Convert Energy and Matt Warner inparticular were recommended to me by a friend who was very pleased with the work carried out. I had solar panels fitted and found the team friendly, efficient, informative and competent at all times. I would highly recommend them.

Consulted, designed and installed 18 solar panels plus battery into residential home. Process of designing optimum configuration very helpful. Explained at a basic level throughout why recommending, and gave several options. Great software tools to model costs/benefits. Delighted with outcome. Panels looks great and generating a very good yield.

We had a solar panel and battery storage system installed. We had a number of different quotes from various providers before we decided to go with Convert Energy. They were price competitive (not the cheapest but service, engagement and quality of components to install best value for money in our opinion) and provided a full survey of the property and advised on potential solutions. There was no pressure to accept their recommendations or quote. Once we accepted the quote the communication remained regular on timelines and deliverables. The installers were excellent and despite an incident when fitting, Convert Energy made all good rapidly. They have continued to correspond occasionally post-instalment to check that everything is okay and aid with software updates. Overall would highly recommend.

Convert Energy came to our new build to install 16 in-line solar panels on our roof in September. The workmanship for the installation was excellent and the support information was very helpful. Any queries we had were also dealt with well. I would highly recommend the company in an increasingly crowded field.

I was having a heat pump instant decided that solar panels would be a useful addition to the system. Convert was recommended to me by a friend who knew about the work that they did in Herne Bay. They did a survey and advised that the amount of energy generated from panels on the south east facing roof would not be sufficient to make the investment worthwhile. We then explored having additional panels on my west facing garage roof. They then advised that this could provide a useful amount of electricity to run the heat pump. The work was completed in tandem with Octopus Energy engineers fitting the heat pump which was very practical as the wiring ran through the same routes I the house. The engineers very well informed and efficient and kept me appraised throughout the installation.

I had already had for some estimates from other companies online (not local to my area) but Convert Energy asked more questions and were able to give me a more tailored estimate I felt confident to accept. I was pleased to use a local company that I knew would come back if I needed them to. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently.
