Contacted Coral for a quote for replacing my Windows and was glad I did. From my initial appointment to the survey and the fitting, everything was first class. I was kept up to date every step of the way. The fitters were great and worked hard to ensure everything was completed on time, leaving no mess. FENSA certificate also arrived promptly as stated by Coral which provides peace of mind. I’ll certainly be in touch when it’s time to replace my doors and refresh my roofline.

Coral windows did an amazing job. The lads were very friendly and funny. In the house they didn't leave one bit of mess they kept there social distance. Outside they did leave a bit of glass which was not swept up and having a small dog I had to clear up after quite quickly. All round very good service.

Fitters arrived in time. Removed large kitchen window which had been smashed by a flying object in high winds, replaced with new and removed all broken glass from site in just 35 minutes. Didn't even have time for a cup of tea!

The quality of the finished conservatory is astounding. The project management was excellent, the scheduling of the trades was timed to perfection and workmanship from all the tradesmen was top class. From design to finished product I couldn’t fault Coral and would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to friends and family.

As a family we have always used Coral and they have continued the high level of service we have received previously. The fitters where amazing and nothing was too much for them. They won’t be the cheapest but you will got a top quality product. Would definitely recommend.

Since we moved into the property in 2007, everything we needed doing, new doors, new windows, new conservatory we booked Coral & we were so impressed & pleased with the work that they have now been back to do any other doors or work we have needed doing! You feel valued & that you are getting the best offer they can give you, to the point now we dont even look at any other prices & that in itself speaks volumes. All the staff, from the people manning the phones, to the fitters are polite, well mannered & great ambassador's for the company too, the work site has always been left in immaculate condition- its that good this time I even forgot they had been to do the new door! If they say they will be there, they are & if there is an issue, they tell you in good time too! We ordered a new back door for our kitchen and the consultant arrived on the day and time arranged - observing Covid protocols - and explained the procedure very clearly for us to make our decision and place an order. Due to printing issues he only had one brochure to show us which was fine. He made recommendations regarding suitability but left the design entirely up to us. We placed the order and were given a date for the installer to complete a pre-fit survey and once again the operative was very competent and polite answering any queries we had at the time. We checked the payment method on the paperwork left by the surveyor and rang the office to confirm that we were paying by credit card and the limit we were told was up to £5000 not as printed on the paperwork which said £1000. Following up we had a phone call confirming our delivery and installation date which was again kept to and we again asked for confirmation that the credit limit was still £5000.The drivers did have an initial issue actually finding our property but when they started the work they did not stop at all. We stayed in the living room keeping our two greyhounds occupied while the fitters got on with their work. The lead installer then knocked on our living room door to tell they were done - my goodness what a cracking job they have done!! The actual product looks far better than the brochure!!! The kitchen was vacuumed by the fitters and left clean and tidy. Very efficient service from start to finish.

I had 6 windows, a sliding patio door and a front door fitted. Getting a quote was easy and pleasant, no hard sell. The agreed fitting date was put back by one day due to a job running over, but this wasn’t a problem. Two fitting teams arrived to carry out the work, so the time lost was regained and the job completed by the agreed date. The fitters were pleasant, friendly and worked professionally. The work was completed to a high standard, they cleaned up as they went along. A window pane was broken on fitting unfortunately, however this was replaced within a week. Contact with Coral was straightforward and easy. All in all, they were professional and courteous from start to end.

We were wanting our whole house windows replacement......existing windows starting to rot after 25 years. We chose Coral Windows on the recommendation of 2 neighbours who had similar work done in past years. Service was excellent.......making appointment for initial assessment ......accurate survey.....final installation. Window fitters Danny and Liam worked so well together.......upstairs one day and downstairs next day. Work was very neat and tidy and we were delighted with final result........excellent quality windows at a competitive price! Whole process from initial visit to finish took 4 weeks......we would highly recommend Coral Windows to any future potential customers!!
