When we bought our house, the first thing we did was have a new bathroom installed. During the tiling, the fitter approached us and said 'I've checked the sill several times, your windows are wonky'. And, in 'Wot Jack Built' fashion, it was true... every time I tried to sit in our garden and relax, my eyes were inevitably drawn to the wonky windows. Help was needed, I pleaded and begged with my husband to get us new windows, because my life was slowly falling apart wondering if anyone else was as offended as I was about our wonky windows...?! And when I looked further, it seemed other windows were wonky too! More pleading and begging ensued! Finally, my husband relented...! Yes! New windows and doors were mine!!! I did a little happy dance around our kitchen, fully clothed obviously, we're not *that* close to our neighbours!! We approached a couple of places - one didn't respond to my request, but that was when Keith Cosgrove of Coral came into my life and showed me the range of wonderous windows! And doors, all in a variety of colours to put the Technicolour Dreamcoat to shame! Then, there was more arguing with the husband - I wanted green, he wanted grey...! I relented. I didn't want him changing his mind did!? Just a few short weeks later, and I now have perfectly straight windows! I am so happy with Coral! And as I walked to my home last night, I almost walked straight past muttering 'I do like those doors...' under my breath ;)

We ordered six replacement windows with Coral accepting a slightly higher price quote than one of their competitors but found that they were much more professional, good at keeping in contact, and the whole experience went without any problems. The fitters were timely and knew their business, completing the installation in very good time. We are very pleased with the results and can happily recommend Coral.

We have used Coral Windows in the past and have always been very satisfied with all aspects of the service they provide. On this occasion we have had bifold doors fitted to our extension. Everybody involved from the initial salesman to the fitters who did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the finished product. We would always recommend Coral because they are reliable professional and provide an excellent hassle free service.

This was the 3rd phase of our 30 windows installation by Coral over a 5 years period. This phase comprised 10 windows and completed the whole house. Throughout our dealings with Coral, they have conducted themselves with meticulous professionalism and their workmanship and quality of product is first class. The installation teams have all been punctual, clean, workmanlike and efficient. The sales team have been friendly, fair and courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending Coral and would most definitely use their services again, if needed. Keep up the good work!

I had two new composite external doors fitted the service and professionalism was excellent from start to finish. The workmen who came to carry out the fit the doors were polite neat and tidy and cleaned up thoroughly when they were complete.

Very pleased with all aspects of Coral's handling of the project to replace our conservatory roof. The quote was not the cheapest but we are pleased with the quality of the materials and standard of the work which has given us an all year round useable room. The job started a few days late but was brought back on schedule thanks to the additional teams brought in, enabling the work to be completed within the week. Julian and his team worked very hard and we are very pleased with their standard of work. Electrician Paul and his team made an excellent job of installing the dimmable lights which are a real feature of our new garden room. We were able to complete decorating the roof about 3 weeks later having allowed the plaster to dry out. Friends who have visited since have commented on what a positive difference the new roof has made to the house both internally and externally. We have just received the final Building Regs Certificate and are now very happy to provide this review.

The gentleman who fitted the door was prompt, clean in appearance and polite. When finished he took time to demonstrate and explain how the door worked. The door was well fitted and neatly finished on all sides. There was no mess anywhere and the old door was removed. We had requested 4 keys but only 3 came with the door but the fourth key arrived within 24 hours of being reported. Payment was easy by bank transfer but no money was paid until we were entirely satisfied.

Coral came out to give initial quote, then surveyor visit to get accurate measurements and confirm requirements, followed by install of the windows within 2 weeks. 5 windows, including a bay which I asked for insulation top and bottom to be included, needing some joinery work. Install team were very quick and focussed and pleasant to deal with.

The initial install was conducted 28June22. I realised after the engineer had left site that there was scrape damage to two hinges and a very small indentation/cut to one of the doors. Coral were very receptive and caring when I contacted them and they arranged for a repair in early August however this had to be moved out as the engineer contracted Covid. Fix was finally achieved 21Sep22 by a very helpful, friendly and skilled installer. Following the September visit all is now as it should be with respect to the quality of the install. Although it was disappointing that the fitter who conducted the initial install did not spot/mention the scrapes, the Coral support team were very professional in committing to fix albeit completing almost 3 months after the initial install.

I have used Coral on several occasions at my house and have found them to be professional and reasonably priced , the the work is done to a high standard and I would be happy to use them in the future.

The new conservatory looks great. Issues that arose were dealt with professionally and nothing was too much trouble. Fitters worked very hard over the 2 days and tidied up at the end. Would recommend.

The work was delayed for a few weeks due to the pandemic and the work was more staggered than would normally be the case. However the quality of the build and the work of the tradesmen were outstanding. There was a few minor hiccups with communications and scheduling but, all in all, I’m very satisfied with the conservatory.

Fitters turned up on time and carried out work as instructed starting at the requested place. Completed on schedule, left all areas clear of rubbish and finished off all windows to a good standard. The only downside was wrong handles had been fitted to the windows so after speaking to the manager some adjustment was made to the invoice. Overall very satisfied.

Contacted Coral for new windows quote, accepted quote and agreed an installation date. All work done satisfactorily.

Excellent service from start to finish. The salesman who came to measure up was pleasant and explained everything great. Door fitter was exceptional very tidy and did a great job 👍

The surveyor didn’t advise his fitters about reinforcement being required on the top of the windows, after I said the installation wouldn’t continue they agreed to remove a window and complete the installation as agreed with the surveyor, the installation was completed without any further problem. Don’t believe the salesman’s claim about dust sheets and vacuuming.

I had 2 old doors replaced. The salesman, surveyor and fitting team all arrived at the times arranged and were efficient and polite. I never felt like I was pressured to buy. The work was carried out in a few hours with little disturbance to me and they cleared up afterwards to a satisfactory standard. The doors are great. My house is lighter, more secure and warmer. Of course, the true test is whether or not any problems occur further on from the installation date and how these are dealt with. For me, 2 weeks from installation and everything is perfect.
