We recently moved house and needed seven windows replacing immediately. After searching local companies, we found Correct Choice Windows and Doors Ltd and saw all of the wonderful reviews, so we decided to contact them. A great decision. Craig came around to quote us for the work and we found his price breakdown easy to understand and his quote very competitive. We were booked in only seven weeks after this initial visit. In the meantime, the company undertook a survey and kept up good communication. When the work was undertaken, the workmen were polite and prompt and worked quickly, cleanly and thoroughly. We were so pleased with the outcome and plan to use Correct Choice again next year to install new sliding doors. I cannot recommend Correct Choice Windows and Doors Ltd enough - the reviews are right.

Had Craig supply and fit 2 windows, aluminium bifold doors and full composite door with surround glazing. Coming after bad experience with another company I set a high level of service that I expected and this was met. My expectations were managed about timescales and communication was good. Fitting was done by Mark and was to a top standard with attention to detail. Price was fair and no reason to think that Correct Choice aren’t following through on their mission to change the perception of ‘double glazing’ firms.

I had several panes that had misted and needed replacing. Craig came and quoted me a very reasonable price, measured and said would ring to arrange fitting appointment. Mark came and did a great job. Very quick and no mess. I would definitely recommend Correct Choice windows.

I had new windows and french doors fitted. Helpful suggestions made regarding some changes but with no pressure. Quote given straight away whereas other companies took some time to give a quote. Work undertaken quickly once quote agreed. On the day all very efficient and with minimal mess. Great people and excellent service so definitely recommended.

Very pleased with my new patio doors - good quality and value, excellent customer service, no sales pressure. Installed at the price agreed, on the date agreed and all left clean and tidy.

I was impressed by Craig on his initial visit. I liked his friendly and positive attitude and there was no pushy sales talk. The work started on the day arranged, despite the awful weather, and was completed on time. Mark and Luke, the fitters, were brilliant, keeping any disruption to the absolute minimum. They were punctual, professional and hardworking. Everything was clean and tidy on completion. Good quality windows and fantastic workmanship.

A really professional job done on our property. We had all windows and two doors fitted and couldn't be happier with the result. The guys worked quickly and efficiently with no mess to clear. Everything was to our satisfaction from the sales side to the final fitting. Would definitely have these guys working for us again in the future and would definitely recommend.

By far the best customer service we came across when looking for a company to replace our front door and also the cheapest quote with no compromise on quality. Easy to deal with and quick response to any queries. Our new front door looks great, we couldn’t be happier.

Being an ex chippe I do tend to be very particular... okay fussy. So when I contacted Craig on LinkedIn, I was pleasantly surprised by his positive response & attitude, & sometime later we arranged a visit for him to quote for a lightweight roof to our conservatory (5m x 3m). He arrived on time & got straight down to the quote, no sales jargon no waffle which suits me & we agreed a price, time & a start date. The lads arrived on site, on time, & ready to go to work each morning, I was happy to leave them to it whilst I was at work, coming home each night to a clean working area. They quoted 5 days & they finished it in 5 days, which included the plastering & electrical wiring, no worries. I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone who asked me, & I even had some tea & coffee left over at the end of the week! Thanks guys for a good job.

Had just recently moved into a new property. The old windows were past there time as the condensation was horrendous and was about to get new carpets fitted and wallpaper started. Decided to find a tradesman that was local to my area to support local, small businesses. Craig came over and was prepared for hours of going back and forth to get to a sensible price, but with him there wasn't any of that. Came over had a quick look and sized up, then came in straight away with a price I first thought wasn't possible. Had a couple other companies come to price up but could not beat correct choice. After having the windows fitted, am really impressed not only with the price, but quality of product and just his no mess around personality.

I contacted these guys to undertake the replacement of my UPVC windows and doors as part of the renovation of my newly purchased property. The sales director scheduled me in for a quote within 48 hours. Whilst on site I discussed what I was looking to do with him and on changes I was unsure on the exact details I felt comfortable enough to discuss these and got some great advice some of which actually reduced potential costly solutions. In just over an hour I had drafted the plan of action and he had taken enough information to provide an accurate quotation. The quote came back 3 working days later and was presented as I required. The quotation had considered their availability to complete the works and arrival of raw materials and the estimated completion date. Deposit was paid and in the run up to the start date of the project the company called to confirm they were ready to undertake and for us to confirm. The work started on time as planned. The installation completed the work on time to schedule(5 full days to complete as planned) to high standard of craftsmanship. The difference to this expectation is that these guys did all this work whilst maintaining a tidy and courteous manner working around my wife, a 3 year old and a 10 week old baby. On completion of the job I walked the site with the guys to sign off completion and I had bo issue with any of the work completed. I will be using them again.
