offered to collect the PC from my home, he also offered to return it at a convenient time - with the repair carried out at a fair price. I recently had an automatic update on Windows 10 which resulted in not being able to open any Microsoft programs. This seemed to be a common problem and nothing on the Microsoft website was helpful. I knew I couldn't tackle this myself and found Mark at Computer Repairs. He responded to my message on his voicemail within a couple of hours and came to see me the same day. He was really helpful, informative and reassuring. Within a couple of days he returned my PC and everything is fully operable again and he has given me great advice for the future. I would recommend Mark and his company to anyone.

After a friendly phone call with a man called Mark I felt confident that computer repair herts was going to do everything they could to help solve the problems I was having with my laptops. Mark offered to collect and run a free diagnostic test on both the laptops which meant I didn’t have to leave my house for any of it. After finding out the problems I was further advised on what my next steps could be. I now have 1 working laptop back and the other one would of been too expensive and not worth repairing , which mark was also very honest about. Overall I’m very happy I chose computer repair herts as I believe I have found a reliable and trustworthy company that I will be recommending to my family and friends.

I emailed Mark on Thursday evening, he called Friday morning, picked up the computer Friday lunchtime, called me Friday afternoon to advise the action to take to resolve the problems with the computer, completed the work and delivered the computer back on Saturday lunchtime. I can not fault the service at all, friendly and professional, reasonable fees and an outstanding service. Contacted Mark on Monday afternoon to ask if he could visit to correct a problem of logging into email. At our convenience he visited on Tuesday afternoon and we talked through the problem and also minor problems. He left with machine saying he would return it next afternoon but again at our convenience Thursday morning was fine. As arranged machine returned with all problems solved. I don't normally leave reviews, but on this occasion I thought I would make an exception. I cannot rate these people highly enough. My Data drive worked fine on Thursday and then just died on Friday morning (it is over 12 years old). I had work documents I needed to access but also more importantly, it was my back up drive and I had literally thousands of family photos on it. My Wife rung late morning on Friday, the drive was collected around 2 hours later. I had a courtesy call on Saturday morning to say work had begun and then another on Monday to say all data recovered. I was expecting a big bill from Google Searches relating to other companies, but the data was retrieved (all of it) and placed on a new hard disk at just over £100. I think this price was more than reasonable, given that the disk might have cost me close to £40 alone. I was kept in touch all the way and the work was quick and great, great value for money. Would I use these people again. 110%.

Had computer reinstalled and tidied up. Picked up from home at short notice. Fantastic service the boss pick the computer up. Was returned in full working order with back up on the spare drive. Very happy with the service. Will definitely return for more work if needed.

Really pleased with Mark's work. I originally took my laptop to PC World as that's where I bought it from. It's out of warranty but still fairly new. They entered the model number into their system and apparantly can't source any parts so refused to even look at it. Mark agreed to have a look and it, came to my home to collect and later the same day called me with the part problem (turns out it was just the charger) and a very reasonable price. Once the part came through he delivered back to me as early as possible. Again, really pleased with the service and the price. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Every so often you deal with a business that just works so well - Computer Repair Herts is one of them. We recently enquired about my Sisters external harddrive which had broken. From the very beginning of our enquiry communication was super clear, Mark assured us it was a straightforward fix and it was collected the next day! Kept me informed of any developments every step of the way and always very responsive. They went above and beyond and successfully retrieved the data and put it onto a new harddrive, even sending us the new harddrive elsewhere as we were away this week! The whole process was a matter of days. Extremely competitive price, lovely people and outstanding customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

We have used Mark to sort out several problems and to set up new laptops. He has always been prompt to respond to requests for help. Nothing is too small a problem and we have always found that the computers are in excellent order when he has dealt with whatever was the complaint. He is friendly and willing to explain to novices what the problem is and how to deal with it, in language we can understand. His charges are very reasonable and if he has to take a computer away to remedy a problem he always returns it within the time he says it will take.
