Job: Remove leaking old plastic conservatory, and replace with ix250 roof with lantern roof light and bifold doors for room measuring 4.5mx3.4m. From the outset, these guys were hardworking, professional and friendly. Allan worked with me initially to work up a design for the replacement conservatory, and among his excellent suggestions, was an orangery-style lantern roof light, which is the highlight of the finished build. Allan was always a delight to work with. The main teams working on the build included Leon, Ayrron, Craig, Steve, Ellis and Jack, as well as the electrician Phil, and plasterer Charlie; all very polite and respectful towards my neighbours, very hardworking and frankly really nice people to have on site. They work to very high standards. There's no cutting of corners. They clean up the site at the end of each day. They go out of their way to deliver the best results. I had high expectations of the final product, and it has surpassed those expectations. Should I ever require an extension in any future property I live in, I would not hesitate to go with Conservatech.

The job was to remove an old pvc and glass porch and replace with new. The work was completed on time despite wet and windy weather.

We now have a beautiful high-quality conservatory thanks to the huge amounts of skill and hard work provided by the outstanding team at Conserv-a-tech. From digging the foundations (lots of underground pipes to negotiate in our case) to final cleaning and finishing, we were so impressed. I chose Conserve-a-Tech due to the excellent reviews on the Which website. My conservatory roof had been leaking for some time, despite several visits by the original installers. I now have a wonderful new roof which looks fantastic. The service from every member of their staff I dealt with was excellent. The guys who did the job were amazing and not just the roof but the whole conservatory looks like new as they did such a wonderful job clearing up. I cannot praise them highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I now am the proud owner of a fantastic conservatory. Every single worker that came to put my conservatory up were polite and cleaned up after their works. They kept me updated as to who was coming next and what they would be doing. The works were tweaked because I had footing from my old conservatory which no one knew were there but Eric came out to check they would be suitable and that changed the works to be completed so it brought my works forward which pleased me as it meant the works were completed before I went on holiday. I had one sticky opener and they were out within a day just to adjust it which is not uncommon with new windows I know from experience.

Conserv-A-Tech stood out, as they were a local company. No high pressure sales from Martin Beech. Your money is registered with the Government Scheme, so both parties are protected. Eric Knappett, owner and Surveyor came and measured everything accurately, so that the order could be placed with Ultraframe. Kim in the office kept me updated. Phil, electrician made electrics safe. He found a few faults with my electrics and I had to contact my supplier to send an engineer to rectify. Leon and Ayyron, Installation Technicians were here for 3-days. Tidied as they went, so professional.

Despite a delay starting on site due to supply chain issues, the build progressed efficiently and has been completed to a high standard. Everyone involved was punctual, polite and tidy. There was good communication with the office throughout. I am really happy with my new conservatory and would definitely recommend Conservatech.

Contacted Conserv-a-tec to replace existing conservatory roof and join the conservatory to the house. Martin gave us a few ideas to play with and came up with a detailed drawing which we agreed best suited our needs. No pressure or false promises which made a refreshing change. All the tradesmen were polite, clean and tidy and very good at what they did. The final sign off and we are over the moon, has transformed a tired old cold conservatory into a room we cannot keep out of. Many thanks to the whole team.

Every single tradesman they sent was helpful, polite, worked efficiently and was more than happy to explain any part of the process. Our conservatory was dilapidated, so everything had to come down, leaving just a brick wall. The work began when they said it would and finished almost to the day they expected. Our biggest fear was at the beginning as we were doubtful about the number of reviews which appeared too good, but from the first visit it became obvious they weren't just salesmen. To say we are happy with their work is a massive understatement. The room has been transformed and we are grateful to all their workers for making the project such a success that we were sad to see them leave.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough - from the initial meeting we had such a good feeling about them, no pushy sales, just honest & knowledgeable and very competitively priced. The survey was really helpful and Eric came up with things I hadn't considered which I'm so grateful for now. They took away our old conservatory and it all happened so quickly, no waiting around for them to do other jobs. All the staff including all the tradesman are so polite, friendly and cleared up after each day, they were honestly a pleasure to have around and their attention to detail was second to none. Kim in the office is amazing too, so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. They have created the most beautiful space for us turning our old conservatory we rarely used into a modern extension we use every day! We could not be happier and I literally cannot say enough good things about this company. Nothing was too much trouble and they consulted us throughout. Don't look anywhere else you won't regret it.

The project was delayed by the Pandemic, but this was not an issue. The salesman was very efficient and produced excellent plans. The site visit was very good, everything was explained in detail including free removal of the old conservatory including carpet. The installers were great and clearly a good team. I would recommend Conserv-a tech if asked.

