We used Conserv-A-Tech for our garage conversion, and it was the best decision we made. They came highly recommended by family, and we can see why. From the first call with Alan to the in-person discussions, communication was simple, polite, and professional. The flexibility to make small changes to the scope, even while the team was on-site, was a real bonus, nothing was too much trouble. Eric, who scoped the project and took measurements, was extremely knowledgeable and had a clear vision. What made the process stress-free was Eric’s full project management, he organised everything, including plastering and electrics, so we didn’t need to source trades ourselves. His contacts are excellent, and the quality of work reflects that. Special mention to Phil (HJP Electrical) and Charlie the plasterer. The entire team was polite, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work. Each day they arrived knowing exactly what needed to be done, and their attention to detail was outstanding. The site was left spotless every evening, and all rubbish was removed. The project was completed within the agreed timeframe, with no hidden costs thanks to accurate planning from the start. Eric was always just a WhatsApp message away and responded promptly and proactively. We’re delighted with the final finish and will definitely use Conserv-A-Tech again for future projects.

Outstanding service, real people who care, and a door that’s absolutely perfect! These days, most door installers expect you to use an online design tool — you create your own door, submit it, get a quote, and hope for the best six weeks later. I’m quite IT-savvy and like to be independent, but when it comes to something as important as a front door, I needed to be 100% sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, with proper advice from a professional who actually cares. I requested around seven quotes and did seven designs — yet with most companies I was only about 60% sure how the final door would look and function, which isn’t good enough for me. Only two installers were willing to visit in person, and Conservatech stood out immediately. Allan was incredibly thorough, walking me through every single detail — from style to security — and his knowledge and patience were so reassuring. After that visit, I knew Conservatech was the right choice. Eric, the owner, then came to do the final measurements himself, making sure everything would fit perfectly. And when installation day came, Leon and Stewart did a fantastic job — they were professional, kind, and efficient, fitting the door beautifully despite heavy snow and rain - all in record time! Price-wise, Conservatech are very competitive, but their level of customer service and care puts them miles ahead of the competition. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I needed a replacement for my old rotting wooden conservatory, a family member had their conservatory replaced by "Conserv-A-Tech" and recommended them to me for such an excellent job they had done. From initial visit to completion, the whole experience was very smooth and easy. Allen and Eric offered excellent advice on the design of the replacement conservatory, and the excellent fitters Leon and Ellis did a fantastic job of construction, with professionalism and attention to detail. Every night, the site was left spotless and tidy, all in all a fantastic experience from a great company, all completed on time and within budget. From start to finish, this company was excellent. The salesman clearly knew his stuff and gave me a level of detail and choice that no one else did. He kept me informed without being invasive, and there was no hard sale or pressure. He managed to provide everything I wanted and at a really competitive price. The work itself was fantastic. We wanted to share our experiences with Conserv-a-tech. This was a big investment for us but the process from beginning to end was friendly and professional at all times putting us at ease. The pre-planning and quote process was informative and the options were explained without any stress or pressure. Once the work was agreed and booked in we were kept informed as to what was happening and when. The build process involved both Conserv-a-tech people and other tradespeople, all were friendly and the work was completed professionally and with care and attention. The workspace was cleaned down and left in good order every day. We are absolutely blown away with how it all looks now it’s finished. It is all that we hoped for and so much more. We absolutely recommend Conserv-a-tech for any anyone thinking of an extension, garden room, patio etc..

I have used Conserv-a-tec for two jobs now, both completed to a very high standard . I originally chose this company as they were able to take care of the planning permission and deal with all the other rules and regulations that are now imposed. The first meetings gave me confidence that they understood my requirements and would deliver. I was able to sit back and let them manage both projects with very little interaction. The Conservatory, built a few years ago , has become our favourite place in the house both in the Winter and Summer . The second job was a garage conversion and porch and is already getting plenty of use . The team is well structured and organised with each team following on after the other . I was able to deal directly with the subcontractors to make sure my requirements were understood and schedule dates when the power and heating could be interrupted without impacting those working from home. I'd have no hesitation using this company again .

Conserv-a-Tech have just completed the installation of our new Living Roof and we are highly delighted with the result. The company were extremely professional from start to finish and very clean, tidy workers. From our first meeting with Alan followed by Eric and then the team including Leon and Aaron etc. We needed to be completed by a certain date and Eric pulled out all the stops to make it happen. He put two teams on the job for the first week and then later rescheduled the workforce to accommodate us. It was amazing that they completed just in time and we were really grateful. Having wanted to have an extension on our house we consulted the team at Conserv-a-tech. Eric had come up with a bespoke plan that had ticked all the boxes of what we required. Jack, Leon, Ayron and the rest of the build team were simply outstanding. Every evening all tools were cleared up, all working areas were cleared and their pace of work was insane. The standards of the work completed beat our expectations. Eric had gone above and beyond in terms of helping us out and I would definitely recommend Conserv-a-tech for anyone wanting to improve their living space.

Conserv-a-tech are an extremely professional company. There was excellent communication and calls were always returned. The work was carried out with the minimum of disruption and the team were great. We did have a hitch on completion but it was fully recognised and Conser-a-tech acknowledged and dealt with it in a very professional way. The issue was completely resolved and we couldn’t be happier with the finished job which has exceeded our expectations. We would recommend this company to anyone.

