The effects of the newly completed roof insulation are as we thought. Daniel and Lee did a prompt professional installation and we were very impressed with them. The improvement to the living space is immediate. We are able to use the room much more effectively. The reduction in the noise when it's been raining is a bonus. We rang the company to arrange a quote to insulate our conservatory roof. Julian Latham the company director visited our home and explained how the product worked and we were very impressed with his professional knowledge and friendly manner. The quote was acceptable and the job was arranged. We were kept informed regularly about deliveries and timings. The two fitters arrived on time to do the job and were extremely efficient and friendly. When the job was completed they cleaned up and left the room spotlessly clean. Julian rang to ensure we were satisfied which indeed we were! I would certainly recommend this company.

I chose Conservatory Roof Insulation after obtaining quotes from several firms offering the same or similar service. Apart from the fact that their quote was very reasonable, it was their whole approach and attitude which inspired confidence in me. On the phone they were friendly, helpful and practical and at no time did they try to exert any pressure on me to sign up with them, unlike several of their competitors. Once I had engaged them, the job proceeded exactly as they had promised, the fitters were excellent and I am delighted with the end result, which has transformed the appearance and feel of the room.

Great service and communication to let us know when the materials were due to be delivered. Rang to confirm installation date and time and the installers arrived as agreed. They were very polite and hardworking young men and ensured that all current COVID guidelines were adhered to. They completed the work in about four hours. The results are fantastic and we are now able to use our conservatory in cold weather. The added bonus is that rain noise on the roof has almost gone completely. Arrived on time. Materials delivered prior to engineers arrival. Worked hard all morning and gave a great product. Cleaned up after themselves. Roof looks great and the conservatory is so much warmer.

We contacted Conservatory Roof Insulations Ltd. who were very straightforward about their product - no flash brochures, no reps etc. We were visited by reps of three other companies, none if which impressed us. Conservatory Roof Insulations Ltd. sent us a quote which we accepted. August 23rd 2021 was the date we settled on for the work, with the materials being delivered a week earlier. On the day two lads turned up and quickly set about the work. Both were extremely polite, explaining what they were doing etc. They were extremely efficient and worked non-stop apart from a short lunch break. We had requested that they took down the large fan and light fitting and then refit it, which they did, and to leave an electrically operated roof hatch uncovered, which they did, making an extremely neat job of going round it. The two lads cleaned up meticulously after themselves, inside and on the patio where they cut the material. The finished job was excellent and completed on the day. Throughout it all Beverly and Julian were extremely helpful and available to answer any questions. No extra costs - they quoted, their workers came and did the job - we paid. Excellent.

I used this company to have the white panel type insulation in my conservatory. I absolutely love the finished result. The workmen were polite and left no mess at all. UPVC roof insulation to a very large L shaped conservatory. The work was carried out on agreed dates and budget. We chose this company after reading many reviews and the company being a Which? trusted trader. The staff were very meticulous in the work they did, they were polite and kind to my 92 year old mum. We did have a small problem after completion where the door rubbed on the roof but this was resolved very quickly in less than a week. I am very particular and a bit of a perfectionist and could not fault the workmanship, Overall would highly recommend.

From the very start, dealing with Beverly in the office to the actual insulation work in my kitchen done by Chris and Stuart, it was an absolute breeze and pleasure. Amazing customer service, price, reliability and workmanship. Work was scheduled and done really quick, about five hours (my conservatory is small) but to high standard, the various stages explained and no sales pressure. Thank you.

I found CRI via Trusted Traders and the reviews pretty much sold me on this company before I ever made contact. I completed the contact form on the CRI website and in less than an hour Beverly rang. She was helpful and friendly and filled me with confidence that I was dealing with a genuine family business. She told me the photos I needed to send and said that she would get back with a price the same afternoon which she did. The quote was less than expected and so I accepted on the spot. A provisional date was agreed for mid May. Sam and Jamie arrived early on 16th May and I could tell from Sam's face that we had a tricky shaped roof to insulate. I'd guessed this myself so wasn't surprised. But the guys got to work and said that they'd work it out as they went. They were a great team and went about the work quietly and efficiently clearing every scrap of waste as they went. To complete the job to Sam's satisfaction they decided to stay locally for a second night to enable them to get some different trim. They returned early on the 17th with the trim and had completed the work by 1000 before setting off for their next job in South Wales. We are already noticing the benefits as our conservatory is now a steady 26 degrees on a sunny day whereas it was previously high 30's or low 40's. We're looking forward to seeing the effect in winter. All in all a fantastic job by people who really care about their customers. Thank you Julian, Beverly, Sam and Jamie.

