Conserv-a-tech

Had small Ultraframe conservatory built by Conserv-a-tech. Paid but work never finished and numerous warranty issues still not resolved, numerous calls emails but only promises, shabby brickwork, gutter leaks, patio ruined. Stay clear.

rude owner and had 3 roof glass panels implode over as many years. with kids in the house how risky is that. asked them to replace glass roof with a tiled roof so it's safer and he wants me to pay for this. nice attitude after spending £24000 on his conservatory products and can't use the conservatory as it's got glass all over the shattered panel which keeps dropping. 3 x this has happened, walk away

I had a considerable amount of work carried out on my house by this super company. A 'warm roof' brick built extension on my kitchen, An amazing orrangery to replace the original, rather tired conservatory. All the windows replaced with flush casement windows (Iove them) and all external doors replaced. Extensive work carried out externally... existing patio lifted and relaid, new paving slabs laid around the garage and extension, and new fences and gates. I could go on..!! I just want to say thank you Eric. You have a fabulous, hard working and conscientious team who worked in some awful weather conditions who on a lighter note managed to go through a mountain of sugar and teabags and a leaning tower of Piza stack of coffee pods and biscuits! All work is guaranteed and I do feel confident that if any issues/problems were to arise in the future they would be dealt with accordingly.

First impressions not so good. Anthony & Eric struggle to inspire confidence but actually do a very good job. During the design phase it was a struggle to get clear, unambiguous confirmation of the detailed specification of what they were going to deliver, which made me suspicious. However, it turned out that it was a communication problem, not a real quality issue. The conservatory was exactly to my requirements and was installed impeccably. It was also half the price of a similar one recently bought by my neighbour from a big name. I am now completely satisfied.

Outstanding company. Superb quality of workmanship. Attention to detail was second to none. The sales rep, surveyor, builders, installers, electrician, plasterer were all superb. The one area where they let themselves down was their communications, sometimes taking days to respond to emails and phone calls always going to voicemail. Apart from that, they were excellent. I would recommend them very highly and would most definitely use them again.

I chose Conserv-a-Tech partly as a result of the positive reviews they had received. I was not disappointed! From start to finish the company and in particular the lads who fitted my windows and doors were extremely professional, polite and helpful. They treated my house and property with respect, making as little mess as possible and always cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each days work. I was entirely satisfied with the quality of the product and the workmanship with which they were fitted. This is a company I would whole-heartedly recommend to anyone seeking a good professional company to undertake work in their home.

We chose this company as they were one of only a handful in our area who were able to fit the conservatory roof we wanted. In addition they replaced the windows. Aside from some delays in starting the work which we accepted were outside their control everything went very smoothly. The fitters turned up when they were expected, were polite and tidy and worked to a high standard. The one issue that arose was dealt with efficiently and without fuss.

We had our leaking, old conservatory roof replaced with a tiled roof and also had new windows and doors replaced. After meeting Alan and Eric everything was done on time and very professionally. They both suggested ideas for our conservatory which we're very welcome. The drawings of the design were very clear and we were kept up to speed regularly via e-mail and phone calls while the the roof etc were being made. We were given plenty of notice as to the start date. The fitters were excellent, with minimum disruption and had to work in challenging weather conditions. Everything was left secure, clean and tidy after each day. Kim, the secretary / admin assistant always informed us promptly when the company had received our staggered payments. We are really enjoying our new conservatory, it looks amazing, warmer and we spend alot of time in it already relaxing. We would thoroughly recommend the company and thank you Eric and Alan for your wonderful team, who are a credit to you.

This is the third time we have used conservatech, and once again we are very impressed by the quality of workmanship, efficiency and courtesy. Will definitely use again, highly recommended.

From the initial meeting with Tony and Eric I knew that this was a company I would be happy to deal with. Mark and Leon the fitting team were superb. They were punctual, polite and tidy. Their attitude and professionalism could not be faulted. The team have just finished the job and my wife and I are now sitting in our conservatory with a glass of wine admiring their work. Would not hesitate to recommend ConservaTech...thank you guys!
