Connections Ltd service our boiler every year and complete any plumbing requirements we need,such as fitting a pressure on our system as recommended after the stop cock had blown last year causing a flood due to the high water pressure coming into our building. Connections Ltd were there immediately, helping us with repairs and follow up insurance work and suggestions, guiding and supporting us through very stressful times. They are extremely professional,friendly and helpful at times when you need them most. They have never let us down.

Convections have carried out work for me many times. I have no hesitation in recommending their work. Nigel is the most knowledgeable heating engineer I have ever know. Response time and quality of work is excellent.

Replace kitchen radiator with something more modern and efficient for the space, provide a new radiator for the utility room as part of upgrade and re-decoration, re-install the radiator removed from the kitchen into the downstairs toilet. All the work above was completed on time and carried out to a high standard at the cost quoted.

I had a new boiler and flume installed, the work was carried out over the course of two days, however the workers ensured that I had hot water supply by the evening of the first day. The workers were professional and courteous , their work was carried out to an excellent quality and they cleaned up all work waste and put down protective sheeting to minimise dust caused by their work. Due to the current pandemic the workers wore appropriate PPE and when unable to do so social distancing was carried out. To summarise this company carried out and excellent standard of work and all relevant paperwork was organised promptly after the work was finished. Would highly recommend to other people and will definitely be using this company if required in the future.
