I found these people online and saw that they had were a Which recommended Trader so called them. They were so helpful and gave me all the information I wanted. I contacted a couple of other companies for comparison but CRI Ltd stood out. The work took less than a day and the result is wonderful. The people were a delight to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted Conservatory Roofs after a Google search. I filled in the contact form and Beverly rang me. She was a font of knowledge and gave me lots of information to consider. She was happy to answer my many questions (some of them brought about by less professional companies giving me some dodgy information.) She then asked me to send her some pictures of our conservatory and the measurements. She got back to me a couple of hours later with a price. We were happy with the figures and she made an appointment for the work to be done the following week. The guys who came to do the job arrived on time and my husband said he couldn't fault them. They were friendly and professional and left no mess. I arrived home from work and was so impressed with the work. In looked fabulous and the very next day, during the late heatwave, we could feel the difference a lot. The conservatory was pleasantly warm instead of stiflingly hot. We couldn't be more thrilled with the work and it feels like we have had an extension because we now have a room we can use all year round. Beverly was always just a call away and it was never too much trouble to answer my questions. Superb company who gave honest advice, charged a fair price and delivered exactly what they promised. The installation guys arrived on time . Very friendly. Completed the job in a morning and left everything in a clean and tidy manner. Very pleased with the work and my new roof.

We were very impressed with the installation of our conservatory roof insulation both from the ease of obtaining a very competitive quote compared to local installers to the excellent workmanship of Sam and his colleague who arrived punctually, were polite and answered all our queries very professionally. The work was carried out on the day specified and completed.Chris the fitter and his colleague were excellent ,their workmanship and attention to detail was second to none and they left everywhere clean and tidy.

Conservatory Roof Insulation was a pleasure to deal with. there were no high pressure sales techniques or visiting salesmen, just a simple phone call explaining the company and the product. I measured the conservatory and sent photos to get a quote. Once I had accepted they set a date for installation. The team arrived on time and worked very quickly and efficiently. they cleaned up afterward and explained the guarantee. We've a few hot days and the conservatory is much cooler and more comfortable and so is the adjoining room. In the past that room felt as though the heating was on in the summer. Polycarbonate roofs are very noisy when it rains and the new insulation has made it a lot quieter. The cost was less than I though it would be and it was money well spent. We used conservatory roof insulation in June this year. We called a couple of others, but we found Julian and Beverly very friendly and helpful. They were always at the end of the phone to speak to us about the work. When the lads came Sam explained everything they were going to do and why. They cleaned up as they went along. They invited us to ask questions at any stage. Would recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of work

I contacted this company because of the reviews, the fact that they are Which recommended and the 10 year guarantee. The quote was done simply by sending the dimensions of the conservatory and some photos. I got 4 quotes in total and this company were the cheapest. Beverly was very reassuring and answered my questions and queries quickly. Two people installed the insulation and cladding. There were a couple of issues which were of no fault of anyone’s and these were dealt with quickly and professionally. Aftercare was excellent. I have recommended this company many times and the recent feedback I have had after passing their contact details on indicate that they are still the most reasonable and reliable company around. One example this week, a person fed back to me that they were quoted £5600 by one company, this company quoted £1700, so still great value and not increasing prices to take advantage of their great reputation. Our roof almost 3 years on, the looks as good as new. I will not hesitate to keep recommending.

The two guys turned up on time introduced themselves, looked at the conservatory roof and started getting their tools ready. Dave told me what they were going to do and they started work. They kept the area clean and tidy at all times. The job was finished in about 5 hours, they cleaned up all of the rubbish and took it away with them. My wife and I are very pleased with the work carried out by the team and company. We can now sit in our south facing conservatory without it being unbearable.

I found CRI via Trusted Traders and the reviews pretty much sold me on this company before I ever made contact. I completed the contact form on the CRI website and in less than an hour Beverly rang. She was helpful and friendly and filled me with confidence that I was dealing with a genuine family business. She told me the photos I needed to send and said that she would get back with a price the same afternoon which she did. The quote was less than expected and so I accepted on the spot. A provisional date was agreed for mid May. Sam and Jamie arrived early on 16th May and I could tell from Sam's face that we had a tricky shaped roof to insulate. I'd guessed this myself so wasn't surprised. But the guys got to work and said that they'd work it out as they went. They were a great team and went about the work quietly and efficiently clearing every scrap of waste as they went. To complete the job to Sam's satisfaction they decided to stay locally for a second night to enable them to get some different trim. They returned early on the 17th with the trim and had completed the work by 1000 before setting off for their next job in South Wales. We are already noticing the benefits as our conservatory is now a steady 26 degrees on a sunny day whereas it was previously high 30's or low 40's. We're looking forward to seeing the effect in winter. All in all a fantastic job by people who really care about their customers. Thank you Julian, Beverly, Sam and Jamie.

Spoke to Beverly last month and arranged a date nice and quickly after getting a very quick response and great quote. Chris arrived early today and even though he was on his own due to unforeseen circumstances he blasted through the job! Work done to an excellent standard and 4 lights also fitted and every piece of rubbish and scrap removed leaving the place clean and tidy!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants this style of roof insulation fitted.

