The initial enquiry was handled efficiently and pleasantly by Beverley. Information was given but there was no hard sell. A quote was given by using measurements and photos. This proved to be very reasonable. After this was accepted we were informed at all times what the process would be. The work was completed in the given time scale. The workmen were excellent and worked very hard throughout the time they were here and tidied up before they left. We are delighted with the end result. It looks great and has been much admired. The room is much warmer and we have already used it much more. We are so pleased that we took the decision to have it done and delighted that we chose this company.

After contacting a few companies this one stood out to me as after talking to Bev she was so knowledgeable about her product and fitting and mentioned things other companies had failed to mention like ventilation for one example. The quote given after giving my measurements and a couple of photos to Bev was also more competitive than other companies ( half the price in most cases! ) and by far a more superior product. Fitting took one day , the guys were fantastic moving my furniture out for me, they were clean and tidy and everything was done professionally ,just kept them hydrated with cups of tea and they worked like trojans! Finished roof is fabulous, looks great and makes a huge difference to keeping it warm but most importantly i cant hear the rain beating down now drowning out the sound of the TV ( which was one of my main concerns),looking forward to seeing how it keeps the room cool in the summer too ,i may not have to use my aircon so much! So would i recommend this company to friends and family, absolutely i would ,I'm a very happy customer and also comes with a 10 year guarantee so whats not to like.

I could not recommend this company highly enough. From the first enquiry phone call I made I was so impressed with just how professional, helpful and friendly the service was that I received. There was absolutely no pushy sales talk at all. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was explained about how and when and who would be carrying out the work. The day the insulation was fitted was so impressive; the two men who carried out the work were so good. They barely stopped for a break until the job was completed and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, although I was surprised at how little mess there was. The actual finished product is amazing; my conservatory looks so much better, and finally we can use it as a "room" in the winter as it's so much warmer. I wish we'd done this sooner, just very happy that we have done it.

I am really pleased to have chosen this company to insulate my roof. Since I had the work done in July 2023, we have been enjoying sitting in the room without the direct glare from the sun. Even though we haven't gone through the full winter, the room is not as cold as it used to be! From sales to fittings, communication has been great. The internal insulation & upvc roof is a fantastic addition to my property. I contacted a couple of other companies for comparison but CRI Ltd stood out. The work took less than a day and the result is wonderful. The people were a delight to deal with. I contacted Conservatory Roofs after a Google search. I filled in the contact form and Beverly rang me. She was a font of knowledge and gave me lots of information to consider. She was happy to answer my many questions (some of them brought about by less professional companies giving me some dodgy information.) She then asked me to send her some pictures of our conservatory and the measurements. She got back to me a couple of hours later with a price. We were happy with the figures and she made an appointment for the work to be done the following week. The guys who came to do the job arrived on time and my husband said he couldn't fault them. Conservatory Roof Insulation was a pleasure to deal with. there were no high pressure sales techniques or visiting salesmen, just a simple phone call explaining the company and the product. I measured the conservatory and sent photos to get a quote. Once I had accepted they set a date for installation. We've a few hot days and the conservatory is much cooler and more comfortable and so is the adjoining room. In the past that room felt as though the heating was on in the summer. I contacted this company because of the reviews, the fact that they are Which recommended and the 10 year guarantee. The quote was done simply by sending the dimensions of the conservatory and some photos. I got 4 quotes in total and this company were the cheapest. Beverly was very reassuring and answered my questions and queries quickly. Two people installed the insulation and cladding. There were a couple of issues which were of no fault of anyone’s and these were dealt with quickly and professionally. Aftercare was excellent. I have recommended this company many times and the recent feedback I have had after passing their contact details on indicate that they are still the most reasonable and reliable company around. One example this week, a person fed back to me that they were quoted £5600 by one company, this company quoted £1700, so still great value and not increasing prices to take advantage of their great reputation. Our roof almost 3 years on, the looks as good as new. I will not hesitate to keep recommending.

The two guys turned up on time introduced themselves, looked at the conservatory roof and started getting their tools ready. Dave told me what they were going to do and they started work. They kept the area clean and tidy at all times. The job was finished in about 5 hours, they cleaned up all of the rubbish and took it away with them. My wife and I are very pleased with the work carried out by the team and company. We can now sit in our south facing conservatory without it being unbearable.

