After initial contact with Beverley I sent photos of our conservatory as instructed. A very good price was given and I agreed immediately to proceed with the roof insulation with the pvc cladding finish. A date was set but an opportunity arose to have the work done earlier on a Saturday. On the day Sam and Tom turned up and started work immediately. They were very polite and pleasant lads who I could see were totally competent with their work. They completed the job in the half day that I was initially assured they would do. They made sure I was happy with the completed job, which I was. They cleaned up and took all the waste away with them. I can honestly say I would be totally happy to recommend this company to anyone. I did my research and read all the reviews before I employed this company, and by writing this very rare for me review I can only say that all the other excellent reviews are genuine and correct.

We had been considering having some sort of insulation on our conservatory roof for some time as being south facing the temperature was always too hot in the summer or too cold during winter. On first contacting this company Julian explained the process, and a quote was received within a couple of days. Once we had signed the contract and paid the deposit Beverly was in touch to arrange a date for installation, which was only just over 2 weeks ahead. Daniel arrived on time with his mate, and together they worked extremely hard and efficiently. They cleaned up as they worked and took pride in what they were doing. The work was completed in just a few hours. We are delighted with the result and have no hesitation in recommending this company. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

From first meeting with Mr Julian Latham, director. You felt at ease, you knew he was on top of his game, he was not trying the hard sell and the cost was right. When phoning the office to confirm the date etc again top service. The two men who carried out the work were very skilled workman and polite. The work took a day - my wife and I are over the moon, the sound of rain on the roof is minimum. To us its a new room, can't thank them enough.

We have already received several compliments on the appearance and find, as advertised, that we are now able to use the conservatory in all weathers with no discomfort through temperature or rain noise on the roof, what a difference it has made to a little used space. Dan and Lee arrived early and worked very well. They were very friendly and tidy. Their mums would be pleased! They did a beautiful job and have transformed our Conservatory. They even cut the holes for the wires to go through for down lights to be fitted. They couldn't have been more helpful. As it is summer, I can't say how well the insulation works in winter but the conservatory does feel warmer in the evening. If I can use this room in the winter, it will be one of my best renovations as joining conservatory with new kitchen. Beverly in the office was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely use this company to insulate your roof and hope you get Dan and Lee to fit it.

We had the inside of our conservatory roof insulated in November and we are delighted with the results since. The reduction in noise from rain on the roof now is excellent, from being very noisy to hardly anything. Also the room is a lot warmer now as we used to lose a lot of heat through the ceiling before the insulation was installed. Julian and Beverley are very professional from start to finish, we agreed a price and date and paid the deposit. The job takes about 4 hours depending on your conservatory and the 2 fitters who came were excellent and a credit to the company, on completion they left everything clean and tidy. We are very pleased we had the work done and would definitely recommend this company, also would recommend having this done. We had thought about it for a while and glad we decided to go ahead as the results have transformed the room.

I would defo recommend getting your conservatory roof insulated by this company from start to finish with no pushy sales people and the 2 men just got on with it ( I just supplied the cups of tea) we have underfloor heating and before the heat just went out the roof and now OMG I can leave the doors open into the living room and no draft (Nov/Dec now) I love the look I got the white plastic the only slight downside if I had to have one is it’s made my room slightly darker but I did expect this and all it means is I put the light on a bit earlier in the day than normal. Personal contact with Knowledgeable and helpful people at head office assisted in the decision to purchase from Conservatory Roof Installation. I had opening roof vents on my existing polycarbonate roof which were a problem to seal in the extreme weather we have on the East Coast of England. I was advised to remove them prior to the new insulation being installed, which I did. The installation took place on schedule, and was completed in under a day. The working team of two were polite, worked fast and professionally to make a very nice and comfortable living room. They assisted me moving a heavy marble table and left us with a clean new roof lining and room ready for the replacement of our furniture. We are eagerly looking forward to the forecast frosts next Friday to test the insulation effectiveness.

I contacted this company to install insulation to my conservatory roof from the first uncle ahead with Beverley Arthur them an extremely helpful company very professional later I had discussions with Julian Latham who I found to be very professional and helpful, an installation date was arranged on a very hot summers day Daniel and Lee arrived promptly at 8 am unfortunately Daniel found the glass and plastic are the roof and expanded and he riding about breaking the glass when drilling the plastic glazing bars, so decided to halt the installation. I rearranged it for September Daniel checked the glazing bars for me and went ahead the installation was carried out successfully no further problem. I cannot recommend this company highly enough they very very helpful and the installation men were extremely courteous and very kind I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

We had been thinking about insulating the conservatory roof for a couple of years, but had been unsure about the whole process and whether it was worth the outlay. A call to Julian after having read reviews about the company reassured us about the whole process and he was able to generate a quote from a verbal description, some basic measurements and three photographs. We decided to go ahead and made an appointment for the work to be done. After a few days we had a call from them to offer an earlier date which we were able to accept. A delivery of pvc arrived the day before the installation, again as promised. On the day the fitters arrived bang on time and started immediately after outlining the fitting process and kept us updated throughout. The floor was covered with protective sheeting and mess was kept to a minimum. The job took much less time than expected, and the quality of the finish was excellent. There was no mess left behind, all debris was removed and the conservatory was left clean and tidy with a smart "new" roof! Since then we have noticed the difference in temperature and noise and will now be able to use it throughout the winter in comfort, we should have done it years ago. For such faultless service we can highly recommend this company without hesitation.

CRI carried out two great ceiling conversions for me at two rental properties of mine all within one day. There's been a dramatic decline in the heat felt within the conservatories - up to 85% says CRI - and this has been corroborated by my tenants. The cladding finish used is also very stylish and has lifted the look of our conservatories to something akin to a 'proper room'. We are absolutely delighted with the transformation of our conservatory by Dave and Jeff who were extremely pleasant and very hard working. It now looks like an additional room and during this hot spell is so much cooler. When completed the area was left in a pristine condition with all rubbish removed. The Company were pleasant to deal with and their prices were very reasonable - the fact that they have a Which recommendation is thoroughly justified. Anybody having Dave and Jeff need to stock up on Yorkshire tea though as they almost partake of it intravenously. So glad we were recommended to use your Company.

I used Conservatory Roof Insulation (CRI), as the conservatory was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. The main reason for choosing CRI was its recommendation by Which? It was easy to contact CRI and after making contact, all I needed to do was to provide measurements of the conservatory and photos of its roof. I was then informed of the cost and given a choice of dates. The two workmen arrived at the house on the agreed time and date and began to fit the insulation and plastic ceiling. The work was carried out and completed mid-morning. They were also tidy and made sure that nothing was damaged as they worked. The lighting too was dealt with as part of the contract.
