We have a large three by eight conservatory that we were looking to have re-roofed with a conventional roof. Following a number of wildly outrageous quotes and questionable supplier terms and conditions, we decided not to bother. A little time and a little research later we contacted Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd. The lady who answered the phone could not have been any nicer or more helpful if she tried. Beverly was a pleasure to deal with. Following a call from Julian, the materials turned up a few days before the fitters, who also very friendly, courteous, professional and efficient (and drank lots of tea). From start to finish it took three weeks. We had our conservatory roofed and insulated and at a very good price. It makes a world of difference.

From our initial enquiry to completion of the installation took only 6 weeks. Providing our photos of the conservatory roof plus our own measurements is a great idea, saving on time and expensive visits from sales advisors. Our alternative quote from a leading competitor was a massive sixty five percent greater than CRI's price. Their fitters (Chris and Stewart) arrived on schedule and did a great job of fitting the insulation panels in a day and cleaning up after themselves. The conservatory looks much nicer now, almost like a proper room, and certainly retains a substantial amount of the heat generated by our radiator. We hardly notice when it's raining now! Such a superb investment. Beverly (in the office) did a great job of keeping us informed of events throughout the smooth and speedy process. I could not recommend CRI more highly. Five stars all round.

From start to finish our conservatory roof insulation was first class. From my contact with Beverly , I gave her the measurements and sent photos. I then received my very competitive quote. We agreed a convenient time for us for the work to be done. Cris and Stewart arrived at the time we told and completed the job in one day. First class.

The company are professional, caring and helpful in both the planning and installation processes. Beverley provided all the details of when and what would be done, and liaised with me throughout from delivery of materials two days prior to the installation team arriving to complete the conversion. The team, Stewart and Chris worked tirelessly and completed the installation processes on time. A wonderful transformation from a conservatory to a smart looking comfortable and quiet garden room. I highly recommend the Company to anyone considering having roof insulation installed.

The internal insulation & upvc roof is a fantastic addition to my property. The conservatory is considerably warmer ( & will be cooler in summer , I am sure), quieter when it rains, & more contemporary looking. It was fitted with care and attention. I could not speak more highly of the work. I wish I’d known about this option years ago.

The initial enquiry was handled efficiently and pleasantly by Beverley. Information was given but there was no hard sell. A quote was given by using measurements and photos. This proved to be very reasonable. After this was accepted we were informed at all times what the process would be. The work was completed in the given time scale. The workmen were excellent and worked very hard throughout the time they were here and tidied up before they left. We are delighted with the end result. It looks great and has been much admired. The room is much warmer and we have already used it much more. We are so pleased that we took the decision to have it done and delighted that we chose this company.

After contacting a few companies this one stood out to me as after talking to Bev she was so knowledgeable about her product and fitting and mentioned things other companies had failed to mention like ventilation for one example. The quote given after giving my measurements and a couple of photos to Bev was also more competitive than other companies ( half the price in most cases! ) and by far a more superior product. Fitting took one day , the guys were fantastic moving my furniture out for me, they were clean and tidy and everything was done professionally ,just kept them hydrated with cups of tea and they worked like trojans! Finished roof is fabulous, looks great and makes a huge difference to keeping it warm but most importantly i cant hear the rain beating down now drowning out the sound of the TV ( which was one of my main concerns),looking forward to seeing how it keeps the room cool in the summer too ,i may not have to use my aircon so much! So would i recommend this company to friends and family, absolutely i would ,I'm a very happy customer and also comes with a 10 year guarantee so whats not to like.

I found these people online and saw that they had were a Which recommended Trader so called them. They were so helpful and gave me all the information I wanted. I contacted a couple of other companies for comparison but CRI Ltd stood out. The work took less than a day and the result is wonderful. The people were a delight to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely superb service. From initial enquiry to completed job, I was kept right up to date and well informed. Chris, the installer, contacted me before his arrival and was very polite and likeable. It was so nice to meet a tradesman that has such pride in his work. Excellent product and superb finish. Chris left our conservatory very clean and tidy. Thanks go to all concerned.

Some items/ product delivered the day before. The two men arrived on time the next day and worked almost non stop. When they finished, they cleaned everything away. I am delighted with the end result. I highly recommend this company. Not forgetting that it comes with a 10 year guarantee.

Beverly was so helpful when I contacted for a quote made everything easy to understand - the quote was extremely reasonable and the date available was only a couple of weeks from the date of contact. The installers were lovely v personable and helpful - the job was done in half a day they arrived when they said they would did a good job and left no mess or anything yo tidy up. We can now hardly hear the rain and have been able to sit in there whilst the sun is shining - not tried over winter yet. Cannot recommend enough thank you

From our first contact the service was professional and efficient, the price quoted was excellent not what we expected lots of other firms quoted much more, the fitters arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently, very polite workmen and attention to detail was very important to them, they kept everything clean and tidy & removed all rubbish, this product has given us what we wanted and more we are so happy with the outcome, we will definitely recommend this company. We have a large conservatory 5m x 5m approx, the installation of the insulated roof was professionally planed and professionally installed. By having the bulky materials delivered to site the day before Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd. made sure that when the installation team, 2 pleasant and tidy boys arrived they were able to start work within minutes which was 0800 and were gone by 1400. We were asked to clear the room but there was some heavy furniture that we couldn't lift which they were happy to do for us and on completion put the heavy bits back. Except for the new insulated ceiling there was nothing else to show they were here.

Excellent job by Nathan and Sam, very friendly and efficient , cleaned up when finished. Very pleased with the result and already feeling the benefit.

Communication with the company by phone and email was trouble-free. Efficient, skilled workmen completed the installation of an insulated suspended ceiling, finished in plaster, within a day. Would gladly recommend.