I found CRI via Trusted Traders and the reviews pretty much sold me on this company before I ever made contact. I completed the contact form on the CRI website and in less than an hour Beverly rang. She was helpful and friendly and filled me with confidence that I was dealing with a genuine family business. She told me the photos I needed to send and said that she would get back with a price the same afternoon which she did. The quote was less than expected and so I accepted on the spot. A provisional date was agreed for mid May. Sam and Jamie arrived early on 16th May and I could tell from Sam's face that we had a tricky shaped roof to insulate. I'd guessed this myself so wasn't surprised. But the guys got to work and said that they'd work it out as they went. They were a great team and went about the work quietly and efficiently clearing every scrap of waste as they went. To complete the job to Sam's satisfaction they decided to stay locally for a second night to enable them to get some different trim. They returned early on the 17th with the trim and had completed the work by 1000 before setting off for their next job in South Wales. We are already noticing the benefits as our conservatory is now a steady 26 degrees on a sunny day whereas it was previously high 30's or low 40's. Spoke to Beverly last month and arranged a date nice and quickly after getting a very quick response and great quote. Chris arrived early today and even though he was on his own due to unforeseen circumstances he blasted through the job! Work done to an excellent standard and 4 lights also fitted and every piece of rubbish and scrap removed leaving the place clean and tidy!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants this style of roof insulation fitted.

What can I say that hasn't already been covered in previous reviews?! From first contact with Beverly through to Sam and his colleague who carried out the work I've been impressed. Simply provide Beverly with the size and some photos of your conservatory to enable the quote. From giving the go ahead to the work being carried out was only a few weeks. Sam and his colleague arrived early, worked diligently, took time to explain what was occurring during the work and ensured they cleaned up as they went along. My new PVC interior roof looks superb and I'm enjoying finally being able to utilise the space. An email querying some unexpected condensation the morning following the fit resulted in an immediate call from Beverly to explain this was both to be expected and temporary whilst the wood battens dried out - excellent service which set my mind at rest. Great job from start to finish, ie speaking to Beverly who arranged everything, to the actual job completed by Chris and his Partner who did an excellent job in less than 6 hours. Wish I'd had it done sooner as it has made such a difference to the house and how we use it. Also great that now we don't have to turn the volume up on the TV every time it rains! From ringing Bev the whole job went as smooth as could possibly go, No pushy sales person came, Bev took me through the process and answered any questions. She gave me a quote which was very reasonable, and she gave me time to think it over. We did not at any time feel rushed into a discision. Once we had agreed the job the materials arrived on schedule as did the Guys to do the installation they were professional, courteous and installed our insulation in few hours, we kept them supplied with cups of tea as they worked. From our initial enquiry to completion of the installation took only 6 weeks. Providing our photos of the conservatory roof plus our own measurements is a great idea, saving on time and expensive visits from sales advisors. Our alternative quote from a leading competitor was a massive sixty five percent greater than CRI's price. Their fitters (Chris and Stewart) arrived on schedule and did a great job of fitting the insulation panels in a day and cleaning up after themselves. The conservatory looks much nicer now, almost like a proper room, and certainly retains a substantial amount of the heat generated by our radiator. We hardly notice when it's raining now! We had this work done one year ago and have waited one year to ensure a fair review across all the seasons. This was hands down the single best home improvement we have had done since buying our house 18 months ago. The insulation works - much warmer in winter, much cooler in summer, and much much quieter during the rain which happens a lot in Manchester. Our conservatory has become a year-round room. We are thrilled with it. We got four different companies to quote for this work before proceeding and Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd were the only ones that didn't rely on pushy salesmen or irritating gimmicky sales tactics... They were also the cheapest, by a reasonable margin (we were so put off by competitors practices that we would not have proceeded with anyone else regardless of price). We have had excellent aftersales too. We are happy with the build quality - but for full disclosure, one button cover was missed on the installation day (a whole pack of replacement was posted to us next day) and in the summer one of the pvc trims expanded in the heat and Beverly dispatched a workman who came out within days to resolve... On the day of install, the workmen ploughed on in freezing cold to get the job done in one day - our conservatory is a massive ~30 square meters and they worked extremely hard, and left everything clean. The roof was insulated in October so I have waited for some adverse weather to test the installation. As most of the reviews our conservatory was out of bounds during the winter. Currently it is -1 degree C outside and inside it is 21 degree C. Radiators are on, but last winter they were on but had no effect. The work was completed in a day and was left clean and tidy. She totally understood the issues I had with my old conservatory and guided me through the end to end process. uPVC-faced conservatory roof insulation was completed this week. The service from beginning to end was excellent, and I particularly liked the ease and speed of getting a quote (which was competitive). The installers turned up on time, were polite and friendly, and great workers, clearly very skilled at their job. They refitted my roof light fixtures during the installation. When finished, they cleared up inside and out. The conservatory looks so much better now, more modern and brighter (I had thought it would be a bit darker when the opaque roof panels were covered over, but it actually seems brighter). The insulation of the conservatory was scheduled for two days. The fitter worked on his own and completed within the one day. Very efficient and professional job. UPVC roof insulation to a very large L shaped conservatory. The work was carried out on agreed dates and budget. We chose this company after reading many reviews and the company being a Which? trusted trader. The staff were very meticulous in the work they did, they were polite and kind to my 92 year old mum. We did have a small problem after completion where the door rubbed on the roof but this was resolved very quickly in less than a week. I am very particular and a bit of a perfectionist and could not fault the workmanship, Overall would highly recommend.

