Finally an honest company I feel I can rely on! I needed a boiler replacing and I was given a competitive quote which I was happy with. Communication throughout was excellent, any questions I had were answered quickly. The lads arrived at the time agreed and lost no time in getting on with the job. They also helped repair my bathroom after the fitter i'd employed last year produced sub standard work. I can't express how grateful I was to have the job done properly and how relieved I am that I won't suffer any further water damage. Highly recommended.

Was having trouble with the heating in the house and thought I needed a new boiler. Got a few quotes etc, but Neil checked the boiler and it was our radiators that needed sorting. Had all of them replaced, got new pipe work in plus a water softener and magna clean. The team did a great job and didn't stop working. The house is now cosy and the radiators look great, plus cost less than a new boiler.

Contacted Neil after hearing then reading positive reviews about Connected and I'm pleased I did. He came out straight away and gave me sound, uncomplicated, straightforward advice as to my best options for a new central heating system including replacement radiators throughout the house and left me with a quote stating exactly what they would do, which left me feeling confident. They slotted the job in really quickly and completed the work in the space of 2 days which was great. I didn't know what extent of upheaval there would be for such a big job but Neil was true to his word and I was able to come home from work and carry on as normal with minimal disruption. The team were honest and reliable so much so I just left them with my keys for the days they were there. They did a very neat job and carried out the work to a very high standard. Most importantly I was left with a fantastic, new, economical central heating system. The house was instantly much warmer and the water runs so much hotter in such a short time which has never been the case. Neil and his team went above and beyond the work that was paid for which I was over the moon about and I feel assured I have no worries at all should there be a problem in the future due to Neil's aftercare plan and 7 year warranty. A big thank you Neil and team - all of a sudden I'm not dreading the winter months.

This work was carried out to the agreed schedule and budget. We were very impressed with the high standard and efficiency, general communication,. and professional standard of this company. We asked for a price for our boiler to be serviced, and to fit a new room thermostat. Neil was very helpful and we found the price very reasonable and agreed for the work to be done. Neil came out very punctual, he was very helpful, polite, respectful ,honest and efficient. He serviced the boiler and explained about the new thermostat, and how it worked, (very clean workmanship aswell) he said if we had any problems not to worry, just give him a call and he'd sort it out. Over the next few days we realised the stat didn't seem to be working properly, we weren't sure if it was something we were doing. We gave Neil a ring and true to his word he said he would come out. He came out in less than an hour, again very polite and respectful, he replaced the thermostat no problem. Again he reassured us if we had any problems not to worry, just call. We're extremely happy with the work done and the efficiency and professionalism in every aspect. The stat is very simple to use and works perfectly. We would highly recommend this company in every aspect. We will certainly continue to use this company for all our needs in future. We only wish we had known about this company before now.

Neil, the owner of Connect, give me a quote for a new Baxi Combi Boiler and the quote I received for the boiler and fitting was very reasonable. He arranged the fitting to be carried out on a Friday morning and the work was all completed by 2 pm and he left the work area all cleaned up. He explained to me how to work the thermostat and Hive connection before he left our premises. Neil did say that if there are any problems just to give him a call. He has set up an annual visit to service the boiler and I have every confidence this will be carried out in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend Connect to anyone. Kind regards

Neil and his team fitted a new central heating system and two new radiators. They removed an old back boiler and water tank and replaced them with a Baxi combi boiler. They replaced pipework which was originally boxed in throughout the house and placed them under floorboards so they weren't visible. Neil took on board everything I asked for and the work was carried out to a very high standard at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Connected Gas Heating and Water Ltd.

Been using this local company over the last few years and can highly recommend. They have serviced our previous boiler etc. and have recently installed a new one (due to age) which was fitted on the agreed date to the agreed price. Neil and his company offer friendly advice ( glad we chose the "Hive "option) as well as great aftercare and competitive prices. Above all, it's a real bonus to find a company who are reliable, trustworthy, and efficient.

We had a new Baxi Boiler installed, the job required old boiler be removed as well as the removal of the old Water tank, both of these jobs done very quickly, very neatly any mess swept straight up, new pipes were put under the floor to make it a very tidy job. Neil had given a quote for the job which he honoured, his team of 3 very pleasant, polite, hard-working young men were a credit to Neils company, they never stopped working, had to push them to stop for a drinks break at lunchtime, once work was completed, Ellis took time to explain controls etc on new Boiler. We would highly recommend this Company, who we have used for over 12 years now, to service previous boiler yearly etc, we have recommended this company to Friends and Family many times. Neil is always available to help if we have a Heating emergency, we have found the company time management, workmanship, attention to detail is always of the highest standard.

Have been using connected for over 15 years did my 1st boiler and has been servicing this boiler the whole of the time. Was due to get a new boiler and Neil was very quick to sort out the replacement. Ellis (Neil's son) did a fantastic job quick to replace and very clean workman no cleaning needed after he had finished. Will also continue to use for the yearly service and any gas related needs. I contacted Connected Gas back in Feb 2020. The original boiler was in the loft in my bungalow and was difficult to access. The pipe run was very long, consequently it took an age for hot water to reach the taps. Connected Gas install a new Baxi in ground floor cupboard. This work was done at a very reasonable price, done quickly and efficiently. Work carried out was excellent. I have since had an annual service. Again, completed quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend Connected Gas.

Wanted a new boiler and within a week I’d had a quote and a new boiler installed. I had a hive thermostat fitted they set this up with no problems. The work was carried out in my brand new kitchen and they fitted it within a cupboard which was a tight squeeze but did so with no damage, left left no mess and took old boiler away. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new boiler or plumbing work. Price that I was quoted was very reasonable and they will service this yearly. Couldn’t be happier.

Connected recently fitted a new boiler for us. The price was very competitive, but what really impressed was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They turned up when agreed, carried out a very neat job and left no mess behind. Neil and his team also replaced a lot of untidy old pipework without being asked to do so. The resulting job far exceeded our expectations. I will certainly be using Connected in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them.
