All works booked cancelled and rearranged new date. The fitter didn't show or call to explain the no show. Company itself no explanation or apology for not showing up. Materials delivered to our address without prior consent. So now told had to wait for refund till materials were returned. Could not say enough to avoid using this company. Absolute joke. To this date still no apologies for the incompetence

Their young man arrived on time and worked extremely hard and very tidily. It was a largish job at 60 square metres but he single-handedly completed the job in 3 days. Since the installation we have been totally satisfied. Would heartily recommend this company on efficiency, price and cleanliness.

I'm writing this more than a year after the excellent work was completed (see my review from approx 1 year ago). We love our roof. It has meant we spend a lot more time in the conservatory the whole year round. In recent months, with heavy rainfall, we had developed a leak. The original glass roof is 20 years old and had previously suffered from occasion slight leaks coming in the apex, so we thought it was related to this. Having been considering whether this might mean we needed a whole new roof, we called Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd to ask their advice. Because of where the small but irritating drips were entering, they believed it was not related to the apex, but instead connected with the box guttering on one side and they suggested giving a waterproof roof coating in a particular area of the box guttering a try. 1 tin of coating and 1 brush later, plus a deluge of rain this week, we are pretty confident that the leak is fixed. So much cheaper than a new roof and the advice was very happily offered by people in the company who have seen it all before because of their level of experience. Thank you so much!

Chris arrived on time and worked steadily through the day to finish an excellent job. He was thorough, pleasant and left everything neat and tidy. We would recommend this company, Beverly was always at the end of the phone to answer any queries before and after installation.

Insulation to old conservatory with polycarbonate roof. From my first contact with CRI everything was handled efficiently in a friendly and professional way. From Initial survey to installation everything was first class. The conservatory is now able to be used comfortably as a room as the temperature can be regulated to a much better extent, it also provides excellent sound insulation.

The new insulated roof has had an incredible effect on our conservatory - it's cooler, lighter, and even looks bigger! The whole job was completed within about two weeks - from initial phone call to final fitting. Everything was done so efficiently and professionally. An excellent investment.

We had our conservatory roof insulated recently. It's too early to say how much this makes the conservatory warmer in Winter or cooler in Summer but we can say this.... Bev answered our questions fully, promptly and convincingly during the enquiry process. Photos we took of the conservatory were enough for her to decide what was necessary. The quote was reasonable, cheaper than some we investigated. On the day itself Chris, our installer, was superb working very hard all day, sometimes having to improvise cleverly. Everything was completed in the one day. The only problems came with the delivery of some of the parts. We informed Julian that we were unable to take delivery as we were away on holiday so were informed by him that delivery would be on the fitting day. Nevertheless Eurocell(?) seemed to insist on delivery while we were away and sent the same poor chap to our house three times but, of course, he was unable to leave the items. No matter, eventually he was successful. We will be sure to leave a comment on the effectiveness of the insulation in good time.

We had this wonderful company come and insulated our conservatory roof and from start to finish was just perfect. From the start talking to a lovely lady called Bev who organised dates and times. Then to the actual job which went so smoothly, nothing to much trouble even removing centre light and putting up our new one. The gentleman was so quick and efficient, cleaned and removed everything. Now we have a new warm solid room which we can use all the year round. Definitely recommend this company 10/10

The floor was properly protected and the current structure checked before work started. The insulation work was carried out in one day and to a high standard and to the cost as agreed. The operative was considerate and helpful and clearly highly experienced. A good job well done.

We decided to have our conservatory roof insulated And decided on conservatory roof insulation ltd to carry out the work, from the outset Beverly was very helpful and talked us through the whole process, the estimated cost was very good so we agreed a date and time. Chris arrived slightly late but it was a bank holiday so not a problem to us, he was very friendly and explained the way he would do the work and completed it with no problems and in 5hrs with no mess left. We would certainly recommend them with no hesitation.

We moved into our new house 5 months ago which had an existing conservatory in our south facing garden. This was completely unusable due to the heat that built up in the recent fine weather and reached at temperature of 52°c. We therefore decided to have the roof insulated to reduce the heat and hopefully retain any warmth in winter. Having spoken to Beverly at the company she fully understood our issue and quickly provided what we considered to be a competitive quotation. On the date of insulation Chris and Stuart were very professional, completing the work to a high standard and clearing up when they had finished. Beverly was so helpful when I contacted for a quote made everything easy to understand - the quote was extremely reasonable and the date available was only a couple of weeks from the date of contact. The installers were lovely v personable and helpful - the job was done in half a day they arrived when they said they would did a good job and left no mess or anything yo tidy up. Fantastic service from start to finish. I had almost given up from finding a reputable business to install the much needed Insulation on the conservatory roof of my recently purchased property, when I checked the Which Trusted Traders website to see if a company whose claim to be on it was true (it wasn't) - when I came across Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd. From the initial conversation with Julian & Beverly, I knew I was in safe hands, even though I live the other side of England to them, they are very friendly, honest and supportive. The work was carried out efficiently and faultlessly to a very high standard by Chris and Stuart. The roof looks beautiful, and straight away I noticed a difference in the temperature (being south facing, it had got up to 45+ degrees at times), now it's a comfortable 20-25 when really hot. Where before the noise of the rain was unbearably loud, you can barely hear it at times since the installation. The price was really reasonable, very fair and definitely worth it - some of the quotes I received from pushy companies were double. I highly recommend this company.

I had been trying to use my conservatory as a music room, but experienced excessive heat in the summer months and a chill in the winter. The first quotation sought was tackling the problem from the outside roof and resulted in a high price way above my planned budget. On contacting CRI, I was immediately struck by the professionalism, efficiency, and absence of any pressure in the sales process. Measurements and pictures were sent, and I received a fully costed quotation almost immediately, followed up by a planned installation date about ten days from that date. The installation was done in about three hours, including moving furniture and cleaning up afterwards. With several heatwaves this year so far, the product has been put to the test immediately, and the difference in temperature has been palpable, making the room once more suitable as a music studio. I am more than satisfied with the price, performance of the product, and the service received from Beverley and the team at CRI.

We have a small, quite old victorian-style conservatory that got very hot in the summers we are now experiencing and too cold in the winter, making it virtually unusable for at least half the year. After a lot of research, and careful scrutiny of their website, I phoned and spoke to Beverly. She obviously has a wealth of experience and could answer all my questions herself. She described the process and, upon receipt of some photographs, provided a very reasonable quote. The plastic cladding materials arrived the Friday before installation on the Tuesday. A word of warning - you need a lengthy area to store them in as they come in 5 meter lengths (outside is fine) as Julian had advised me by text earlier in the week. Chris and Stewart arrived at 8:00 am (half an hour early) and were finished by midday, with another job to go to. They worked non-stop and have the process down to a tee. The sheets of insulation material are fixed between 2 sets of wooden batons attached to the rectangular and triangular roof panels. Then the plastic cladding is meticulously measured and attached. It looks fabulous, so much better than the dingy old polycarbonate, and has already made such a difference to both the conservatory and the sitting room beyond! I’m not looking forward to winter, as I hate the cold, but hope it’ll retain the heat and be a usable room. Watch this space for an update!