We are absolutely delighted with the transformation of our conservatory by Dave and Jeff who were extremely pleasant and very hard working. It now looks like an additional room and during this hot spell is so much cooler. When completed the area was left in a pristine condition with all rubbish removed. We decided to use Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd, and we are glad we did. Concerns about the loss of light are unfounded as it really is negligible what you lose, we have a through lounge into the conservatory with no doors or closure between the conservatory and the lounge and we hardly notice the loss of the little bit of light. The noise reduction: At times we would leave the lounge and go to the bedroom to watch TV as the sound of the rain bouncing off the polycarbonate roof at the time was deafening, believe me up here in Cumbria we get lots of rain! We can stay in the lounge and watch TV without turning up the volume while the rain pours down, the difference is fantastic to what we had before, the noise reduction really is that good. Temperature reduction: Our conservatory is south facing so it got the sun most of the day, temperatures in excess of 33 degrees plus where not uncommon during summer, now its much more comfortable even on a hot sunny day, more around 23 to 25 degrees. 6 weeks since we had the work done, and during that time we have had no black mould to clean off the double-glazing seals or the white UPVC, this was common before the roof insulation, no matter how often you cleaned it. We have had sun, rain, wind, and cold nights, the roof insulation has transformed our conservatory into a different room, one that can be used more in every weather, is warmer and quieter and its reduced our energy use.

After considering an insulated roof last summer, and then getting quotes for a whole new roof that came back at 4 times the price, we decided to take the plunge. It was carried out efficiently, to the agreed schedule and to budget. From the start, I had a very good impression of this company. They were very friendly and keen to explain their product. The quote was excellent and they progressed with the work very quickly. I am very pleased with what they did and it has really transformed my conservatory. I have a polycarbonate roof, which is very noisy when it rains and it also felt very cold in the winter. We contacted Conservatory Roof Insulations Ltd. who were very straightforward about their product - no flash brochures, no reps etc. We were visited by reps of three other companies, none if which impressed us. Conservatory Roof Insulations Ltd. sent us a quote which we accepted. August 23rd 2021 was the date we settled on for the work, with the materials being delivered a week earlier. On the day two lads turned up and quickly set about the work. Both were extremely polite, explaining what they were doing etc. They were extremely efficient and worked non-stop apart from a short lunch break. We had requested that they took down the large fan and light fitting and then refit it, which they did, and to leave an electrically operated roof hatch uncovered, which they did, making an extremely neat job of going round it. The two lads cleaned up meticulously after themselves, inside and on the patio where they cut the material. The finished job was excellent and completed on the day. Throughout it all Beverly and Julian were extremely helpful and available to answer any questions. No extra costs - they quoted, their workers came and did the job - we paid. Excellent.

The boys arrived early they were happy, friendly and it was obvious they were used to working together each doing exactly what their part required. They did an excellent job insulating my conservatory roof and it looks fantastic. I initially talked to Beverly who could not have been more helpful and courteous, no pushy sales talk only good explanations of the process, what was to be installed and the quote - Even before I accept the quote they provided a few tips and helpful advice on some maintenance issued I had. I obtained quotes from a number of other companies and Conservatory Roof Insulation were competitive on price but it was the way the business was conducted that swung it for me, very good customer focus, easy to talk to and no jargon or pushy sales - easy to arrange to install with only a deposit required. On the day of the install the two workman were excellent, arrived exactly on time, very polite and easy to talk whilst keeping to Covid restrictions/safety precautions. Their level of workmanship and speed of install was really impressive and the job was finished by the time they stated it would be, tidying up after themselves and even moving a large item of furniture back in place for me. Helpful installers, neat job. Work done on schedule and in accordance with the estimate. We have noticed a a modest improvement in conservatory temperature (not so cold when frosty outside, not so hot on a warm day), and a big improvement in glare. It is what you would expect for putting up a 50mm thickness of insulation. We will never get our money back in reduced energy consumption, but everybody should be doing their bit to save a bit of energy.