What can I say that hasn't already been covered in previous reviews?! From first contact with Beverly through to Sam and his colleague who carried out the work I've been impressed. Simply provide Beverly with the size and some photos of your conservatory to enable the quote. From giving the go ahead to the work being carried out was only a few weeks. Sam and his colleague arrived early, worked diligently, took time to explain what was occurring during the work and ensured they cleaned up as they went along. My new PVC interior roof looks superb and I'm enjoying finally being able to utilise the space. An email querying some unexpected condensation the morning following the fit resulted in an immediate call from Beverly to explain this was both to be expected and temporary whilst the wood battens dried out - excellent service which set my mind at rest. I highly recommend this company - great option for making my conservatory a much more usable room going forward, fair price, great communication and everyone a pleasure to deal with.

I began looking for a company to insulate my conservatory roof, I looked into a few companies and one company stood out and was Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd. Great website with lots of info, lots of before and after photos and a nice video showing the flame resistance of the insulation material. They have no salespeople and are a Which? recommended company, I emailed CRI for a quotation for my conservatory and had an instant reply from Beverly who after an exchange of information sent me a quote, I accepted and arranged a starting date. Her installation team of Daniel and Alfie arrived on time and promptly got to work which was completed in just over 2 hours. My conservatory was left clean and tidy and they were a joy to have in my house. The work was done in March and since then the outside temperature has been below freezing and it is noticeably warmer in the conservatory and the reduction in glare when it is sunny means I can see my PC screen a lot better. My roof now looks fantastic and performs as promised, my dealings with CRI from start to finish was first class and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company to anyone looking for this type of work, great people and a great company to deal with. Great job from start to finish, ie speaking to Beverly who arranged everything, to the actual job completed by Chris and his Partner who did an excellent job in less than 6 hours. Wish I'd had it done sooner as it has made such a difference to the house and how we use it. Also great that now we don't have to turn the volume up on the TV every time it rains! The price was fantastic as well especially as my conservatory is on the large side. Would recommend the company without any hesitation whatsoever.

Used CRI as they are Which recommended and have a long established business. The price was very fair and it was only a couple of weeks before the job was done. The workmen were quick, efficient and very tidy, in fact, apart from a new roof, you wouldn't have known any work had taken placed. We are so pleased with our ceiling, it's made such a difference. We can now use the conservatory all year round as it's now, warm dry and quiet. Well done. Highly recommended.

From ringing Bev the whole job went as smooth as could possibly go, No pushy sales person came, Bev took me through the process and answered any questions. She gave me a quote which was very reasonable, and she gave me time to think it over. We did not at any time feel rushed into a discision. Once we had agreed the job the materials arrived on schedule as did the Guys to do the installation they were professional, courteous and installed our insulation in few hours, we kept them supplied with cups of tea as they worked. They left the room clean and tidy. We are throughly pleased with the result, even my husband who was a bit sceptical at first has to admit that it works. Our conservatory within the hour after they had finished felt notacibly warmer and with our small radiator temperatures in the conservatory during this cold snap regularly reach 20c. And when it snowed,the snow stayed on the roof.

Having considered having this done over the last 12 months and done some research Conservatory Roofing Insulation were my preferred choice. And from the initial contact with Beverley & Julian through to the two lads coming to do the work everything went smoothly. Beverley explained the process the cost and who was doing the work, what time to expect them and what to expect when the work started. The lads (Dan) and his colleague we here on time (early in fact) explained how they were going to proceed and cracked on with the job with a brew or 2 along the way. They cleaned up any mess they made and did a great job. We choose the UPVC option and it certainly looks the part, like most people you need all the seasons to have come and gone to fully see the benefits , early indications are looking promising and expect to leave another review once the summer and certainly winter have come and gone.

We were initially attracted to this company by their apparent standards of practise as described on their website. Having personally had 25 years experience with our own firm in the home improvement market, I researched this company more than thoroughly before committing to order. In doing so we realised that these were the sort of people who would do for us what we were led to expect from their website claims. We ordered. The job was started on time & completed in little more than a day and a half on what is a large conservatory by Chris & Stuart - to a very high standard. They cleared up everything as they went along & we could not have wished for a more pleasant pair to have in the house. The resulting benefit in terms of heat retention in current wintry weather is huge. We certainly got this one dead right, and would strongly recommend this company, based on our own experience, to anyone wanting conservatory roof insulation.

From the very first call with Beverley, it felt like they took the time to understand my requirements and because I wasn't aware of how much budget I would need, Beverly was able to give me an idea just based on some simple measurements. Beverley was also able to answer any questions I had and also gave me a some pointers to ask other vendors. The quote we got was very competitive and funnily enough, the sales tactics used from other providers were exactly what Beverly told me to watch out for. Once decided I was able to get Chris and his team in within 10-days of placing the order and they did a fantastic job! Polite, friendly and tidy. We had our insulation done 2feb, from the first phone call I was very impressed. Beverly is a lovely lady and explained everything step by step. We were informed about everything as we went along. The two lads that came Chris and Nigel were lovely lads they got on with the work and made sure that everything was tidy when they finished. From our initial enquiry to completion of the installation took only 6 weeks. Providing our photos of the conservatory roof plus our own measurements is a great idea, saving on time and expensive visits from sales advisors. Our alternative quote from a leading competitor was a massive sixty five percent greater than CRI's price. Their fitters (Chris and Stewart) arrived on schedule and did a great job of fitting the insulation panels in a day and cleaning up after themselves. The conservatory looks much nicer now, almost like a proper room, and certainly retains a substantial amount of the heat generated by our radiator. We hardly notice when it's raining now! Such a superb investment. Beverly (in the office) did a great job of keeping us informed of events throughout the smooth and speedy process. I could not recommend CRI more highly.
