Very professional company from start to finish – the communication was excellent - the estimating process was very different as there was no site visit – it was all managed with measurements & photos, with a site inspection on the day of fitting – but it worked!! Materials arrived the day before. The Fitters arrived on time, were very friendly & respectful of my home & by the time they left, after a very long day, you would never have known anyone had been in my house except for the perfectly fitted UPVC roof. Thank you very much – absolutely delighted with the finished outcome – I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Since our initial enquiry speaking with Julian we have been extremely pleased with how he dealt with our questions. He also made some valid points about how we could improve on our existing conversvatory and what made more sense both aesthetically and financially with our budget. Once we made our final decision and paid our deposit, Beverley then looked after us with efficiency, especially whilst having to manage during the lockdown. She put our minds at rest that we could still get this done as soon as they were able to get back to business. Chris & Nigel, the engineers who came to install our roof and panels, were punctual, professional, polite and courteous. The work was completed to a very high standard in less than a day and they smiled the whole way through! Overall we cannot recommend this family business enough for their professionalism and welcoming attitude whenever we spoke with them.

Great roof insulation job completed in one day by Chris and Nigel. They worked tirelessly throughout in a friendly, and efficient manner. I can’t think of anything more to say than previous reviews! Julian and team were always helpful and patient when I asked questions. I never had the “hard sale” - unlike some other companies I asked for quotes. I had confidence in the company from my initial contact with them. Everything went according to plan and the two men who came on the day were so hard working and respectful. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company. In fact, i already have and my friends’ work is being done on 2nd June!!

The whole process from initial enquiries to completion of the work was smooth and without any stress. The price was only half that quoted by some competitors and installation was also much earlier. After agreeing on the quote, the date for installation was immediately given. The installers arrived on time and finished the job in one day as promised. The result is a very comfortable living environment in mid-winter where previously it was far too cold and extremely difficult and costly to keep to a sensible and comfortable temperature. I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering the logical step of conservatory insulation. My brother saw the work we had done and has already placed an order for his installation.

We decided to use Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd, and we are glad we did. Concerns about the loss of light are unfounded as it really is negligible what you lose, we have a through lounge into the conservatory with no doors or closure between the conservatory and the lounge and we hardly notice the loss of the little bit of light. The noise reduction: At times we would leave the lounge and go to the bedroom to watch TV as the sound of the rain bouncing off the polycarbonate roof at the time was deafening, believe me up here in Cumbria we get lots of rain! We can stay in the lounge and watch TV without turning up the volume while the rain pours down, the difference is fantastic to what we had before, the noise reduction really is that good. Temperature reduction: Our conservatory is south facing so it got the sun most of the day, temperatures in excess of 33 degrees plus where not uncommon during summer, now its much more comfortable even on a hot sunny day, more around 23 to 25 degrees. 6 weeks since we had the work done, and during that time we have had no black mould to clean off the double-glazing seals or the white UPVC, this was common before the roof insulation, no matter how often you cleaned it. We have had sun, rain, wind, and cold nights, the roof insulation has transformed our conservatory into a different room, one that can be used more in every weather, is warmer and quieter and its reduced our energy use.

After sitting through rep visits from other companies i contacted Roof insulation, spoke to Beverly who talked me though the process, i decided to go ahead and am not disappointed with the service or results , Nigel and Chris turned up on the installation day, they worked without breaks from start to finish and left the job site clean and tidy, their work is excellent and they explain the process as they go along [ they do appreciate a brew ] After they left we turned on the heating and what a difference. What was once a cold conservatory is now a warm comfortable room which is lived in all day every day, i really cannot express what a difference its made, if your looking for a great job at an affordable price this company is for you,