No salesmen, no ‘special offers’, just a straightforward, clear quote, good communications, and impressive workmanship by Ben and Neal throughout. We were very pleased by the results and, after two very cold April days and nights, the insulation effect was very noticeable. We did wonder about loss of light but, if there is any, we have not noticed. Well recommended to all.

The workmen arrived late but this was entirely excusable because of personal circumstances of one of them. They made up for lost time by working amazingly fast and efficiently. They showed me what they were doing at each stage and also made some minor repairs to the join of the conservatory with the house. Just needed to vent the 'new room' for a couple of days to purge it of the smell of the silicone glue. Many other reviewers have mentioned all the benefits the roof brings and I agree with them all. The only downside is that it takes a while to get used to the lower light levels and the lower ceiling itself. On the other hand it is much more comfortable and easy to read in the conservatory than it used to be - at any time of the day. Very satisfied with the overall result. Note: Under the decorative round caps are long screws which fix the plastic trims to the wooden battens beneath. At the risk of voiding the guarantee, I replaced a few of these screws with equally-long screwed cup-hooks which provide very secure mounts for hanging decorations like wind-chimes which tinkle in the breeze when the windows are open!

When deciding to have our conservatory roof insulated we obviously researched and looked at several companies on the internet. Conservatory Roof Insulation, to us, seemed to be the best one. Having to work from home due to Covid I am using our conservatory. It’s a pleasure to write this review about my new conservatory roof. It was only completed less than a week ago & I love 💕 it. Rob & Holly (Warwickshire): Conservatory Roof Insulation were great from the start, they explained the process, gave advice, and quoted after receiving a few photos. On the day the installation team were quick, efficient and tidy and the end result looks great (we went with the white plastic cladding ceiling which looks way better than the old plastic roof), plus we could feel the temperature difference straight away (much warmer in there in December!) Responded to an advert we saw on TV, read their reviews and got a quote, which was very non pushy. We decided to go with the quote and given an installation date. The 2 guys that came to fit it were excellent and never stopped whilst they were fitting. On completion left it tidier than on arrival. Within 24 hours we noticed the difference from a temperature point of view. Very, very satisfied with the whole process and have no worry in recommending them.

The work was done efficiently and all debris cleared up and the conservatory was left in a clean and tidy condition. The result was a comfortable space for me to use now in the winter and even in January sit in comfort. The effect of the white ceiling is to add to the look of the place and I am mot enthusiastic about the process and the result which I anticipate will be great in the summer months as well. I have no hesitation to recommend the company to others hoping to make their conservatory more useful and adaptable.

We recently had our conservatory roof insulated by conservatory roof insulation and we can not recommend them highly enough. From the very first call right through to installation the whole team have been excellent. On installation day, both Chris & Nigel observed social distancing and were extremely professional. They were clean and tidy all the way through the day and left the room immaculate. As our conservatory is used every day, we immediately can tell a difference and we are so pleased we decided to have it done and especially having conservatory roof insulation do the work for us. Unfortunately we didn't have Yorkshire tea for chris & nigel, but they made do :)

I would defo recommend getting your conservatory roof insulated by this company from start to finish with no pushy sales people and the 2 men just got on with it ( I just supplied the cups of tea) we have underfloor heating and before the heat just went out the roof and now OMG I can leave the doors open into the living room and no draft (Nov/Dec now) I love the look I got the white plastic the only slight downside if I had to have one is it’s made my room slightly darker but I did expect this and all it means is I put the light on a bit earlier in the day than normal. We had the inside of our conservatory roof insulated in November and we are delighted with the results since. The reduction in noise from rain on the roof now is excellent, from being very noisy to hardly anything. Also the room is a lot warmer now as we used to lose a lot of heat through the ceiling before the insulation was installed. Julian and Beverley are very professional from start to finish, we agreed a price and date and paid the deposit. The job takes about 4 hours depending on your conservatory and the 2 fitters who came were excellent and a credit to the company, on completion they left everything clean and tidy. We are very pleased we had the work done and would definitely recommend this company, also would recommend having this done. We had thought about it for a while and glad we decided to go ahead as the results have transformed the room.

Personal contact with Knowledgeable and helpful people at head office assisted in the decision to purchase from Conservatory Roof Installation. I had opening roof vents on my existing polycarbonate roof which were a problem to seal in the extreme weather we have on the East Coast of England. I was advised to remove them prior to the new insulation being installed, which I did. The installation took place on schedule, and was completed in under a day. The working team of two were polite, worked fast and professionally to make a very nice and comfortable living room. They assisted me moving a heavy marble table and left us with a clean new roof lining and room ready for the replacement of our furniture. We are eagerly looking forward to the forecast frosts next Friday to test the insulation effectiveness.

