Coraff Flooring did all the floors in our property. We first worked with them in 2019 and were very pleased with the quality of the service, the materials and the communication that we decided to work with them again this year. They are honest, considerate and very professional at each step of customer relations, and always deliver what they promise. I think what makes them different for us is the fact that they genuinely "care" about the customer and we felt it/saw evidence time and time again. We'd highly recommend them to anyone and we don't even consider working with any other flooring company. We feel we're in safe hands whenever we work with them, and trust Coraff with their knowledge, good value and service. We're lucky to have them so close in East Finchley!

Trustworthy family business. Always met appointments on time. Courteous. Clear communications at all times. Easy to contact and efficient in reply. Excellent floor laying work in complicated setting. Attention to detail. Clean and tidy: minimum fuss. Great result.

Our main bedroom carpet was replaced on 10th June 2021 as agreed beforehand. The team arrived on time and finished the work with great care and precision. Two young guys were very clean with their work. They were also very polite and helpful. This was our second commission with Coraff in three years' time and on both occasions, we found their professionalism and customer care second to none. We highly recommend them if you are after a problem and hassle free work to be carried out.

It was quite a small job that I wanted done - one shortish flight of stairs plus some re-stretching of an existing carpet. I wanted to match the carpet on the landing below which I had bought at least 15 years earlier. I dealt with Paul Abbott and he made no difficulties about tracing the carpet I wanted and ordering it, unlike some other companies who quoted for the same job. Coraff's pricing was also reasonable. Paul was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient and was a pleasure to deal with. The carpet fitter was also very pleasant to have in the house and did an excellent job, both with the new carpet and with re-stretching the old one. I would certainly go straight back to them again for further jobs.

needed new carpets fitted in middle of lockdown. Naved was very helpful, firstly promptly coming over to assess the property (which was empty at the time). We had an idea of what kind of carpet we wanted and Naved showed some good samples and was able to source the one we wanted from Cormar, with quick delivery time and a good price. The layers did a very good job fitting the carpet and I was very happy with the final product.

I was recommended Coraff by an interior designer and they have not disappointed. They offered a great initial appointment to review colours and styles of carpet, and were able to offer me a competitive price. Excellent and patient staff at Coraff. We had difficulty in finding suitable flooring for our new kitchen and entrance hall. Paul and Naved were exceptionally patient and understanding and nothing was too much for them. We took many samples and ordered larger pieces of Amtico until we finally made a decision. We so appreciated the patience and calm of the choosing process. The team of fitters attended punctually on the designated date and the process of fitting over 60 square metres of Amtico took 5 days. The fitting team were excellent and have much experience in laying Amtico. Everything was explained in advance and the final outcome is superb. We were most satisfied with our service and would highly recommend Coraff.

This was overall, a pleasant experience and went without a hitch. The work was completed on schedule and consistent with the estimate. Naved, in the showroom, was very helpful from the outset. The fitters were very pleasant and just quietly got on with the job. I would definitely use them again.

I happened upon Coraff almost by chance when I decided I didn’t want to use a big chain to carpet our new house. As soon as I walked into the shop and was met with friendly helpful service, I knew I would be using them and I hadn’t even seen the glowing reviews. Paul was great at helping me pick colours and they have a fantastic selection of carpets to choose from. Naved was extremely helpful and patient. He measured up quickly and was very responsive to queries. And very patient when we had to change installation dates with other things going on. The fitters did a great job too and said they would come back if there were any issues. We are delighted with the result.

From meeting Paul in his shop, to his visit and measuring up, and his team's laying of the carpet, everything was smooth, seamless and easy. The highly skilled team laid stripey carpet spiraling up over two floors and a landing, so that all the lines line-up beautifully, with the skirting board and as you climb (or descend) the stairs. Each bedroom also had soft carpet that fitted beautifully to the edges and doors. Further, the team laying the flooring were polite, respectful, worked as a team of experts and were incredibly efficient. All round, a great experience.

We have used Coraff flooring on a number of jobs and always with beautiful results. The team are helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and Naveed is a fountain of information when it comes to different flooing solutions. We contacted Coraff to re-oil and buff our wooden floor, and Michael did an excellent job of this, and we were very pleased with the quality of the work and the result is a floor that looks brand spanking new, just as we got it 3 years ago. Good advice given and after care.

Our old hall and stair carpet was being ravaged by moths, and badly needed replacing. However, the prospect of finding a quality carpet that would discourage moths, and then dealing with the disposal of the old carpet and the fitting of the new one was awful, so we delayed for month after month. Talked to a reliable department store, which only multiplied our worries. Then we found Coraff - it felt like a miracle. They helped us identify the right carpet, arranged the whole moth-extermination business (in two visits to minimise any cross-contamination risk), and laid the new underlay and carpet (with plywood to sort out an uneven landing) with great skill and professionalism. Every single person we dealt with was courteous and helpful, with evident expertise. Two months on, the new carpet has bedded down and looks terrific. Thank you - a wholehearted recommendation!

I had a new kitchen installed and this required a new floor. The staff at Coraff were very helpful and patient explaining exactly what it would take to level my floors before installing Amtico. Some years ago, Coraff laid the carpets throughout our house, and wood flooring in the hallway. They'd given excellent advice, provided a good product, did an excellent and thoroughly professional job, and were good value This time, Coraff fitted Amtico tiles in our son's kitchen, and laid a new mat in our wood flooring, with the same excellent result. Once i made my choice, I was kept informed where any adjustments I had due to works at the property not finishing on time were catered for. The fitter, Michael, turned up on time and fitted the carpet in one day working overtime to ensure it was completed to spec and at the most professional quality. They cleaned up after themselves and he turned up the next day to cater for any small adjustments, door bars etc. Highly recommended all round. Don't go to the big chains. Stick to the quality of Coraff.

We have used Coraff for many years when replacing carpets or flooring and this time was no exception. I dealt with both Wayne and Naved, and both were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The showroom is nice to visit, and the booking and fitting service went smoothly. We are very happy with the results and are enjoying our new carpets.

Wayne and Naved were brilliant at offering us advice regarding colour choices, underfloor insulation and explaining the installation process. They kept us updated about timings and worked happily in conjunction with our own restrictions. We were very happy with the end result. Our floors look and feel beautiful and they even helped us put a special motif design into our bathrooms which we absolutely love.

Coraff flooring did a great job putting down carpet and kitchen flooring in our flat. They advised us to choose a colour weave that would fit with each room, which it did. The carpet was high quality and good value. I would definitely go back to this company.

I needed some new carpets fitted on a three storey town house with open plan stairs. The selection and advice from the Coraff showroom was excellent, the estimator came promptly a few days later. When it came to delivery, Coraff's fitters were highly skilled and took great care not to damage the new decorations. They discussed the various options with me and could not have been more courteous or accommodating. Highly recommended.

I can confidently say that when it comes to carpet installation Coraff Flooring has exceeded all my expectations. After a very bad experience with Hampstead Flooring ( spending over 5.500£ and nearly a 5 months wait) my mother in law suggested I go and see Coraff Carpet as they never let her down. They came out to measure the same day and all the bedrooms were carpeted within next three weeks. Very happy. Would recommend to everyone