From the very first conversation I had with Julian and subsequent conversations with Beverly, I somehow knew I would be using Conservatory Roof Insulation (CRI) to insulate my conservatory roof. No visiting salesperson or consultant, a fixed quote over the phone and no pressure to purchase their product. I read the reviews on Which Trusted Trader and was impressed with the feedback left by previous customers. Julian was fully aware that I had approached other companies for a quote and advised me as to what questions I should ask them about their product. After supplying Julian with measurements and some internal photographs of my existing conservatory roof, I was very pleased with the quote I received from him later in the day. In comparison to two other quotes I had received, CRI was very competitive, one quote being almost twice the cost of using Julian’s company. I decided to use CRI and a date was arranged and a small deposit paid. The two workmen, Chris and Stuart turned up nice and early on the day and didn’t stop until the work was finished. Just had to supply them with lots of mugs of Yorkshire tea and chocolate biscuits. Very polite, clean, tidy, respectful of my property and didn’t mind me asking questions while they worked. Absolutely delighted with the finished product, it makes my conservatory look smart, bright and it is definitely a lot warmer than it used to be. I have no hesitation in recommending Conservatory Roof Insulation to other prospective clients.

The roof was insulated in October so I have waited for some adverse weather to test the installation. As most of the reviews our conservatory was out of bounds during the winter. Currently it is -1 degree C outside and inside it is 21 degree C. Radiators are on, but last winter they were on but had no effect. The work was completed in a day and was left clean and tidy. We were initially attracted to this company by their apparent standards of practise as described on their website. Having personally had 25 years experience with our own firm in the home improvement market, I researched this company more than thoroughly before committing to order. In doing so we realised that these were the sort of people who would do for us what we were led to expect from their website claims. We ordered. The job was started on time & completed in little more than a day and a half on what is a large conservatory by Chris & Stuart - to a very high standard. They cleared up everything as they went along & we could not have wished for a more pleasant pair to have in the house. The resulting benefit in terms of heat retention in current wintry weather is huge. We certainly got this one dead right, and would strongly recommend this company, based on our own experience, to anyone wanting conservatory roof insulation.

I began looking for a company to insulate my conservatory roof, I looked into a few companies and one company stood out and was Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd. Great website with lots of info, lots of before and after photos and a nice video showing the flame resistance of the insulation material. They have no salespeople and are a Which? recommended company, I emailed CRI for a quotation for my conservatory and had an instant reply from Beverly who after an exchange of information sent me a quote, I accepted and arranged a starting date. Her installation team of Daniel and Alfie arrived on time and promptly got to work which was completed in just over 2 hours. My conservatory was left clean and tidy and they were a joy to have in my house. The work was done in March and since then the outside temperature has been below freezing and it is noticeably warmer in the conservatory and the reduction in glare when it is sunny means I can see my PC screen a lot better. My roof now looks fantastic and performs as promised, my dealings with CRI from start to finish was first class and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company to anyone looking for this type of work, great people and a great company to deal with. We were very impressed with the installation of our conservatory roof insulation both from the ease of obtaining a very competitive quote compared to local installers to the excellent workmanship of Sam and his colleague who arrived punctually, were polite and answered all our queries very professionally. Having read several of these reviews I decided to contact CRI to obtain details and a quote......... and I'm delighted that I did so. Julian provided all the necessary details and was very informative without being in the slightest pushy...... I immediately felt at ease in dealing with the company. A very reasonable quote was provided and accepted the same day and the work was scheduled for a little over two weeks ahead. In the interim, we were kept informed by Bev of all arrangements as and when they were made. On the appointed day Chris and Stewart arrived on time and immediately got on with the job. They were friendly, polite, extremely efficient and also very tidy in the way in which they carried out the work ........ absolutely no mess whatsoever. The workmanship was of a very high standard and I cannot fault it in any way. The following morning was cold and frosty and it is fair to say that the temperature in our North facing conservatory was massively improved as a result of the work carried out by CRI ....... conservatory is no longer the early morning ice-box that it used to be and we also don't have to look at a grubby poly-carb roof either!! (It's also very much quieter in the conservatory during periods of rainfall). From beginning to end the whole process was totally hassle-free and the outcome has exceeded our expectations. Needless to say, we are delighted with the work and cannot praise this company highly enough ....... I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
