We have had 8 replacement windows supplied and fitted by Coral windows which are of the highest quality and the fitting was taken with the upmost care with all the old windows and rubbish taken away and everywhere left clean. Would highly recommend Coral Windows to anybody requiring new windows like we were.

Coral turned up when they said they would this was for the initial appointment, survey appointment and fitting, work was completed with very little disruption to the household. Both fitters were great guys cleaning up as they fitted so no extra cleaning for me. I would highly recommend Coral.

The quality of service from start to finish was excellent. The sales and survey people were very thorough and the workmen Lee , Mark and Phil were the hardest working tradesmen we have had at our house. Would highly recommend Coral Windows to anyone

The men were spot on cleaned up after they finished and never stopped till they finished did a brilliant job even cleaning the garden it is so nice not to have wet running down my window house is warmer would de recommend Corral Windows Mr And Mrs Greenwood

Long story short, we had our door fitted last September, we were over the moon with it. That was until March/April, when we got the first sun/ heat on it. I believe that a thermal expansion occurred and it has never went back to normal. Since then we had ongoing issues with locking mechanism. Either not allowing us to unlock the door, keeping us trapped inside or not allowing us to lock it at all. We had 4 engineers come out, Coral cannot see the problem. 6 months in nearly and it's still as bad. We now have a very pretty door, which does not allow for the draft to come through, as it won't lock, not all the time, only at night though...

The double glazing was undertaken to replace bathroom window,hall window, side door. 3 composite doors long kitchen window and bottom facia to the kitchen. All the above was fantastic the workmanship was outstanding. The customer service was really good. Coral provided excellent communication and any aftercare that if needed is available. The budget price was perfect. I have to give a special mention for the service engineer who fitted everything outstanding with the work undertaken.

When we bought our house, the first thing we did was have a new bathroom installed. During the tiling, the fitter approached us and said 'I've checked the sill several times, your windows are wonky'. And, in 'Wot Jack Built' fashion, it was true... every time I tried to sit in our garden and relax, my eyes were inevitably drawn to the wonky windows. Help was needed, I pleaded and begged with my husband to get us new windows, because my life was slowly falling apart wondering if anyone else was as offended as I was about our wonky windows...?! And when I looked further, it seemed other windows were wonky too! More pleading and begging ensued! Finally, my husband relented...! Yes! New windows and doors were mine!!! I did a little happy dance around our kitchen, fully clothed obviously, we're not *that* close to our neighbours!! We approached a couple of places - one didn't respond to my request, but that was when Keith Cosgrove of Coral came into my life and showed me the range of wonderous windows! And doors, all in a variety of colours to put the Technicolour Dreamcoat to shame! Then, there was more arguing with the husband - I wanted green, he wanted grey...! I relented. I didn't want him changing his mind did!? Just a few short weeks later, and I now have perfectly straight windows! I am so happy with Coral! And as I walked to my home last night, I almost walked straight past muttering 'I do like those doors...' under my breath ;)

Ordering was easy. Price very competitive. All queries and communications dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner. Fitted efficiently and excellent finished job.

Coral install a conservatory and sliding French doors to our home , we were initially pleased with both the quality and service we received, due to a long term illness I have ( Osteoarthritis in my knee )i was unable to go in to the new installation to deep clean and polish when the work was completed, it was therefore I did not discover a deep scratch in one of French door glass panels. I reported to coral and the service engineer attended and said the glass would have to be replaced, I the received an email from coral say as I had reported this five weeks after installation due to terms and conditions they would not replace the glass the panel free of charge .

Replaced 3 windows and 1 door. Prompt estimates, careful preparation and specification. Done to agreed schedule and budget. Worked conscientiously. Very pleasant and helpful and went the extra mile as helped with surplus glazing from earlier works. Everything working well & the new windows are better insulating than the previous windows. Can recommend.

Coral replaced my old wooden framed and aluminium, double glazing windows and doors, including a patio sliding door. The fitting team did a fantastic job, at times in some horrible weather over the course of two days. They were hard-working and I was happy to keep them going with cups of tea and biscuits. I am very pleased and impressed with the finished windows and doors I would not hesitate to use Coral again. I will eventually need four more windows replacing in the future. From the sales team, Charles the sales rep, the surveyor to the fitting team, I cannot rate them highly enough. They needed to come back and adjust the cat flap in my new door, but they arrived on the arranged day and sorted it out no problem. Thanks Coral

Had 11 new triple glazed units installed, everything from the quote to installation went fast and smooth, the fitters were extremely professional and have done a great job! Would highly recommend Coral to anyone in the future!

Coral windows were recommended by friends who had used them in June of this year. From intial contact requesting a quote, to replacement window being fitted the service was excellent. The two window fitters were prompt, friendly. Completed the fitting with little mess being made, and ensured the old fitting was taken away and the property left clean and tidy. Would certainly recommend this company.

We recently moved into a village property which required new windows as a top priority. After speaking with a few local providers, we opted for Coral principally due to the level of detail and knowledge displayed by their salesman. Again, when the surveyor came round, he was clear on what we wanted and was able to convey a clear timescale with which the fitters (also professional people) were able to comply. This review is written just over a month afterwards and there have been no snags - indeed, they offered to send out another couple of keys at no extra charge when we asked for them. All in all a great service and I would recommend Coral to others.

