Joel and team installed a beautiful new bathroom replacing an old, leaky one. The standard of fit and particularly superb tiling are all excellent and second to none. Joel unearthed all sorts of bad plumbing issues from the previous poor quality installation and dealt with these very professionally. He is a great communicator as well - giving us daily updates and his time keeping is excellent. Highly recommended.

Joel recently undertook renovating my downstairs loo, as always he was professional and completed the job to a really high standard. He arrived on time everyday, communication was excellent and disruption was minimal. Joel is very knowledgable in his advice and always goes the extra mile to make everything perfect.

Joel and team created a downstairs wet room on the ground floor from scratch. This involved laying a new floor and constructing walls as well as installing all necessary plumbing and electrics, shower, toilet and basin with wet room flooring. Finally, the walls were fully tiled to a very high standard. The finished job is perfect and a very sophisticated look has been achieved for use by a disabled person. Joel is an excellent communicator, discussing the installation daily and keeping us fully informed every step of the way. He was very neat and tidy, clearing up carefully every day. The schedule and budget were fully met. The whole service was very professional and is to be highly recommended.

We are so pleased with our kitchen refit carried out by CopperOak. Joel always arrived promptly and communication was really great. He had loads of really useful advice and the whole job was completed to a really high standard throughout. Joel remodeled my kitchen, which included installing an rsj to create a new patio door, bricking up an old doorway to turn it into a window, and during the process ripping out the floor as it was rotten and replacing all the joists. He kept me informed at all times and gave me advice and options when problem arose. He kept the place clean and tidy, was punctual and reliable, and his communication throughout was great. The work itself was completed to a very high standard and I absolutely love the end result. I highly recommend Joel and his team, and will be asking him back for future projects.

Joel completed our kitchen knock through and refit last month, it all ran very smoothly, they arrived on time every morning and kept in touch about everything. The finished job is great, it’s been completed to a really high standard and their advice all the way through was brilliant. I’m really pleased and would more than happily use Copperoak again.

Copperoak replaced our kitchen and installed a beam between our kitchen and dining room to open up the space / remove existing wall. Communication was excellent before, during and after work completion. Joel provided a lot of input whilst we were preparing for the job as well, in terms of kitchen planning and the structural work. All work undertaken was of high quality and thorough in terms of electrics/plumbing, including sorting some unforeseen issues with our ceiling. The team were courteous, extremely tidy and respectful of our space. Would highly recommend.
