Some items/ product delivered the day before. The two men arrived on time the next day and worked almost non stop. When they finished, they cleaned everything away. I am delighted with the end result. I highly recommend this company. Not forgetting that it comes with a 10 year guarantee.

Having read several of these reviews I decided to contact CRI to obtain details and a quote......... and I'm delighted that I did so. Julian provided all the necessary details and was very informative without being in the slightest pushy...... I immediately felt at ease in dealing with the company. A very reasonable quote was provided and accepted the same day and the work was scheduled for a little over two weeks ahead. In the interim, we were kept informed by Bev of all arrangements as and when they were made. On the appointed day Chris and Stewart arrived on time and immediately got on with the job. They were friendly, polite, extremely efficient and also very tidy in the way in which they carried out the work ........ absolutely no mess whatsoever. The workmanship was of a very high standard and I cannot fault it in any way. The following morning was cold and frosty and it is fair to say that the temperature in our North facing conservatory was massively improved as a result of the work carried out by CRI ....... conservatory is no longer the early morning ice-box that it used to be and we also don't have to look at a grubby poly-carb roof either!! (It's also very much quieter in the conservatory during periods of rainfall). From beginning to end the whole process was totally hassle-free and the outcome has exceeded our expectations. Needless to say, we are delighted with the work and cannot praise this company highly enough ....... I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I wrote a review at the time of installation. I was extremely pleased with the service I had received and the work done. Now that I have experience the conservatory through both the summer and the winter, I wanted to add to my original review. I can say the conservatory insulation is everything I hoped it would be. It has provided us with another room and with a little heating, it has kept warm and cosy throughout the day and evening, during the winter months. It is also much cooler in the summer, so again can be used even on very hot days. I am extremely happy with the work we had done and can highly recommend this company. They are honest, with no pressure selling and they answered all our questions. Also the price was extremely competitive. Thank you very much.

We used Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd to fit new pvc panels to the inside of our conservatory to provide better insulation and to make the room more usable all year round. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. From the initial conversation where the services the company could provide were clearly explained, and a very competitive quote offered, to the finished installation everything was excellent. In between booking the work and the work taking place we had a few questions which Beverly - the Director and our contact at the company - was always happy to answer in a friendly manner. On the day the two workmen (sorry I cannot recall their names) turned up on time and did a fabulous job. They were at all times polite, considerate, hardworking, and kept any disruption to a minimum. When they had finished they cleaned up fully and we were really pleased with the end result - it was just what we wanted and all the work was of a really high standard. I am so glad that we found this company and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others or in giving them a 5 star rating.

After some research we choose Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd to install an installation system to the inside of our conservatory ceiling. So far we see a positive difference keeping the conservatory cooler when the sun is beating down, the almost blinding light and excessive heat can be very uncomfortable. With the ceiling now installed its much more comfortable. Winter and the colder temperatures have not yet been tested however having had the system carefully explained we expect the room to retain more heat thus making it a room to be enjoyed all year round. The fitters worked hard with communication every step of the way and the whole construction completed in one day. Good company to work with in comparison to one other local company who were much less informative and a little pushy. Happy to recommend.

Conservatory Roof Insulation Ltd was recommended by a neighbour who had had the same problem as us, the conservatory was too hot in summer and too cold in winter. Everything went so smoothly from the initial visit where we were given a clear explanation of the options available and exactly how it would work. Measurements were taken and an exact price given at that point. They were not pushy and we didn’t feel pressured at all to decide if we wanted to go ahead. We contacted them a few days later to say we wanted to have the job done and a date was arranged. ‘Chris and Stuart’ turned up on the morning we had agreed and did a fabulous job! They were very professional and worked nonstop to transform the conservatory. When they had finished you couldn’t even tell anyone had been in, it was spotless. We were over the moon with everything from start to finish. The service, definitely the price, but most of all we now have a ‘new room’ we can use any season. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of transforming their conservatory.

