A fantastic service from Mark and his team. They recovered all my data from a dead Laptop onto an external drive so I could use it on a new Laptop. They then backed up (Cloned) my old iMac, repairing its dying hard drive in the process, then replaced the drive and supplied me with a bootable external drive as a backup. I cannot fault the service I received, the work was done to time and within budget and I was kept informed at every stage so there were no unpleasant surprises!

Phoned regarding start up problem with computer. Mark Burgess answered the phone in a polite and professional manner. Was happy to come out the following morning. Arrived on time and not only fixed the problem but also took the time to explain what the problem had been and suggestions that may resolve the issue if reoccurred. A very speedy and efficient service and would 100% recommend this trader to others.

My MacBook Air was plagued with adware viruses and a local computer superstore wanted to wipe my hard drive and 10 -14 days to do it. Computer Repair Herts responded within one working day of my email, Mark came to my home, he patiently discussed the problem with me, took my laptop back to the workshop and delivered it back the before the end of the next day. No hard drive wipe, no data loss, and my machine is faster than I can remember! Excellent personal service. Highly recommended.

When my laptop case needed repair, I received excellent service. The computer was collected from home within a few hours of my calling, the next day I was contacted with a price for the repair (which I accepted) and the repair was carried out that day. Once it had been fixed, the computer was returned to me at home, and it's working well. First-class service, at a sensible price. What more can I say.

Having been frustrated by my laptop, I finally decided to get it fixed. Handing over your pc equipment to an unknown is a real worry in this day-and-age so I started searching for repairers in my local area. It didn't take me long to find details for Computer Repairs Herts. Local to me AND a Which? Trusted Trader. I contacted CRH and left a voicemail. Mark called me back directly and we chatted through the issue briefly. Mark arranged to collect the laptop later the same day. I was called as soon as CRH had identified the problem (faulty mousepad), I was told a new pad could be sourced and was given a price (not an estimate and included fitting). Mark updated me every step of the way and when there was an unforeseen delay, Mark kindly provided a temporary solution. Had the delay not occurred the turnaround time would have been totally acceptable. I am extremely happy with the totally trustworthy, efficient service CRH provide and would have no hesitation should I need their help again. I have rated the Value as 5/5 purely based on the trustworthy factor and cost of replacement, I did not compare the costs with other repairers.

Managed to quite excellently to get an entire mug of coffee within the confines of my pc case. Mark and the team had it stripped, backed up, pets cleaned and tested and working perfectly again the next day. Was very much in a bad situation so really appreciate the service. Thanks again mark

If I could give 6 stars I would. The service fixing my MacBook couldn't have been better, Mark collected my computer and returned it within 24 hours. Mark did pre-warn me that in fixing my keyboard he may also need to replace the battery at an extra cost of £125.00 (something I wouldn't have known either way), yet was able to save mine and keep my costs down. If anything shows the honesty and professionalism of this company. One very satisfied customer and I will most certainly be using again! Thanks Mark!

Once again superb service from Mark and the team. My computer fan was making a lot of noise so I contacted Mark. He very quickly came to my house and took the computer away. He contacted me the next day to say that the fan should be replaced and I agreed to this. We also agreed that he would conduct a health check and clean the inside. Two days later Mark returned to my house, installed the computer and tested it. All was perfect once again. I am very grateful to Mark and the team for their excellent service and it is a joy to deal with such a friendly and professional company. I have used them before and will continue to do so should the need arise. Highly recommended.

Excellent service - replied to my email enquiry quickly and with a personal reply rather than a cut and paste standard one. Picked up my laptop from my home the next morning, a Saturday, and had it back to me by lunchtime on Monday, working great. And very reassuring and friendly, too. Highly recommended.