Outstanding company. Superb quality of workmanship. Attention to detail was second to none. The sales rep, surveyor, builders, installers, electrician, plasterer were all superb. The one area where they let themselves down was their communications, sometimes taking days to respond to emails and phone calls always going to voicemail. Apart from that, they were excellent. I would recommend them very highly and would most definitely use them again.

rude owner and had 3 roof glass panels implode over as many years. with kids in the house how risky is that. asked them to replace glass roof with a tiled roof so it's safer and he wants me to pay for this. nice attitude after spending £24000 on his conservatory products and can't use the conservatory as it's got glass all over the shattered panel which keeps dropping. 3 x this has happened, walk away

We had our glass conservatory roof replaced with a livinroof which now means we can use the room all year round. The service was exceptional from quote to the finished installation. All workmen were polite and tidy using quality materials. The after service and communication has been very good and we would not hesitate to recommend this company.

An excellent job by Conservatech from the initial survey/quote to the finished result - it's like a whole new conservatory, and we're wondering why we put up with the old polycarb roof for so long! Great work by the fitters (Leon and Connor) - tidy, courteous, and hard-working in sometimes difficult weather. A couple of minor issues were sorted out quickly and efficiently by Eric and the team back at the office. We're absolutely delighted with the finished roof, and the 10-year guarantee that comes with it.

We chose this company as they were one of only a handful in our area who were able to fit the conservatory roof we wanted. In addition they replaced the windows. Aside from some delays in starting the work which we accepted were outside their control everything went very smoothly. Conserv-A-Tech stood out from most the other companies as a company that really knew about conservatories. Can't recommend this company enough. We were so fed up of our old leaky, too cold, too hot conservatory - it was a room I absolutely hated to be in. It is now my favourite room in the house. It's beautiful. Everyone we dealt with at the company so helpful and despite some issues with planning everyone so supportive and helpful at every stage, from planning, costs, build etc... Delighted with the outcome.

Had small Ultraframe conservatory built by Conserv-a-tech. Paid but work never finished and numerous warranty issues still not resolved, numerous calls emails but only promises, shabby brickwork, gutter leaks, patio ruined. Stay clear.

Conservatech fitted a new glass roof on our conservatory to replace a failing polycarbonate roof. Working with them was a pleasure throughout. If you're in the market for a roof you'll likely be offered an Ultraframe roof- a good choice- by several companies so service is what divides them. Martin from sales was the most knowledgeable salesman we saw. Follow up was good, Eric who did detailed measurements was again informative and gave confidence in the company. The roof arrived early, another plus and the the fitting team were both charming and worked to a high standard. We've had a fair bit of work done on the house but this is probably the best all round service we've had. And they gave us the best price!

Despite having to rearrange the job twice, the service on the 2 days was top notch. Very professional and I highly recommend Conserv-a-tech. The guys who were fitting the conservatory roof were very polite and kept the inside of the house tidy, covering the flooring and necessary other elements, as I was quite worried the rain was going to cause issues. We wanted to extend our kitchen and create a light, spacious kitchen/diner. As this part of the house faces south west we wanted to ensure it didn't get too hot on sunny days. Eric explained all the options to us and we opted for an orangery with thermally efficient, tinted roof glass. We also chose windows and bif-old doors which incorporated Venetian blinds. We were very impressed with the Conserv-a-tech team. Their workmanship was always of a very high standard and they were nice people to deal with. We are delighted with our new room and would definitely recommend them.

The advice given to me by Eric Knappett, the owner of 'Conservatech' on the type and design of my new composite doors was professional and knowledgeable. The price to supply and fit the new 'Rock Doors' was very competitive. Eric visited my home during the fitting to check on progress and accuracy. The two fitters, 'Leon' and 'Jack' were both very professional, polite and friendly. They arrived on time; the fitting and 'finishing' was done to an exceptionally high standard; they cleaned and hoovered their work areas thoroughly on completion of the work. We decided on Conserv-a-tech on the recommendation of our neighbours, who praised their professionalism and quality. We ordered a fairly expensive orangery/conservatory. It was a big outlay for us, so we wanted a guaranteed result. We have not been disappointed. The end result is beautiful and has enhanced our house immensely. The Conserv-a-tech team have all been so professional with no effort spared to ensure our satisfaction. I can recommend this company without reservation - something that I very rarely do.

First impressions not so good. Anthony & Eric struggle to inspire confidence but actually do a very good job. During the design phase it was a struggle to get clear, unambiguous confirmation of the detailed specification of what they were going to deliver, which made me suspicious. However, it turned out that it was a communication problem, not a real quality issue. The conservatory was exactly to my requirements and was installed impeccably. It was also half the price of a similar one recently bought by my neighbour from a big name. I am now completely satisfied.

From the initial meeting with Tony and Eric I knew that this was a company I would be happy to deal with. Mark and Leon the fitting team were superb. They were punctual, polite and tidy. Their attitude and professionalism could not be faulted. The team have just finished the job and my wife and I are now sitting in our conservatory with a glass of wine admiring their work.
