Wanted a new boiler and within a week I’d had a quote and a new boiler installed. I had a hive thermostat fitted they set this up with no problems. The work was carried out in my brand new kitchen and they fitted it within a cupboard which was a tight squeeze but did so with no damage, left left no mess and took old boiler away. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new boiler or plumbing work. Price that I was quoted was very reasonable and they will service this yearly. Couldn’t be happier.

We had a new Baxi boiler fitted today. What a pleasant surprise to have the team arrive on date and on time. No need for phone calls or stress on our part. The professionalism and craftsmanship of the team is superb. This proved to be a tricky job but nothing was too much trouble. The walls were replastered and left in a sound state. Everything was cleaned up, tidied up and taken away. There was nothing for us to do. We were given clear instructions on future use. Neil even goes to the trouble of registering the warranty for you. A small thing but much appreciated. We knew about Neil’s abilities and professionalism. We can confirm the same is true for the rest of the team. A first class job at a fair price.

He called out when he said he would - he repaired our leaking boiler and serviced it at the same time - he vastly improved the heating system (hot water radiators etc.) and did it all at a very reasonable cost. Excellent.

Contacted Neil after hearing then reading positive reviews about Connected and I'm pleased I did. He came out straight away and gave me sound, uncomplicated, straightforward advice as to my best options for a new central heating system including replacement radiators throughout the house and left me with a quote stating exactly what they would do, which left me feeling confident. They slotted the job in really quickly and completed the work in the space of 2 days which was great. I didn't know what extent of upheaval there would be for such a big job but Neil was true to his word and I was able to come home from work and carry on as normal with minimal disruption. The team were honest and reliable so much so I just left them with my keys for the days they were there. They did a very neat job and carried out the work to a very high standard. Most importantly I was left with a fantastic, new, economical central heating system. The house was instantly much warmer and the water runs so much hotter in such a short time which has never been the case. Neil and his team went above and beyond the work that was paid for which I was over the moon about and I feel assured I have no worries at all should there be a problem in the future due to Neil's aftercare plan and 7 year warranty. A big thank you Neil and team - all of a sudden I'm not dreading the winter months.

This work was carried out to the agreed schedule and budget. We were very impressed with the high standard and efficiency, general communication,. and professional standard of this company. We asked for a price for our boiler to be serviced, and to fit a new room thermostat. Neil was very helpful and we found the price very reasonable and agreed for the work to be done. Neil came out very punctual, he was very helpful, polite, respectful ,honest and efficient. He serviced the boiler and explained about the new thermostat, and how it worked, (very clean workmanship aswell) he said if we had any problems not to worry, just give him a call and he'd sort it out. Over the next few days we realised the stat didn't seem to be working properly, we weren't sure if it was something we were doing. We gave Neil a ring and true to his word he said he would come out. He came out in less than an hour, again very polite and respectful, he replaced the thermostat no problem. Again he reassured us if we had any problems not to worry, just call. We're extremely happy with the work done and the efficiency and professionalism in every aspect. The stat is very simple to use and works perfectly. We would highly recommend this company in every aspect. We will certainly continue to use this company for all our needs in future. We only wish we had known about this company before now.

The service was excellent. Neil arrived early Monday morning 19th, he diagnosed the fault, repaired it so that we could have hot water. Came back the 20th with new parts and finished the repair really quickly.

Can't praise these enough. Arrived on time and cracked on with the job. Very efficient, professional, super tidy and completed the job in one day. Replaced my old Combi Boiler with a new Baxi for a very competitive price as well as lagging all pipes. The team were very polite and friendly, can't recommend them enough.

Neil, the owner of Connect, give me a quote for a new Baxi Combi Boiler and the quote I received for the boiler and fitting was very reasonable. He arranged the fitting to be carried out on a Friday morning and the work was all completed by 2 pm and he left the work area all cleaned up. He explained to me how to work the thermostat and Hive connection before he left our premises. Neil did say that if there are any problems just to give him a call. He has set up an annual visit to service the boiler and I have every confidence this will be carried out in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend Connect to anyone. Kind regards
