Coraff Flooring

Coraff Flooring did all the floors in our property. We first worked with them in 2019 and were very pleased with the quality of the service, the materials and the communication that we decided to work with them again this year. They are honest, considerate and very professional at each step of customer relations, and always deliver what they promise. I think what makes them different for us is the fact that they genuinely "care" about the customer and we felt it/saw evidence time and time again. We'd highly recommend them to anyone and we don't even consider working with any other flooring company. We feel we're in safe hands whenever we work with them, and trust Coraff with their knowledge, good value and service. We're lucky to have them so close in East Finchley!

It was quite a small job that I wanted done - one shortish flight of stairs plus some re-stretching of an existing carpet. I wanted to match the carpet on the landing below which I had bought at least 15 years earlier. I dealt with Paul Abbott and he made no difficulties about tracing the carpet I wanted and ordering it, unlike some other companies who quoted for the same job. Coraff's pricing was also reasonable. Paul was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient and was a pleasure to deal with. The carpet fitter was also very pleasant to have in the house and did an excellent job, both with the new carpet and with re-stretching the old one. I would certainly go straight back to them again for further jobs.

needed new carpets fitted in middle of lockdown. Naved was very helpful, firstly promptly coming over to assess the property (which was empty at the time). We had an idea of what kind of carpet we wanted and Naved showed some good samples and was able to source the one we wanted from Cormar, with quick delivery time and a good price. The layers did a very good job fitting the carpet and I was very happy with the final product.

They offered a great initial appointment to review colours and styles of carpet, and were able to offer me a competitive price. Excellent and patient staff at Coraff. We had difficulty in finding suitable flooring for our new kitchen and entrance hall. Paul and Naved were exceptionally patient and understanding and nothing was too much for them. We took many samples and ordered larger pieces of Amtico until we finally made a decision. We so appreciated the patience and calm of the choosing process. The team of fitters attended punctually on the designated date and the process of fitting over 60 square metres of Amtico took 5 days. The fitting team were excellent and have much experience in laying Amtico. Everything was explained in advance and the final outcome is superb. We were most satisfied with our service and would highly recommend Coraff.

This was overall, a pleasant experience and went without a hitch. The work was completed on schedule and consistent with the estimate. Naved, in the showroom, was very helpful from the outset. The fitters were very pleasant and just quietly got on with the job. I would definitely use them again.

We have been using Coraff for all our flooring needs - wood, carpet and Amtico - over many years now. From choosing from their wide range through to fitting, Paul and Naved and the team have always been helpful, charming and fast as well as being competitive in pricing. I happened upon Coraff almost by chance when I decided I didn’t want to use a big chain to carpet our new house. As soon as I walked into the shop and was met with friendly helpful service, I knew I would be using them and I hadn’t even seen the glowing reviews. Paul was great at helping me pick colours and they have a fantastic selection of carpets to choose from. Naved was extremely helpful and patient. He measured up quickly and was very responsive to queries. And very patient when we had to change installation dates with other things going on. The fitters did a great job too and said they would come back if there were any issues. We are delighted with the result.

From meeting Paul in his shop, to his visit and measuring up, and his team's laying of the carpet, everything was smooth, seamless and easy. The highly skilled team laid stripey carpet spiraling up over two floors and a landing, so that all the lines line-up beautifully, with the skirting board and as you climb (or descend) the stairs. Each bedroom also had soft carpet that fitted beautifully to the edges and doors. Further, the team laying the flooring were polite, respectful, worked as a team of experts and were incredibly efficient. All round, a great experience.

We have used Coraff flooring on a number of jobs and always with beautiful results. The team are helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and Naveed is a fountain of information when it comes to different flooing solutions.