We had been thinking about insulating the conservatory roof for a couple of years, but had been unsure about the whole process and whether it was worth the outlay. A call to Julian after having read reviews about the company reassured us about the whole process and he was able to generate a quote from a verbal description, some basic measurements and three photographs. We decided to go ahead and made an appointment for the work to be done. After a few days we had a call from them to offer an earlier date which we were able to accept. A delivery of pvc arrived the day before the installation, again as promised. On the day the fitters arrived bang on time and started immediately after outlining the fitting process and kept us updated throughout. The floor was covered with protective sheeting and mess was kept to a minimum. The job took much less time than expected, and the quality of the finish was excellent. There was no mess left behind, all debris was removed and the conservatory was left clean and tidy with a smart "new" roof! Since then we have noticed the difference in temperature and noise and will now be able to use it throughout the winter in comfort, we should have done it years ago. For such faultless service we can highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Julian and his team were magnificent from start to finish. The team arrived promptly on the morning of the work. They protected the floor and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. The installation team have great attention to detail and we are very impressed with the plaster finish. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were happy before they left. I contacted this company to install insulation to my conservatory roof from the first uncle ahead with Beverley Arthur them an extremely helpful company very professional later I had discussions with Julian Latham who I found to be very professional and helpful, an installation date was arranged on a very hot summers day Daniel and Lee arrived promptly at 8 am unfortunately Daniel found the glass and plastic are the roof and expanded and he riding about breaking the glass when drilling the plastic glazing bars, so decided to halt the installation. I rearranged it for September Daniel checked the glazing bars for me and went ahead the installation was carried out successfully no further problem. I cannot recommend this company highly enough they very very helpful and the installation men were extremely courteous and very kind I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

Dan and Lee arrived early and worked very well. They were very friendly and tidy. Their mums would be pleased! They did a beautiful job and have transformed our Conservatory. They even cut the holes for the wires to go through for down lights to be fitted. They couldn't have been more helpful. As it is summer, I can't say how well the insulation works in winter but the conservatory does feel warmer in the evening. If I can use this room in the winter, it will be one of my best renovations as joining conservatory with new kitchen. Beverly in the office was also very friendly and helpful. We had been considering having some sort of insulation on our conservatory roof for some time as being south facing the temperature was always too hot in the summer or too cold during winter. On first contacting this company Julian explained the process, and a quote was received within a couple of days. Once we had signed the contract and paid the deposit Beverly was in touch to arrange a date for installation, which was only just over 2 weeks ahead. A very good price was given and I agreed immediately to proceed with the roof insulation with the pvc cladding finish. A date was set but an opportunity arose to have the work done earlier on a Saturday. On the day Sam and Tom turned up and started work immediately. Have been looking around for a while to see how I can control temperature in my conservatory. Submitted quite a few forms to get quotes and got a call from Julian exhaling their services. I have to say that from the first conversation I felt really at ease with Julian and he explained things clearly and was very honest in his discussions. I was very sceptical around then quoting without visiting but in actual fact it worked very well and the quote they came back with was very competitive. The fact the company was Which recommended put my mind at ease even further. I got an email a few days before the installation to advise when materials will be delivered and on the install day itself I had Chris and Nigel come to do the fitting. Very clean and tidy and explained what they were doing at certain point during the install particularly around the ventilation solutions. They finished up just after lunch time and cleaned up after themselves which was fab. I now have made the conservatory into my home office and can use it all day without having to be impacted by the weather. It’s like another room in the house and when I’m it working the children are making great use of the space. I have already recommended Julian to a work colleague of mine and will be willing to do it again.

Very professional company from start to finish – the communication was excellent - the estimating process was very different as there was no site visit – it was all managed with measurements & photos, with a site inspection on the day of fitting – but it worked!! Materials arrived the day before. The Fitters arrived on time, were very friendly & respectful of my home & by the time they left, after a very long day, you would never have known anyone had been in my house except for the perfectly fitted UPVC roof. Dan was very courteous and, together with Lee, carried out the job of cladding the roof of our conservatory very efficiently. They left the room very clean and tidy. I would recommend this Company on price and Julian and Beverly were very helpful and courteous on the telephone. The wood for the job was delivered on time, but Dan and Lee collected the cladding, etc., themselves, prior to arrival on site; I was very impressed.

Excellent communications from Beverly from the initial enquiry through to the completion of the work.
