Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd. Install an insulation system to the inside of your existing conservatory ceiling, without the need to change the roof. We were the original company back in 2009 to offer this product in the UK, previously working with the inventor of the concept. Because of this, our product has been carefully created and approved with the help and guidance of the original inventor. The fully insulated roof design achieves U-values as low as approx. 0.17 - roughly 10 times more efficient than an A-rated Window, reducing your energy bills. In fact we're so confident of our product quality that we give all our customers a 10 year guarantee as standard.
We also make sure to charge only truly affordable prices- so much so that our product costs almost half the price of ceiling blinds, and more than 60% of our customers paid less than £1800! (Price varies depending on size and roof type)
We don't employ Salesman, so no heavy pressure and no salesman's commission.

Customer Service: CRI given 3 opportunities to fix their mistakes, but they were unable to do so. We arranged to have an independent builder estimate the cost of the necessary repairs and to have him carry out the job. CRI agreed to pay the estimate of £1800. As tiles were removed further problems were uncovered resulting in the total cost increasing to £5000. Despite being presented with evidence of the scale of work which was necessary due to the incompetence of CRI we received only the initially agreed £1800. Legally correct. Quality: Faults on job- • Lack of eaves tiles • Incorrect tile overlap • Insufficient leading • Pitch of roof • Felt in guttering • Guttering running the wrong way • Over fill of skip • Garden left in dangerous state • Tapco (tile manufacturers) also raised concerns about the work carried out by CRI stating, “this is unacceptable and invalidates the warranty [of Tapco tiles]” and regarding the lack of eaves tiles “obviously the roofer did not know what he was doing”. Value: •Initially quoted £2000 to insulate our roof. Re-quoted £10,000 once work had begun. •Arranged discounted price (£8000 due to hassle caused) to tile and insulate the whole conservatory roof. CRI offered us a payment plan. •Total cost £13,000 (£8k initial work, £5k remedial work) offered compensation of £1800 to fix errors •This job has now cost us a total of £11,200. It was initially quoted as £2000. Don’t make our mistake.

Two very nice and helpful lads fitted our conservatory roof insulation in one day. The product itself seems to working just fine (i.e. much warmer conservatory area). Hope it works the other way (i.e. cooler) in the summer months. A problem occurred (unrelated to the actual product itself) which the company dealt with swiftly and decisively. Would recommend using this company.

We had our conservatory insulated in April and are very pleased with the results. When doing the site survey they discovered a small leak in it's roof and this was fixed during the installation which we are very great-full for. The fitters were very good and worked extremely hard.

I used this firm to provide an insulated upvc lining for my conservatory roof. The owner of the firm Julian carried out the survey in a friendly and professional manner fully explaining how the job would be carried out and the materials to be used. The fitters were equally professional and carried out the work quickly and cleanly. My wife and I are very satisfied with the job and are now able to use our conservatory more now it is better insulated.

Excellent communications from Beverly from the initial enquiry through to the completion of the work. The conservatory roof insulation was carried out speedily and efficiently but he left a lot of dust and debris in the garden. I felt it was done in a rush and after he left I found a couple things which I was concerned about. I discussed these with Beverley and she arranged for them to be corrected by a different workman. I am now happy with the result. Overall I would recommend this company.

I had originally agreed with another local company to the work, but were let down time and again ( excuses as to why start date had to be postponed - rain, team member had cut his hand and, lastly, another had tested positive for Covid ). Another trader came and had a look and then promised estimate was not forthcoming. Conservatory Insulation did not even have to come out; we just had to take and send them photos and we received an estimate in days. The start date was within days and the team finished the job in a morning after the materials were delivered the night before.

Having considered having this done over the last 12 months and done some research Conservatory Roofing Insulation were my preferred choice. And from the initial contact with Beverley & Julian through to the two lads coming to do the work everything went smoothly. Beverley explained the process the cost and who was doing the work, what time to expect them and what to expect when the work started. The lads (Dan) and his colleague we here on time (early in fact) explained how they were going to proceed and cracked on with the job with a brew or 2 along the way. They cleaned up any mess they made and did a great job. We choose the UPVC option and it certainly looks the part, like most people you need all the seasons to have come and gone to fully see the benefits , early indications are looking promising and expect to leave another review once the summer and certainly winter have come and gone.

I chose this company via the internet because of their Which Trusted Traders status. The workmen were professional throughout the installation, however the office requested in video of a leak from one of the Velux windows rather than take my word for it. This involved risking damage to the new internal decoration. The leak was resolved satisfactorily.

We had our conservatory insulated around 2 months ago and are very pleased with the results. It is so much more usable now, cool in the day and warm in the evenings. The customer service we received was excellent, communication was very good and we were kept up to date so we know exactly what was happening and when. The organisation of the work was efficient and we were kept in touch with dates etc. The three young men who carried out the work, worked very efficiently as a team, were extremely conscientious, polite and unobtrusive. They did a very good job of replacing the conservatory roof and left everything neat and tidy afterwards. They finished in two days we expected three.

uPVC-faced conservatory roof insulation was completed this week. The service from beginning to end was excellent, and I particularly liked the ease and speed of getting a quote (which was competitive). The installers turned up on time, were polite and friendly, and great workers, clearly very skilled at their job. They refitted my roof light fixtures during the installation. When finished, they cleared up inside and out. The conservatory looks so much better now, more modern and brighter (I had thought it would be a bit darker when the opaque roof panels were covered over, but it actually seems brighter). We are very happy with the work and organisation, and looking forward to the benefits of the installation, both in summer and winter.