Very pleased with the service and work carried out. Helpful and informative. The workers were brilliant. Turned up on time and very polite and friendly. They worked hard and had the job done in a morning. Very clean and tidy. We've since been enjoying the conservatory (without the sun turning the room into a hot house). We have not long moved into a new build and then had a conservatory built. Not having had one before we opted for a glass roof. We soon realised that we found it much too hot in summer and too cold in winter. We were advised by a friend who had this system fitted as to how good it was and decided to have it fitted. Julien and Beverley were very helpful, and all went exactly as they described. We are very pleased with the outcome, and are looking forward to using it through the winter months.

Firstly the communication with this company is extremely good. They got back to you immediately answered any questions and explained the whole process so that you knew exactly what to expect and at a very reasonable price. We agreed on a date and the men turned up exactly on time. I was so impressed with them, they were friendly (provided they were kept going with tea they were happy!!) They got stuck in and finished before the estimated time, and it was a very hot day. They left the place spotless. I am so pleased with the roof it looks good and the conservatory is now useable. For years it was so hot in the summer that you could hardly bear to walk through it let alone sit in it. It has given us an extra room Yeah!! Cannot recommend this company enough.

We previously had roof blinds which were never really that efficient at reducing heat in the summer, it was still too hot, and after a few years the blinds needed cleaning - not cheap - the blinds installation nor being cleaned. We opted for a change. After some research we decided on roof insulation - advertised - "cooler in summer, warmer in winter", that being the attraction. We had 3 quotes for the job. When we contacted them, Beverley - a company director - answered the phone, what a lovely lady she is, friendly, down to earth, professional and appearing as honest as the day is long. She gave us a total overview of the product, answered all our questions and reassured our concerns - she came across as a very honest person who cared about customer satisfaction. We needed to look no further! They have no commission driven visiting salespersons and no "hard sell", just complete confidence in their product and installation, and a will to do a good job. The installation team were Chris and Stuart, they arrived on time and introduced themselves, a couple of great lads, again very friendly, in keeping with the company tradition. They were amazingly hard working, they never stopped, working brilliantly as a team so that they never had to wait for one another to complete a task, the job just flowed smoothly from start to finish.

The whole experience dealing with this Company was excellent. We had an insulated roof put in our traditional conservatory. All the planning and quoting work was done on line or by chatting with the friendly and professional lady (Barbara?). We finished up with a very reasonable price for the job and we are absolutely delighted with the new roof. The contractor attended on the day arranged and was quick and professional in fitting the roof in less that a day, leaving the room and the site as though he had never been. Very good to be on the receiving end of a great British Company. Well done.

Couldn't be happier with the whole process and final results. The people are a pleasure to deal with, from the office contacts and Directors ... to the amazing fitters. Beverly was friendly and helpful, and was able to provide an extremely competitive quote without the need for lengthy visits from pushy sales staff. The fitting team arrived on time and were polite, friendly and efficient. They cleaned up afterwards and the work completed to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Our experience with this company was excellent, from initial discussion with Beverley to the fitting by Chris. We explored several options with other companies and despite reservations about commissioning the job without a pre-work visit we are delighted we chose this solution and this company. We had internal insulation to our conservatory roof so we could use the room in the winter. Chris also installed ceiling lights for us that we then got wired in by our own electrician. There was no hard selling at all, so I had to time research other companies and make up my own mind, in my own time. Once I had made my decision everything was completed quickly and efficiently. Chris installed the roof insulation and made the job look so easy - obviously very skilled and experienced and was a pleasure to have doing the work. After contacting a few companies this one stood out to me as after talking to Bev she was so knowledgeable about her product and fitting and mentioned things other companies had failed to mention like ventilation for one example. The quote given after giving my measurements and a couple of photos to Bev was also more competitive than other companies ( half the price in most cases! ) and by far a more superior product. Fitting took one day , the guys were fantastic moving my furniture out for me, they were clean and tidy and everything was done professionally ,just kept them hydrated with cups of tea and they worked like trojans! Finished roof is fabulous, looks great and makes a huge difference to keeping it warm but most importantly i cant hear the rain beating down now drowning out the sound of the TV ( which was one of my main concerns),looking forward to seeing how it keeps the room cool in the summer too ,i may not have to use my aircon so much! So would i recommend this company to friends and family, absolutely i would ,I'm a very happy customer and also comes with a 10 year guarantee so whats not to like.
