We required double glazed windows to be replaced to the rear of our property and new front and back doors with adequate security features. Coral Windows were contacted following a personal recommendation and their representative proved very knowledgeable. Their work was completed to a high standard and the units installed were well constructed within their own factory and the security features were completed as requested. The fitting was completed on the date indicated without a need to return for a second day, as originally suggested! Very pleased with their professionalism and will certainly recommend to others in the future.

Work was carried out swiftly and competently. However a few minor issues occurred which were eventually attended to. Other than that workmen were pleasant, competent, and tidy. Overall a good job was done and would certainly recommend them.

Coral installed 8 windows with Georgian glazing bars and a new front door. The whole process, from initial consultation through to finished installation, was conducted efficiently and professionally with no high-pressure sales technique. The windows and door are extremely well-made and well-fitted. We are very happy with the result which enhances our Victorian station house. We would recommend Coral to anyone.

Of the 5 traders I contacted, Coral were the only ones able to do the job this year and the two windows installed here by Coral 10 years ago (before my time) are a good standard. The work was done to the agreed schedule and budget. All aspects of communication were good.

I had 6 windows, a sliding patio door and a front door fitted. Getting a quote was easy and pleasant, no hard sell. The agreed fitting date was put back by one day due to a job running over, but this wasn’t a problem. Two fitting teams arrived to carry out the work, so the time lost was regained and the job completed by the agreed date. The fitters were pleasant, friendly and worked professionally. The work was completed to a high standard, they cleaned up as they went along. A window pane was broken on fitting unfortunately, however this was replaced within a week. Contact with Coral was straightforward and easy. All in all, they were professional and courteous from start to end.