Having had mixed experiences with getting windows and doors fitted in the past it was with a certain trepidation that we approached the purchase of a new bay window and front door. Thankfully we decided to commission Coral Windows to complete the work who were superb from start to finish. From the initial contact with Gary, who gave us the confidence to place the order, through the fitting to the aftersales service - everything was superb. They even provided a restoration and encapsulation service in order to preserve our original stained glass in both the windows and the door. The fitters did a great job, polite, friendly and provided an excellent finish. The windows and door are of a good quality. And, despite a couple of bumps in the process, the service team ensured everything was sorted to our satisfaction. Plus, we didn't pay a penny, until we were happy. Genuinely 10/10. Well done!

I had a door fitted by Coral windows and have had nothing but problems. They have been out obout 5 times to refit but still have not been able to do a good job. They measured the door wrong and despite fool proof evidence they are still adamant that 945mm is actually 905mm. They fitted the wrong frame, damaged the drainage at the property, damaged the external and internal walls, left sealent all over skirting boards ands walls, the door is missalaigned. Absolutley awful work and refuse to put right. I wish i could upload photos here to show the horrendous work

Despite a formal written complaint 5 weeks ago (& an unanswered email complaint before that) my snagging is still not complete after 10 wks waiting (and it's only 1 window). I agreed a convenient snagging date well in advance for the original team to come back, but this date was changed at less than 24hrs notice, then was a 'no show' on this new date, then was changed back to the original date, then a different snagging team came! The workmanship of this team could be called into question, but more importantly they turned up with the wrong trickle vent for one of the two main snags to be sorted and that was the last I heard from Coral, nearly 3 wks ago. I also now have 4x3" sticker marks sometimes showing up on the outside of the replacement glass, probably because it was left unfitted in the workshop for six wks or more and not cleaned. You wouldn't think I was a returning customer, or that the complaints policy requires issues to be resolved within 4 weeks! I live in a very exposed location and the whole idea of an installation in the first week of September was to beat the weather, but here I am 11 wks later (nearly December), lashed by storms & still waiting. In summary, non-existent aftercare including a trickle vent that still does not close fully (a requirement of Building Regs) and is inappropriate for the location (a third storey, fully-exposed to Pennine gales; non-standard) which I questioned upfront. I now have draughts and wind noise where there were none before.

We recently had 8 windows fitted by Coral and at a good price.The salesman (Eric Unwin)that called was excellent he was very informative and not pushy. The job took a couple of days and the two guys who did the job,Tom and Josh,were great. We are pleased with the fitting and wholeheartedly would recommend this company

After being ripped off by another window fitter where we lost thousands, I wanted to go with a proper company and Coral have been great!! Firstly, all the employees we have had dealings with have been fantastic and professional. We have had a complete replacement of all our windows and doors and the quality is brilliant! The house is warm in the cold weather for the First time since we bought it. The quality of the products is great and you really feel they have added a lot of security to the house. They have done exactly what we wanted, when we wanted and even advised us we needed some strengthening above some windows and our patio doors to avoid damage to our house like other properties on our street appear to have. We couldn't be happier. Communication from them has been great too.

My experience with Coral Windows was really exceptional , from my initial quote request to final completion. Communication throughout was on point right up to completion day when I received a telephone call from the team leader to make sure I was happy with everything, a word of assurance that if anything came to light they would attend to it. Everyone was friendly and professional. David who came to quote was passionate about the company, he explained the options and offered advice to make sure I was fully informed to enable me to make the correct choice to suit my needs. My timeline was short and the company accommodated my needs. The installation team were brilliant, experienced and friendly, they were so organised and well equipped to complete the job, amazing! When they said goodbye all that was left behind was a new conservatory, stunning in design and materials.. top quality. (small but perfect for me!) Admired by all who visit!! I can only give 10 out of 10 and a big thank you to everyone!

We first used Coral windows in 2005 to replace all windows in our detached property. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of workmanship and tidiness. Furthermore Coral seemed to be very competitive price wise. When in 2011 we moved and needed all windows to be replaced in our new property we did not hesitate to contact Coral for a quote and subsequently went ahead. The experience was again very positive and after sales service involving minor glitches was always prompt. Recently we had them back again to replace a 35 year old garage window. Again very positive. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

The job took considerably longer , than I anticipated over 10 hours ! The fitters went above and beyond, finishing after 8pm. They had been booked to do a 2nd job that day after mine , which had to be cancelled. I am happy with the completed job and the fitters were excellent. Hope they were paid overtime !

The installer arrived on time and the work was completed in a very professional and timely manner including the facilitation of re-fitting of the electric doorbell and alarm switch. He left the work area clean and tidy and ensured that we understood how to correctly operate the lock.

Review for a new front door. The two installers arrived on time - work was completed in a timely manner and they left the area they were working in clean and tidy - they also insured that I was able to mange the door lock.

Just had a sold PVC door fitted to an outside cupboard which is attached to the house as old door made of wood and was rotten. I couldn't be here when they came but they must have arrived on time because job done and dusted in two and a half hours. I am so pleased with it. The door is very sturdy and secure. They left no mess and now it looks really smart. Initially they said it would take about 4 weeks but when i pointed out I would need it sooner rather than later as render was going to be done on house and did not want this damaged to put door in- they rang within a couple of days and now its fitted within 2 weeks.