We had our leaking, old conservatory roof replaced with a tiled roof and also had new windows and doors replaced. After meeting Alan and Eric everything was done on time and very professionally. They both suggested ideas for our conservatory which we're very welcome. The drawings of the design were very clear and we were kept up to speed regularly via e-mail and phone calls while the the roof etc were being made. We were given plenty of notice as to the start date. The fitters were excellent, with minimum disruption and had to work in challenging weather conditions. Everything was left secure, clean and tidy after each day. Kim, the secretary / admin assistant always informed us promptly when the company had received our staggered payments. We are really enjoying our new conservatory, it looks amazing, warmer and we spend alot of time in it already relaxing. We would thoroughly recommend the company and thank you Eric and Alan for your wonderful team, who are a credit to you.

I had a considerable amount of work carried out on my house by this super company. A 'warm roof' brick built extension on my kitchen, An amazing orrangery to replace the original, rather tired conservatory. All the windows replaced with flush casement windows (Iove them) and all external doors replaced. Extensive work carried out externally... existing patio lifted and relaid, new paving slabs laid around the garage and extension, and new fences and gates. I could go on..!! I just want to say thank you Eric. You have a fabulous, hard working and conscientious team who worked in some awful weather conditions who on a lighter note managed to go through a mountain of sugar and teabags and a leaning tower of Piza stack of coffee pods and biscuits! All work is guaranteed and I do feel confident that if any issues/problems were to arise in the future they would be dealt with accordingly.

Conserv-A-Tech is a standout company. From start to finish, they have been exceptional: from Allan's advice on beautiful thirties-style windows and Eric's thorough structural checks for the bay window replacement to the quality installation by Craig, Steve, and Ellis. Kim, who was in the office, also kept me updated. I discovered that the old aluminium frame windows I'd lived with for 23 years had not been installed correctly, and the bay roof void needed to be insulated. I had been living in a wind tunnel—but no longer. The new windows have transformed my property. They are stunning - and I look forward to the energy savings they will bring this winter. The work was carried out as scheduled, and the team happily answered all my questions. They are true professionals who take pride in what they do. I have asked Conserv-A-Tech back to undertake more work at my home.

After a few years putting off the rebuild of our old, wooden conservatory we are delighted with the finished result. We wanted something that would not look out of place with our character property and garden and this blends in really well. it also has all the positives of a modern extension. From the beginning with Allan talking us through the plans, colours etc to Eric and his team, especially Leon and Arryon, with the actual construction, they were all very professional, polite, clean and tidy. Job: Remove leaking old plastic conservatory, and replace with ix250 roof with lantern roof light and bifold doors for room measuring 4.5mx3.4m. From the outset, these guys were hardworking, professional and friendly. Allan worked with me initially to work up a design for the replacement conservatory, and among his excellent suggestions, was an orangery-style lantern roof light, which is the highlight of the finished build. Allan was always a delight to work with. The main teams working on the build included Leon, Ayrron, Craig, Steve, Ellis and Jack, as well as the electrician Phil, and plasterer Charlie; all very polite and respectful towards my neighbours, very hardworking and frankly really nice people to have on site. They work to very high standards. There's no cutting of corners. They clean up the site at the end of each day. They go out of their way to deliver the best results. I had high expectations of the final product, and it has surpassed those expectations. Should I ever require an extension in any future property I live in, I would not hesitate to go with Conservatech.

The job was to remove an old pvc and glass porch and replace with new. The work was completed on time despite wet and windy weather.

We now have a beautiful high-quality conservatory thanks to the huge amounts of skill and hard work provided by the outstanding team at Conserv-a-tech. From digging the foundations (lots of underground pipes to negotiate in our case) to final cleaning and finishing, we were so impressed. I chose Conserve-a-Tech due to the excellent reviews on the Which website. My conservatory roof had been leaking for some time, despite several visits by the original installers. I now have a wonderful new roof which looks fantastic. The service from every member of their staff I dealt with was excellent. The guys who did the job were amazing and not just the roof but the whole conservatory looks like new as they did such a wonderful job clearing up. I cannot praise them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I now am the proud owner of a fantastic conservatory. Every single worker that came to put my conservatory up were polite and cleaned up after their works. They kept me updated as to who was coming next and what they would be doing. The works were tweaked because I had footing from my old conservatory which no one knew were there but Eric came out to check they would be suitable and that changed the works to be completed so it brought my works forward which pleased me as it meant the works were completed before I went on holiday. I had one sticky opener and they were out within a day just to adjust it which is not uncommon with new windows I know from experience.

Conserv-A-Tech stood out, as they were a local company. No high pressure sales from Martin Beech. Your money is registered with the Government Scheme, so both parties are protected. Eric Knappett, owner and Surveyor came and measured everything accurately, so that the order could be placed with Ultraframe. Kim in the office kept me updated. Phil, electrician made electrics safe. He found a few faults with my electrics and I had to contact my supplier to send an engineer to rectify. Leon and Ayyron, Installation Technicians were here for 3-days. Tidied as they went, so professional.