I could not recommend this company highly enough. From the first enquiry phone call I made I was so impressed with just how professional, helpful and friendly the service was that I received. There was absolutely no pushy sales talk at all. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was explained about how and when and who would be carrying out the work. The day the insulation was fitted was so impressive; the two men who carried out the work were so good. They barely stopped for a break until the job was completed and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, although I was surprised at how little mess there was. The actual finished product is amazing; my conservatory looks so much better, and finally we can use it as a "room" in the winter as it's so much warmer. I wish we'd done this sooner, just very happy that we have done it.

There was no hard selling at all, so I had to time research other companies and make up my own mind, in my own time. Once I had made my decision everything was completed quickly and efficiently. Chris installed the roof insulation and made the job look so easy - obviously very skilled and experienced and was a pleasure to have doing the work. The roof insulation is exactly what I wanted and the finished product looks fabulous. I now have my conservatory as another room, which can be used all year round. Couldn't be happier with the whole process and final results. The people are a pleasure to deal with, from the office contacts and Directors ... to the amazing fitters. Too early to talk about the full impact, but I can already feel the difference from the external temperature - so my expectations are certainly high. Highly recommended.

Firstly the communication with this company is extremely good. They got back to you immediately answered any questions and explained the whole process so that you knew exactly what to expect and at a very reasonable price. We agreed on a date and the men turned up exactly on time. I was so impressed with them, they were friendly (provided they were kept going with tea they were happy!!) They got stuck in and finished before the estimated time, and it was a very hot day. They left the place spotless. I am so pleased with the roof it looks good and the conservatory is now useable. For years it was so hot in the summer that you could hardly bear to walk through it let alone sit in it. It has given us an extra room Yeah!! Cannot recommend this company enough.

We have not long moved into a new build and then had a conservatory built. Not having had one before we opted for a glass roof. We soon realised that we found it much too hot in summer and too cold in winter. We were advised by a friend who had this system fitted as to how good it was and decided to have it fitted. We previously had roof blinds which were never really that efficient at reducing heat in the summer, it was still too hot, and after a few years the blinds needed cleaning - not cheap - the blinds installation nor being cleaned. When we contacted them, Beverley - a company director - answered the phone, what a lovely lady she is, friendly, down to earth, professional and appearing as honest as the day is long. She gave us a total overview of the product, answered all our questions and reassured our concerns - she came across as a very honest person who cared about customer satisfaction. We needed to look no further! They have no commission driven visiting salespersons and no "hard sell", just complete confidence in their product and installation, and a will to do a good job. The installation team were Chris and Stuart, they arrived on time and introduced themselves, a couple of great lads, again very friendly, in keeping with the company tradition. They were amazingly hard working, they never stopped, working brilliantly as a team so that they never had to wait for one another to complete a task, the job just flowed smoothly from start to finish.

Everything went so smoothly from the initial visit where we were given a clear explanation of the options available and exactly how it would work. Measurements were taken and an exact price given at that point. They were not pushy and we didn’t feel pressured at all to decide if we wanted to go ahead. We contacted them a few days later to say we wanted to have the job done and a date was arranged. ‘Chris and Stuart’ turned up on the morning we had agreed and did a fabulous job! They were very professional and worked nonstop to transform the conservatory. When they had finished you couldn’t even tell anyone had been in, it was spotless. We were over the moon with everything from start to finish. The service, definitely the price, but most of all we now have a ‘new room’ we can use any season. Communication was good. So I knew what and who was arriving when. And they did! The guys arrived on time and got straight to work. They explained what they were going to do and why, at each stage. And other than supplying plenty of mugs of tea to them - it was dusty work! - , they were at work pretty well non stop. They got the job done completed within the day and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with the job done, and are already taking full advantage of the improvement that it's made (i.e. warmer - it was before this recent hot spell began, and less glare so I can use my laptop in there whenever I want).
