I have now used Computer Repair Herts for two separate issues. Each call has resulted in an efficient, friendly service and an explanation as to what was wrong. I am confident they know what they are doing and would certainly use the company again. I had a home visit on both occasions so I didn't even have to deliver the laptop and printer to Ware. I will be recommending Computer Repair Herts to friends and family.

We have used Mark to sort out several problems and to set up new laptops. He has always been prompt to respond to requests for help. Nothing is too small a problem and we have always found that the computers are in excellent order when he has dealt with whatever was the complaint. He is friendly and willing to explain to novices what the problem is and how to deal with it, in language we can understand. His charges are very reasonable and if he has to take a computer away to remedy a problem he always returns it within the time he says it will take.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mark and the service provided by Computer Repairs Herts. I had been a victim of fraud and was very upset. Mark was fantastic and had assessed and cleaned my computer in three days. He was flexible about delivery and collection of the computer . Most impressive was his understanding, reassurance and support which helped me to process what had happened and how to prevent it happening again. My Pc had a busted graphics card didn't know what to do, ask these guys for help and they came and collected my PC and ran a diagnostic on it for free letting me know what part I needed and how much it would be cost nad the time frame it would take. They kept to the time frame and delivered my fixed computer at a time suitable for me. Computer works fine and they even gave me back the old graphics card, very happy with the service and would use them again.

This company offers an excellent service. All the repairs, maintenance and replacement of batteries on our Apple devices was completed promptly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. Mark was cheerful and obliging in his approach at all times, offering helpful advice and information when requested.

We were very pleased with the work carried out by Mark and the team. We had a persistently "freezing" PC that ultimately required a new hard drive. The PC was collected and returned free of charge, the diagnostics were carried out free of charge, the hard drive was replaced (and all files satisfactorily cloned over) for the agreed price, and the RAM was even upgraded free of charge. My Dell computer keyboard was playing up with at least three keys not working at all. My laptop needed a new battery - which was hidden under the keyboard. I contacted CRH and we communicated by text message to confirm the required part and give me a price quote. I thought that I needed to substantially replace my very old multi-device desktop system to accommodate Windows 11. I was prepared for the upheaval and expense and had thoroughly researched my options, which seemed to involve basically starting again. Mark at Computer Repair Herts took a completely different approach, employing his extensive expertise to the situation and coming up with a robust, quick, very cost-effective solution, leaving me up to date and prepared for the next few years with a system which closely mirrored my previous one. After a recent update my profile was corrupted and system only loaded in safemode. Phoned CR Herts before 10am two days ago, Mark collected the pc . I received a call from the technician that afternoon to go through the symptoms. He called the following afternoon all done and up and running. Mark came out on a Saturday morning and got the PC running so we could use over the weekend. Next week he collected, reinstalled software and returned within half a day. Price agreed very reasonable and everything completed at the times arranged. Very highly recommended.

I was having problems with my old laptop when it started playing up and stopped functioning. After reading an article in a Which? email about computer repairs a while ago, I looked on the Which? Trusted Trader website and found Computer Repair Herts based locally in Ware, Herts. When I spoke to Mark, in his very warm friendly knowledgeable manner, he was able to put my mind at rest he could repair my 10 year old Toshiba laptop, and there was no need to replace it with a new laptop! Mark carefully explained he could transfer all the data from the old hard drive onto a new one, a solid state drive this time, without the loss of any data or any need to reprogram it to my printer. Mark gave me a price to repair the laptop and he offered to collect it the following morning, and return back after repairs the following day, turning up at the time stated on both days, very impressed. And great value with no hidden extras too. I have no connection with Computer Repair Herts other than a very happy and satisfied customer.
