Contact Solar have been the perfect company, cannot fault them at any stage of the process. I had originally signed a contract with First4 Solar and was left waiting for 12months with very little communication before they went into administration. Luckily for me Contact Solar took over the contract after the assistance of HIES. The difference with communication was night and day. Contact Solar initially contacted me at the beginning of June and were very proactive with updates at every step of the way and we have just had full installation started and completed on the 31st July. Absolutely amazed at the speed and competency of this company. Every interaction has been incredibly professional.

Storage batteries installed for our solar panels. Highly efficient, can't fault them. Probably the best trader who has ever done work for us.

Work implemented: Installation of 21 solar panels, 4 batteries and 2 inverters. All work was carried out professionally and competently and the site was left clean, all rubbish taken away. We had ordered the kit from another supplier who subsequently went bankrupt - they didn't respond to emails/calls. Contact Solar took over and the experience was worlds apart. They kept us fully briefed of the work being done/required, gave us an installation date and did exactly what they said they would - we couldn't have asked for a safer pair of hands compared to the experience with the previous supplier. They are a company I'd be happy to use again.

The installation of 17 roof-top PV panels and storage batteries. At all stages of the business, I was kept informed of progress and reasons for delays beyond their or my control, ie dealing with the DNO. The salesman was completely open about why and how there had to be an alteration of the installation caused by improvement of the capacity and efficiency of the PV panels, including a reduction in price as a result. The equipment was installed in no more than six hours in appalling weather, by a very competent team of electricians. The necessary scaffolding was erected swiftly before work started and was removed soon after completion. Since installation I have had prompt answers to all questions raised about the operation of the system
