Firstly the communication with this company is extremely good. They got back to you immediately answered any questions and explained the whole process so that you knew exactly what to expect and at a very reasonable price. We agreed on a date and the men turned up exactly on time. I was so impressed with them, they were friendly (provided they were kept going with tea they were happy!!) They got stuck in and finished before the estimated time, and it was a very hot day. They left the place spotless. I am so pleased with the roof it looks good and the conservatory is now useable. For years it was so hot in the summer that you could hardly bear to walk through it let alone sit in it. It has given us an extra room Yeah!! Cannot recommend this company enough.

Absolutely superb service. From initial enquiry to completed job, I was kept right up to date and well informed. Chris, the installer, contacted me before his arrival and was very polite and likeable. It was so nice to meet a tradesman that has such pride in his work. Excellent product and superb finish. We previously had roof blinds which were never really that efficient at reducing heat in the summer, it was still too hot, and after a few years the blinds needed cleaning - not cheap - the blinds installation nor being cleaned. We opted for a change. After some research we decided on roof insulation - advertised - "cooler in summer, warmer in winter", that being the attraction. We had 3 quotes for the job. We found "Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd" on "Which - Trust a Trader", which is a recommendation in itself. The company has excellent reviews. When we contacted them, Beverley - a company director - answered the phone, what a lovely lady she is, friendly, down to earth, professional and appearing as honest as the day is long. She gave us a total overview of the product, answered all our questions and reassured our concerns - she came across as a very honest person who cared about customer satisfaction. We needed to look no further! They have no commission driven visiting salespersons and no "hard sell", just complete confidence in their product and installation, and a will to do a good job. The installation team were Chris and Stuart, they arrived on time and introduced themselves, a couple of great lads, again very friendly, in keeping with the company tradition. They were amazingly hard working, they never stopped, working brilliantly as a team so that they never had to wait for one another to complete a task, the job just flowed smoothly from start to finish.

The whole experience dealing with this Company was excellent. We had an insulated roof put in our traditional conservatory. All the planning and quoting work was done on line or by chatting with the friendly and professional lady (Barbara?). We finished up with a very reasonable price for the job and we are absolutely delighted with the new roof. The contractor attended on the day arranged and was quick and professional in fitting the roof in less that a day, leaving the room and the site as though he had never been. Very good to be on the receiving end of a great British Company. Well done.

Couldn't be happier with the whole process and final results. The people are a pleasure to deal with, from the office contacts and Directors ... to the amazing fitters. Too early to talk about the full impact, but I can already feel the difference from the external temperature - so my expectations are certainly high. Highly recommended.

We contacted Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd after being given an extortionate quote from another well known provider. Beverly was friendly and helpful, and was able to provide an extremely competitive quote without the need for lengthy visits from pushy sales staff. The fitting team arrived on time and were polite, friendly and efficient. They cleaned up afterwards and the work completed to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Our experience with this company was excellent, from initial discussion with Beverley to the fitting by Chris. We explored several options with other companies and despite reservations about commissioning the job without a pre-work visit we are delighted we chose this solution and this company. We had internal insulation to our conservatory roof so we could use the room in the winter. Chris also installed ceiling lights for us that we then got wired in by our own electrician. There was no hard selling at all, so I had to time research other companies and make up my own mind, in my own time. Once I had made my decision everything was completed quickly and efficiently. Chris installed the roof insulation and made the job look so easy - obviously very skilled and experienced and was a pleasure to have doing the work. The roof insulation is exactly what I wanted and the finished product looks fabulous. I now have my conservatory as another room, which can be used all year round. The initial enquiry was handled efficiently and pleasantly by Beverley. Information was given but there was no hard sell. A quote was given by using measurements and photos. This proved to be very reasonable. After this was accepted we were informed at all times what the process would be. The work was completed in the given time scale. The workmen were excellent and worked very hard throughout the time they were here and tidied up before they left. We are delighted with the end result. It looks great and has been much admired. The tradesmen worked very hard and completed our job in half a day on our conservatory measuring 16 ft². They left the conservatory tidy upon completion. After contacting a few companies this one stood out to me as after talking to Bev she was so knowledgeable about her product and fitting and mentioned things other companies had failed to mention like ventilation for one example. The quote given after giving my measurements and a couple of photos to Bev was also more competitive than other companies ( half the price in most cases! ) and by far a more superior product. Fitting took one day , the guys were fantastic moving my furniture out for me, they were clean and tidy and everything was done professionally ,just kept them hydrated with cups of tea and they worked like trojans! Finished roof is fabulous, looks great and makes a huge difference to keeping it warm but most importantly i cant hear the rain beating down now drowning out the sound of the TV ( which was one of my main concerns),looking forward to seeing how it keeps the room cool in the summer too ,i may not have to use my aircon so much! So would i recommend this company to friends and family, absolutely i would ,I'm a very happy customer and also comes with a 10 year guarantee so whats not to like.

I could not recommend this company highly enough. From the first enquiry phone call I made I was so impressed with just how professional, helpful and friendly the service was that I received. There was absolutely no pushy sales talk at all. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was explained about how and when and who would be carrying out the work. The day the insulation was fitted was so impressive; the two men who carried out the work were so good. They barely stopped for a break until the job was completed and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, although I was surprised at how little mess there was. The actual finished product is amazing; my conservatory looks so much better, and finally we can use it as a "room" in the winter as it's so much warmer. I wish we'd done this sooner, just very happy that we have done it.

We are totally delighted with the job done. They were friendly and efficient. It has made an immense difference to the heat and the noise. It is raining hard now and where we would not have heard the television it is perfectly clear. And it is appreciably warmer now than it would have been before. We were so pleased we came across this company and wish we had done this years ago. Every aspect of their service was excellent. I am really pleased to have chosen this company to insulate my roof. Since I had the work done in July 2023, we have been enjoying sitting in the room without the direct glare from the sun. Even though we haven't gone through the full winter, the room is not as cold as it used to be! From sales to fittings, communication has been great. I have come across other companies which would charge very expensively. Overall, we are very happy with Conservatory Roof Insulation and would highly recommend to others.

Can’t praise these guys enough. Workers turned up exactly on time, put up the insulation and took away all mess, really nice guys. The difference in the heat in the conservatory is unbelievable, we can actually use it in winter, highly recommend them.

The internal insulation & upvc roof is a fantastic addition to my property. The conservatory is considerably warmer ( & will be cooler in summer , I am sure), quieter when it rains, & more contemporary looking. It was fitted with care and attention. I could not speak more highly of the work. I wish I’d known about this option years ago.
