Coral Windows Bradford Ltd

Coral recently replaced two of our windows: one small one in the gable end of our house and another much wider one that sits below at first floor level. The finished job looks very tidy and we are pleased with the result. We were given a clear estimate of cost and a surveyor visited to detail the specification. This was a very thorough piece of work. Coral did their best to stick to the original fitting date, though in the end this had to be delayed by a few days. We were kept fully informed about changes and communication was excellent. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and the garden was left tidy. There was a slight delay with fitting a trim to the downstairs window. This was partly because the colour was one less commonly chosen but, added to that, it's only fair to acknowledge that our window is unusually wide, and the construction of the building, non-standard. Everything was resolved to our satisfaction fairly swiftly and, again, we were kept well informed while the problem was sorted out.

We chose Coral Windows to replace our bathroom window because of its good reviews on Which? although it was more expensive than out other quotes and because the window had a U rating of 1.4. (We were actually aiming for a lower value, but could only find one company which provided under 1, and that cost 3 times as much). In general the organisation and communication were very good on the initial visit, follow-up, pre-installation visit, right through to receipt of Fensa documents. Two problems: 1) We agreed on a U value of 1.4 and this was written on our sheet, but on the pre-site visit, we were told that Coral do not do lower than 1.6. We were referred to the WER standards, which are calculated in a different way. Although not over happy about this, we did not have time to change as we were about to go on holiday and the window was phase one of a full bathroom refit planned for soon after our return. 2) Fitting day. We were scheduled for around mid-day but when nobody had arrived by 2 pm I rang Coral, to be told that the window could not be fitted on the day arranged. Fitters arrived early the next day but without a critical part, so it had to be postponed again. It was fitted on the third day. Only one key to the window was provided. I asked if it was possible to get a spare but none arrived while we were away. I still have to chase this up. The window looks good.

We were wanting our whole house windows replacement......existing windows starting to rot after 25 years. Service was excellent.......making appointment for initial assessment ......accurate survey.....final installation. Window fitters Danny and Liam worked so well together.......upstairs one day and downstairs next day. Work was very neat and tidy and we were delighted with final result........excellent quality windows at a competitive price! Whole process from initial visit to finish took 4 weeks......we would highly recommend Coral Windows to any future potential customers!!

I chose Coral because of the the good reviews, they offered what I wanted at a good price. From the sales person to the fitting team, I had a good experience of using Coral for replacement windows and doors. The sales person was helpful without being pushy, and the fitting team were excellent, especially as the installation was tricky. The work started on the day Coral said and communication with Coral has been very good. The end result is my property is much improved.

Really impressed by Coral from the start to the finish, right from the helpful and friendly showroom staff through to the fitter's Steven & Joe. They did a great job, no issues at all, had my bungalow windows & doors completely replaced. Happy with the price and the quality is top-notch. Having had a very bad experience with a window company 24 months ago it has taken me all this time to start the process again. Because it was a big job (10 windows and the bay of the house strengthening, insulating and cladding) I got 6 quotes. Unlike several of the other companies, Coral gave me their quote and left it with me. No haggling, or pretending to ring managers to get discounts, just a straightforward best price take it or leave it. Their rep was not a pushy salesman. Some companies could have done the work a month after quoting, with Coral it was a much longer wait, which I took to be a good sign. Ryan and Adam who undertook the work arrived on time, worked flat out, never stopped for lunch or to gawp at their social media accounts, their attention to detail was second to none and they cleared up fully every night they left my house. I am thrilled with my windows, the workmanship and the service I received from start to finish. Their price was comparable with the other quotes I got too. I will be getting them back for phase 2 next year - the remainder of the windows and both doors. I would highly recommend Coral Windows.

Coral supplied and fitted a composite back door. All their staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The door is fine, fitted as agreed and I am happy with it. Coral gets full marks for how they liaised with me when bad weather delayed the job.

From the salesman to the surveyor and then the fitting the whole process was easy and straightforward. The fitters were on time and worked throughout the rainy day and cleaned up after they were done. The workmanship shows and the windows are a lot better and warmer.
